We had a wonderful stay at this quintessential mid-century home. ACME was incredibly responsive—especially when we had an urgent request—and made everything seamless. The house was spotless, bright, and filled with natural light, with plenty of comfortable spaces to relax both indoors and out. The pool was a perfect size for lounging, and the beautifully landscaped yard (complete with an orange tree!) offered amazing mountain views. The quiet location was ideal, with easy access to golf, hiking, and everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and getting into the house was simple and straightforward. Overall, it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

The house was great overall. The location was excellent, and it was spacious and very private. One small improvement would be better light blocking in the bedroom at night and the ability to increase the temperature of the hot tub. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

Mid Century Mesa is a great house. Outstanding quiet lovely neighborhood. Friendly neighbors. Less windy in the Mesa. The backyard is a stunner. Large private beautifully appointed. LOVE the cushy sun beds. Beautiful landscaping and views of the mountains. Large pool and hot tub. House is not huge but perfect for a couple. Very comfy beds with luxury linens. As others have mentioned the bathrooms are a challenge. Bizarre impractical sinks and the guest shower occasionally leaks due to less than stellar design Master bath is nicer. But who cares! This is a very very nice house ! We hated to leave after 21 days. Second stay here. Won't be the last.

The house had everything you needed. Fully equipped ! The outdoor space was incredible, so private and beautiful. Best location, so close to downtown, totally walkable area! The house was a little smaller than expected, too tight for 4 adults ( it is a 2 bedroom home) . It was a little pricey for the size. (I think pics led us to believe a little bigger) The company that owns it could not be more responsive and helpful. They were on top of everything.

This is a great home

This is a great home taken care by people who really care about their guests having a good time in a clean and well maintained home. The house was clean, beds and furniture in good shape and the pool and backyard was fantastic. The only complaint we could find with the entire stay was the vanity sinks in the bathroom are impossible to use and while are architecturally interesting, completely ineffective as bathroom sinks. Otherwise stay was perfect and highly recommended.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
