This luxury vacation home in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood is just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive! The resort-style yard is huge and features a pool, a spa, alfresco dining, a built-in BBQ and bar, a fire pit - plus bocce ball and horseshoe. There’s also an upper patio overlooking the pool yard where you'll find a living pavilion with a lounge area and more outdoor dining. Staying at this property will be like vacationing at your own private resort!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
As beautiful as the interiors of this home are - the outdoor spaces are the true crowning glory. The entire property has been walled for privacy. The fabulous yard features a pool, a spa, al fresco dining, a built-in BBQ and bar, a fire pit - plus bocce ball and horseshoe. There is also an upper patio that overlooks the pool yard - and features a lounge area and more outdoor dining. One step through the door and you'll know you have made the right choice. It's the type of desert paradise guests return to year after year.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

There is even a gym in the garage with a Peloton bike and a punching bag - plus 2 bikes perfect for enjoying a ride around the neighborhood! SLEEPING QUARTERS
This property has two bedrooms plus an attached casita, all featuring a hotel-quality mattress, ample storage and a flatscreen TV. The master bedroom features a King bed, an ensuite bath with a double sink and double shower, a walk-in closet and direct access to the pool yard. The guest room features a King bed, access to the patio, and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway. The attached casita features a King bed, a living area with a sofa that can be converted into a Full bed, a kitchenette, and an ensuite bath - plus direct access to a patio in the back of the house with its own fire pit.

THE LOCATION
This property is tucked away on a quiet residential street in the exclusive Little Tuscany neighborhood - just minutes from the world-famous Palm Canyon Drive. Casual eateries, fine dining, coffee spots, ice cream parlors, art galleries and specialty boutiques are all just a stone's throw away. The Convention Center and the Casino are also very close by. You'll love staying in this quiet, peaceful area and having quick accessibility to all that Palm Springs has to offer.

The house was beautiful and very clean. Located on the north side of town and close to restaurants and shops. The backyard is very large with a great pool and lots of outdoor furniture. The only issue we had was not being able to lower the air conditioning below 74 - which is too warm for the summertime. But still recommend this place if you are visiting Palm Springs.

The house and grounds were beautiful

We stayed in 'Little Tuscany Holiday House' for a week at the end of March. The house and grounds were beautiful - the furnishings and decor both inside and out were elegant, stylish, and comfortable. The house was fully equipped and everything was excellent quality - from beds, bedding and towels to the cookware and tableware in the kitchen. We felt totally indulged and wanted for nothing. The pool was lovely for swimming and floating and we enjoyed moving from one comfortable seating area to another outside as we either looked for or avoided the sun. Acme made the process of renting very easy and the check-in and house information was all very clear. We called Acme once when the remote to the spa wasn't working and they were able to see and fix the problem remotely within minutes. The only downside to our experience was the VERY strong winds on several days - I think that may have affected the entire region during that week. Acme will be my first contact next time we want to stay in Palm Springs!

We really loved this home. The owners have it so well set up. Board games galore, outdoor activities, lots of umbrellas and loungers, pool toys, fire pits and many areas to rest and enjoy the outdoors. The home was a perfect size and the work out spot in the garage and bikes are such a thoughtful touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this home again. A big shout out to ACME. I have rented numerous times and the professionalism and speed with which they address issues is fabulous. A very happy guest!
