OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private backyard is designed as a true resort-style escape. Tall privacy hedges frame stunning mountain views while palm trees sway overhead. Spend your mornings lounging by the sparkling pool with a cup of coffee, take a refreshing dip before rinsing off in the outdoor shower, or relax in the bubbling spa as the sun sets behind the San Jacinto peaks. Evenings invite connection around the fire pit, cocktails on the covered patio swings, or al fresco dining under the desert sky. A built-in BBQ with sleek stone counters makes outdoor entertaining effortless, while multiple lounge spaces create plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the sunshine.

The sleeping quarters have been designed as private sanctuaries, each one offering the comfort and atmosphere of a boutique hotel. The Primary Suite is a luxurious retreat with a king bed, smart TV, direct pool access through sliding glass doors, and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom complete with soaking tub, glass walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second suite features another king bed with soothing blue accents, a dedicated workspace for remote check-ins, and an ensuite bath highlighted by a designer blue-tiled shower. The place is great! very comfortable beds and couches and plenty of room for all of us without stepping on each other's toes. Hot tub and pool were fantastic to use! The only issue we had was that the speakers for the TV wouldn't connect to the surround sound and had to ask the host what the WiFi was instead of it being posted in the house or on the app.

We had a nice time at Movie Colony Escape. The weather didn't cooperate for all of us to enjoy the lap pool, but those that did had a good time. So nice to have a fireplace for the stormy day. As usual, Acme did a wonderful job. We had a minor problem and a gracious, skilled man responded and had everything right in minutes. We have rented from Acme for years and always so impressed with the little touches that make us feel so welcome.

As a whole thought the place was incredible. The Airbnb pictures honestly did not do it justice - property was beautiful, clean, and new. The amenities were unbelievable - better than any Airbnb experiences I’ve had in the past. Anything that you could possibly want (coffee, spices, etc), the house had. The pool was great, someone even came over one morning to clean the leaves out. Hot tub was lovely. 3 bed 3 baths felt very spacious. Brand new corn hole set was nice. Tons of outdoor seating in different parts of the yard - which wrapped around the whole property. Grill was nice and new. Bathrooms felt luxurious. Covered parking was nice. Overall, was one of the nicest and most comfortable Airbnbs I’ve ever been to. Only challenge was getting in. I never received the email with check in instructions, and then when we got to the place, there was no information about the lockbox. We got ahold of a customer service rep within ~15 minutes (it was after hours), and it ended up being fine.

We stayed here for the Indian Wells tennis tournament this year. The house has a great indoor/outdoor vibe, allowing us to move seamlessly from lounging by the pool to enjoying the large, open concept living room/kitchen. The complimentary house slippers were a great touch! Location was excellent. We could walk to Ruth Hardy Park, which features Palm Springs best public tennis courts. The shops and restaurants of downtown are just another few blocks beyond the park. Everything is at your fingertips! 10/10 would recommend.
