The owners have updated this fabulous Vacation Home where it’s all about relaxing in the sunshine. Gorgeous private pool yard with beautiful mountain views. Spacious open concept floor plan with walls of glass that open to the yard, providing spacious indoor/outdoor living. Free WiFi, flat screen televisions. Perfect seasonal rental.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The pool yard is walled and landscaped for complete privacy. Take a dip in the pool on your float, or warm up in the spa at night while enjoying cocktails near the fire pit. Poolside chaise lounges, outdoor dining and hanging spaces, a fire pit hangout area, BBQ, shade umbrellas - this vacation home has it all - perfect for relaxing in the sun.

Tucked away on a quiet highly desirable residential street in the Movie Colony East neighborhood, this property is just two blocks from Ruth Hardy Park, and less than a mile from the world famous Palm Canyon Drive. You’ll be within walking distance to the Palm Springs Uptown Design District with its fine dining restaurants, sidewalk cafes, specialty boutiques, art galleries and mid century modern furniture showrooms. The casino, convention center and night spots like Tropicale and The Copa are just a short stroll away.   • Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.

We loved this place. It was peaceful, clean, and pretty. Felt like we were in our own perfect Barbie world (in a good, fun way). Loved the color scheme and how it’s decorated in general. Loved all the glass doors, the door from the main bath to the backyard, and the outdoor shower. Everything was impeccably clean. I only gave it four stars for meeting expectations because it’s smaller than it looks in the listing, but once we got used to that, we enjoyed the coziness. Didn’t need more space - the outdoor areas more than compensated, and the indoor spaces were incredibly comfortable and didn’t feel cramped. Acme was responsive when we had an issue with the gate. Sent someone out to fix it right away. A little farther to town than we thought - not easily walkable - but a super quick drive. I was sad to leave. We’d happily stay here again.

The Pavillion in the Movie Colony was absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful property with totally private back yard with pool and hot tub. The mid century modern home was better than well appointed with full kitchen and condiments. My wife and I had a super relaxing time really enjoying the backyard. Close access to Palm Springs - Palm Canyon drive and minutes from many of the PS attractions. We will be back and this time for 3 weeks or longer!

Amazing stay!!!! The house is both cuter and more comfortable in person. The pool was perfection. This home was a perfect home away from home while traveling with a baby and a dog. We will be coming back and hopefully soon!! Ps only slight downside is the beds don’t use a actual duvet and mattress is on the firmer side. I brought my own duvet though so felt mostly comfy!

Fabulous house in a great location. The newer pool and spa were top notch. We rode bikes to downtown, it was so close. This is also maybe the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever seen. They only drawback was the scooters mentioned in the listing were not available for use. I would for sure be thrilled to stay here again.

The Perfect House for a Palm Springs Getaway

This was the perfect house for a PS getaway. The pictures were very accurate and the home exceeded our expectations. Very thoughtful design and special touches and the Acme team was very responsive and proactive in their communications. The location was very walkable to the downtown and nearby park. The pool/spa was amazing, although you do have to keep an eye on the spa temp (look at the house manual for how to increase the heat) and we loved the indoor/outdoor flow. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and well appointed. The bed in the primary was a little firm for us but we layered blankets on the mattress to make it softer. The fire pit was a nice way to end each evening with a glass of wine. The front yard was also beautiful with a hammock and views of the mountains and was fully fenced in - great for kids/dogs. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and didn't want to leave! We will definitely be back.

This home is mid-century perfection. The pool and yard are immaculate. If you want to cook, the kitchen is well equipped and the bbq is excellent. There is a park just a few blocks away. An amazing house - Private, quiet and secluded. Owners have taken real pride in the property and no detail has been missed. Property was very clean and a perfect break for the family with plenty of room to spread out – Kids loved playing on the sun ledge in the pool. Lovely to be able to walk to town for dinner. This place was such a fantastic vacation rental. My husband and I plus our friends from out of town stayed here for nearly a week. Everything is brand, spanking new and it just felt clean, light, and bright. Lots of little thoughtful details that made it feel comfortable and special. The hot tub is HUGE, so we spent most of our nights there and just cooked on the outdoor BBQ. We walked to the main road for dinner a couple of nights which was great too. Anyway, we loved it and I`m sure others will too.

This home has tons of natural light from all the glass sliders, yet it still keeps cool. When we wanted to be outside, the pool was fantastic and loved the sun ledge has a place to put the umbrella, so we stayed perfectly comfortable lounging in the sun and the pool. The beds are super comfortable and the sofa in the living room is so big and spacious it is almost like a bed too! The kitchen was great and, literally, everything is new. We didn`t get out too much as were happy enjoying the house and the pool, but we did walk a couple of blocks down to see Frank Sinatra`s old house - Great neighborhood!
