OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The expansive yard is walled and gated for privacy, with absolutely gorgeous mountain views. The sparkling pool and spa sit at the center of the yard, surrounded by lounge chairs and shade umbrellas. Hedges, olive trees, and palm trees create a sense of natural seclusion. The covered dining pavilion, built-in BBQ grill, and intimate firepit lounge complete this special property — the perfect place to live the good life in Palm Springs.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This chic vacation home has a great vibe, centered on livable comfort. The open-concept floor plan gives your group plenty of space to come together or enjoy a little quiet time. Sliding glass doors let in abundant natural light and frame views of the sun-drenched pool yard. Everything has been updated for the way we live today, including upgraded heating and cooling systems, four flatscreen TVs, and upgraded high-speed internet with speeds starting at 400 Mbps — perfect for remote work and streaming. There’s also a gas fireplace and comfortable sleeping quarters throughout.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom features a hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TV, and ample storage.
The spacious Primary Suite includes a King bed, en suite bath, and private doors that open to the yard.
The second and third guest rooms include a King bed and a Queen bed respectively, with easy access to the full hall bathroom.

THE LOCATION
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Los Compadres neighborhood, this home sits extremely close to the South Palm Springs Business District with its many restaurants, supper clubs, coffee houses, shops, and galleries. You’re just minutes from the casino, hiking trails, and bustling downtown Palm Springs. Grocery stores and neighborhood conveniences are also nearby. It’s the ideal location for guests who want to be close to everything while still enjoying peace and quiet.

This is the second time we have rented the Modern Loma Vista through Acme House Company. We love staying at the Modern Loma Vista. The home is so comfortable and the layout is wonderful not to mention the gorgeous backyard with pool and spa. Acme House Company is so professional and the information guide they send prior to check-in on the house and local area is so thorough. Also they make sure the home is spotless with plenty of towels and nice amenities and they are always available to contact (if necessary). Modern Loma Vista is also dog friendly which is a plus for us. We look forward to our next visit.

The perfect oasis for Labor Day Weekend -- the pictures do not do it justice! Massive lot with a lot of little relaxing pockets, backyard and pool kept up really well. It was super clean, really well equipped and the AC worked perfectly. Beautiful neighborhood with tons of parks and about a 10 minute drive to downtown. The check-in and house instructions were really clear and easy to follow. My husband really appreciated the free gym passes and local recommendations. We will definitely be back!

The four of us had a fantastic stay at Modern Loma Vista. The beds were extremely comfy with plenty of pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking gadgets and essentials to cook an entire Thanksgiving dinner with containers for leftovers! We were impressed and made a few meals. The living area had a turntable with vintage records. We had so much fun playing, “Guess the band.” Nice flatscreen TV, dvd player and fun selection of movies. We watched the movie Palm Springs in Palm Springs! Such a fun idea from the host. The pool area was our oasis. Yes, we knew it would be hot but the pool became our sanctuary. It was the perfect size to float in and chill. The palm trees supplied ample shade while drifting on the available pool floats. Overall, this is the perfect house for a family or girl’s weekend.

I think the house is very well appointed; that said it would be great to have a couple of basics provided beyond that specifically dryer sheets, also we were having challenges with the freezer temperature and the ice maker which is all a part of the fridge in the kitchen. however in communicating that to management they sent out hey we're coming right away. The property and the features it has, is lovely and since we enjoy cooking as a team, it was a lovely place to do that. I would recommend staying here.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
