When you’ve worked up an appetite, fire up the Weber gas grill and dine al fresco. As night falls, the outdoor fireplace adds a cozy touch, followed by stargazing in the bubbling hot tub. SLEEPING QUARTERS
Decorated in calming neutral hues with windows showcasing refreshing greenery, the two King bedrooms are havens for a peaceful night’s sleep. Each spacious, well-appointed bedroom features Eastern king beds with 100% latex mattresses for the utmost comfort. Additionally, 55” Sony OLED Smart TVs adorn the walls of each bedroom, providing entertainment at your fingertips. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom, complete with a bathtub and walk-n shower, conveniently situated between them. The primary bedroom also features sliding glass doors with direct access to the backyard, providing an extra touch of luxury and a seamless connection to the outdoors. Guests can also enjoy the second bathroom located off of the garage with access from the pool.

The house has a large private back yard. The fire pit did not work but the pool and spa were perfectly fine as is the neighborhood. Kitchen was well equipped. I have rented many home in the desert since I sold mine in 2008 due to buying a home in Florida but since I spend most of my time in CA I frequent the desert merely to relax and this house two decent sized guest rooms for a 1950 home The air conditioning was perfect and the owners have solid thick better than good quality towels I regret one issue is the mattress in the bedroom I used with the slider. It should be replaced as it has a massive divot on the right side and it’s not comfortable and with my assistant in the guest room he has no issues but the owner would do well to replace the mattress as it has seen better days and it was simply uncomfortable ACME has a responsive staff. And I am sure I would be happy to rent this house again once the mattress is replaced. Thank you for offering your home

Loved spending a month at this place. It is quintessential Palm Springs living! Swimming, bbq, evening fire pit, private landscaped backyard staring up at the mountains and yet walkable to downtown restaurants. Will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation - well appointed, great location with walks along the river 200 yards away and downtown within a mile. Yard is quiet, comfortable and was full of small birds in October. Thoughtful furnishings, for example charging stations in every room. Highly recommend. Be aware that the communication about Palm Springs ordinances about noise can seem heavy handed.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. ACME was incredibly communicative and helpful, offering local tips and checking in to ensure I had everything I needed. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked — cozy linens, spotless bathrooms, and all the little amenities that make a huge difference. The backyard was pure paradise — so peaceful and private, with plenty of comfortable seating and the perfect layout for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This was by far one of the best vacations we have had and the house was everything and more! Between the pool and hot tub in the private and serene back yard, to the kitchen with anything you needed to cook! The host was very responsive and provided easy directions for check-in, along with local recommendations. We definitely plan on coming back in the future!

We had a great stay in this beautiful palm spring house. The place is very confortable and very private. The pool is fantastic and the host took a great care of it. The house is clean, quiet and there are many board games and toys for the kids. The host was also very kind and permitted an extra hour for check out. Communication was efficient but a little slow later in the evening and missed a fresh bottle of water at arrival ( always welcome in boiling palm spring ) Other than that everything was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Thank you and hope to come back soon :)

Our stay at 10 Palms was amazing! The home and pool were just as pictured! This home is located a quick drive from downtown Palm Springs and the airport. We've stayed at quite a few rentals in Palm Springs and this is among the best we've stayed in. The home was in immaculate condition like it was just staged for a showing! Communicating with ACME was terrific! They were always quick and professional with their responses. I can't wait to make another reservation with ACME in Palm Springs, everything from top to bottom was top notch.

We really enjoyed our stay in this updated midcentury modern home. It was very clean and bright with fun pops of color in the kitchen and outside. Unfortunately, the Santa Ana’s were strong so we were unable to use the outdoor space, but it was clean and inviting. We couldn’t believe how stocked the house was! I was able to find a lint roller and bandaids, and there were a ton of games, super soakers, and pool floats. All the appliances worked very well and were immaculate! The location was ideal, as it was easy to get downtown and to the cities just south of Palm Springs proper. We’d definitely stay here again if we ever return to Palm Springs! Thank you!

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
