Welcome to On The Rocks — a gorgeous vacation home where Tuscan luxury meets Moroccan charm. This very private, one-of-a-kind residence is nestled in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood, just minutes from world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Designed for elevated Palm Springs leisure, the expansive two-level backyard delivers the ultimate resort-style experience. The ground level includes a saltwater pool with an integrated spa and shooting fountains, chaise lounges, occasional seating, a poolside fire pit, an outdoor lounge area, and a BBQ grill. Guests can also enjoy cornhole and a putting green.

A set of stairs leads to the upper terrace, where a second fire-pit lounge and alfresco dining area overlook the dramatic boulders, mountains, and sweeping valley below—a stunning backdrop for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Walls of glass blur the lines between indoor and outdoor living, filling the home with natural light. The open, free-flowing floor plan allows your group to gather comfortably while still offering tucked-away spaces for quiet relaxation. The living room—anchored by a beautiful fireplace—flows seamlessly into the dining area and well-equipped kitchen.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, including high-speed internet, upgraded HVAC systems, flatscreen TVs, and luxury appointments throughout.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
This home offers two bedrooms plus a private casita, each designed as a serene retreat with hotel-quality mattresses, ample storage, and flatscreen TVs.

The Primary Bedroom features a California King bed, an ensuite bath, and direct access to the pool yard. The Guest Room includes a Queen bed, an ensuite bath, and access to the home’s stylish front patio. The detached casita—located on the opposite side of the property—offers a King bed, an ensuite bath, front-patio access, pool-yard access, and its own kitchenette. All bathrooms throughout the home include bidets.

THE LOCATION
Set on a quiet residential street in Little Tuscany, this home feels peaceful and private while still being just minutes from Palm Canyon Drive. Enjoy quick access to cafés, restaurants, boutique shopping, art galleries, ice cream parlors, and iconic midcentury landmarks. Dog-friendly hiking trails, the Las Palmas bike path, and the historic Elvis Honeymoon House are also close by. The location is truly the best of both worlds—tranquil, yet incredibly convenient.

The best part of the home is the backyard. Feels very private and relaxing. Sitting at the fire pit at night was peaceful and enjoyable. Paid extra for pool heating that was suggested, but the pool did not feel warm below the surface. We reached out and were told only the spa or pool could be heated, not at the same time. And that the pool was at 87 degrees. No way for us to check, but we only used the pool for a short time because it was too cold and not comfortable. We did use the spa, which was comfortable once heated. We regretted taking the advice to pay extra when there was no value in it for us. The home feels spacious. We liked the two driveways. We invited two friends over for apple cider at the fire pit and we all felt the outside is where this home shines. We would only use the pool if it was during the hot summer months. It was my birthday and I wanted to spend the day at the pool, but I couldn't get used to the cold. Bummer.

I’m sorry the pool heating didn’t meet expectations on your birthday. The system only allows heating the pool or the spa (not both), and while the pool was set to 87°F, subsurface temperatures and weather can make it feel cooler and it can take time to reach target warmth. I’ve asked our maintenance team to double-check the heater and we’ll update our guest info to better explain the limits and expected heating times. We appreciate the feedback and would love to host you again.

The house was perfect for our family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The host was very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. The house lent itself for gathering as a family around the fire pit and the living room. Backyard was amazing - you can watch the sunrise over the mountains and take a dip in the large pool. Landscaping is beautiful. Kitchen was well stocked. Location is great, less than 10 minutes to downtown and the dedicated parking was nice. Also if you stay at a house managed by ACME you get free access to a nice gym in town! We had some issues with the AC and the gate/garage code but both were resolved within a few hours.

On The Rocks is a great house with a uniquely fantastic back yard. The multi levels & tons of rocks are terrific. Our dog was in heaven but beware of one thing. The yard is completely fenced in as advertised but the fence is in need of repair in the back and on one side. All three bedrooms are a nice size and the home is very comfortable. The Tuscany neighborhood is one of our favorites in Palm Springs. On The Rocks truly rocks!!! (Sorry, I had to do that.)

This house is amazing, and I couldn't have picked a better place to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had such a good time and used the spa and fire features every day. The rooms were spacious, and everyone had their own private bathrooms, which was a plus (the bidets were a big hit). The landscaping was beautiful and attracted an assortment of birds and butterflies daily. I picked this place in part because of the eclectic decor and cool art, which were just as pictured. But we also found fun little surprises like the cool book selection and bubble gun. Can't forget the location, which was perfect for exploring downtown PS and the aerial tramway to Mt. Jacinto. Thank you, Acme House Co., for the thoughtful birthday card and gift - we loved our stay and even the dog didn't want to leave! :)

On the Rocks was our second AirBNB Palm Springs experience, and it was the perfect setting. The location is in Little Tuscany, which has great access to Downtown, the Uptown Shopping District and the highway. The property is wonderful, with 3 massive bedrooms each with on suite bathroom and nicely updated. The kitchen had updated equipment and had new, modern appliances and utensils. The laundry machine was also higher end LG, and just made the experience more like home like. The best part is the massive outdoor space... the pool was deep on one end and the overall size was larger than the typical in Palm Springs. The spa area was connected and offered another spacious place to enjoy the outdoor back yard. Unlike most Palm Springs pools, the sun was plentiful, while the pool deck offered umbrellas and areas where the sun was not direct. From the welcome to the departure, the staff was available and very responsive. We appreciated that it was ok to check in slightly early... very accommodating. We experienced a rare dust storm the night of our arrival, and after a simple request, they responded and cleaned up the pool for us to immediately enjoy the next day. We would love to come back to this property. So delighted. Thank you.

If you’re looking for the perfect place to relax and enjoy your stay in Palm Springs, look no further than the Great Escape. Located just a few minutes from the downtown area, it’s convenient to restaurants, shopping and and other activities Palm Springs offers. The house has two master suites and another bedroom with nearby full bath, which was perfect for our party of two couples and a single. The house was beautifully decorated and fully stocked, and the outdoor area had everything - pool, hot tub, fire pit, seating, waterfall - everything you need to lounge and relax. Acme rentals was wonderful to deal with. Our coffee pot broke and they delivered another one to us within an hour. Check in was perfect. They even let one couple leave their luggage at their office after we checked out because they had a late flight. Would definitely book this place again.
