Lena’s Hideaway has the classic look and feel of a midcentury home - with all the updates for the way we live today. High speed internet access, 3 Smart Televisions, and gorgeous designer furnishings. The property owners have created a comfortable and stylish vacation paradise where it’s all about relaxing in the Palm Springs sunshine!

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Located on a residential cul-de-sac, this property captures the magic of Southern California glamour in true Palm Springs-style. The convenient city location is softened by privacy walls, mature plantings, towering palms and gorgeous landscaping that is drought-conscious and lush at the same time. The entire property has been walled and gated for privacy and is surrounded by many mature plantings. The backyard itself is a slice of heaven. So private, spacious and well-planned. The awesome mountain views through the swaying palm trees are pure magic. The heated in ground pool and integrated spa is surrounded by chaise loungers, shade umbrellas an outdoor lounge, and a built-in bar. On the other side of the property is the covered dining pavilion, the bocce ball court and the firepit lounge area.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INTERIOR LIVING SPACES
This home is bright, comfortable, impeccably clean and well-maintained. It is gorgeous in its simplicity - with an understated, unpretentious elegance throughout. You’ll find that Lena’s Hideaway is very livable… just like home but way way way better. There is an open concept floor plan with the living room, dining area and kitchen all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to gather, relax and enjoy. All along the back of the house are spectacular walls of glass that let the light pour in - revealing the very private pool yard.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature comfortable hotel-quality beds, ample storage and a flat screen television. The primary bedroom offers an en suite bath, and its own direct pool access. The two guest rooms share easy access to the hall bath.

THE LOCATION
There are so many great things about this property. But we think the it's all about location! Lena’s Hideaway is located in the middle of Palm Springs. Close to Downtown, Uptown and South Palm Springs. You’ll be just about a mile from Ruth Hardy Park, the Convention Center, the Casino and so many other attractions. Restaurants, shopping, hiking, golf and tennis are all nearby. Lena’s Hideaway is ideal for those who want to be in the center of it all - without giving up the residential feel of this cul-de-sac neighborhood.

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

The property was spotless, house was well equipped. One bedroom is considerably nicer than the other two so someone gets a bonus there. I’d happily stay again and Id be happy to rent from ACME again.

Lena’s hideaway is a beautiful property with all the amenities you could need. We loved walking out of the primary bedroom and straight to the pool in the hot July sun. The place was very clean and secure. We loved using the grill to cook out and they provided filtered water to drink. Lena's hideaway was absolutely beautiful

Lena's hideaway was absolutely beautiful and everything was described accurately. When we arrived at the house, there was welcoming soft jazz playing along with a fireplace screened on the TV--it was very welcoming! However, the pool was a bit dirty, but within an hour or so, the pool company had come by to clean the pool and turn on the jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything you needed to make a delicious meal or bbq for a family. It was everything we wanted and desired--thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We will be returning customer! Thank you again!

Perfect Spring Break Oasis for Family!

We spent spring break here with our two teens, my husband and I, and my parents. It was a fantastic location- close to downtown, but not noisy. It was also very close to the airport, and easy to get on the highway to visit Joshua Tree National Park. The house was fully stocked with cooking/hosting needs, and we had several beautiful bbq dinners out on the back patio. The pool and spa were exactly what we needed, as the weather was in the mid 90s that week. We had a fantastic time at Lena’s Hideaway and would highly recommend to others!

Great location to downtown Palm Springs

Overall location was fantastic. House was well stocked and backyard/pool area was very nice. The big hiccup came in the form of construction for about a 1/3 of our 2 week stay. The street was being ripped up and being re-paved. When I called Acme, they had no knowledge of the construction but would send a local representative to speak to the construction crew (which I had tried, but got various responses) and would call me back. Well, nobody from Acme called back and it culminated in being trapped inside the house for a full day avoiding construction sounds (you know, that constant “beep, beep, beep” sound of large vehicles backing up) and the smell of asphalt being laid. Side note, the crew did a great job in paving the road, so if you live locally, I’d totally hire them. Acme? Not so sure.

We had a blast here relaxing by the pool every day. Nice layout with a great outdoor space that we would absolutely come back to again. Acme was super responsive and there’s a concierge service as well so groceries and flowerers can be waiting for you on arrival. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great time at the house. The grounds were amazing and the pool was wonderful. A/C and Heating worked quickly. It would be nice if the living room had a few throws as it did get quite cold when the A/C was on. Fully stocked kitchen was fun to cook in and we used the grill a lot. Sitting outside by the pool got noisy as the back of the property is right up against a busy road but that did not bother our enjoyment of the outdoor space. It would have been nice if we could have played music outside to cover the traffic noise but that is not allowed by Palm Springs officials. No reflection on the host. We would definitely return to this house again

The great outdoors..

Property was great! Very clean on the issue, plenty of cooking utensils and they provided clean drinking water which was an unexpected perk! Decent location, just pretty noisy off the main road (traffic noise and EMS vehicles). Close proximity to shopping and stores. The outdoor space is where this house shines! Wonderful pool and hot tub, very private. Outdoor bocce ball with outdoor bar. Perfect fire pit for the cool winter evenings as well. We spent most of our days outside, and loved every minute of our stay.

We loved Lena's Hideaway and it was very comfortable, clean and roomy for our family of four. We appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, tools and serving pieces since we ate most of our meals at the house. The outside dining area, grill and fire pit are fantastic for eating and relaxing. We also played a lot of bocce as a family and really enjoyed that amenity. Pool, hot tub and outdoor shower were all fantastic and the outside areas are all private plus there are pretty views of the mountains. Our only issue was the house's back yard being close to Sunrise Way so there was traffic noise but it really didn't bother us too much. Great neighborhood for walking and we walked to downtown PS several times. We would rent this place again.

Overall Comment Great house, best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental, nice pool, good views. Only downside is the property is next to a very busy road. While the trees obscure the view of any traffic, it’s still very loud. If you are sensitive to noise this might not be the property for you.

We had rented only one property before staying at Len’s Hideaway. We were so happy upon arrival to find it just as beautiful as in the photos! It is a well kept and beautifully decorated property! Lots of room to spread out and the windows out to the pool were amazing. Also the upkeep of the property and attention to every detail was spot on. The only thing that might give us cause to find a different house next time we visit might be the noise from the busy “Sunset” road behind the pool hedge. The noise cannot be heard inside but a bit noisy while at the pool. Would highly recommend!

Palm Springs is a Relaxing Place to Visit

Overall Comment ACME is a great company, very responsive and professional. Lena's Hideaway was close to the downtown strip in Palm Springs which was a plus. The rental was clean, the beds were comfortable, had all the amenities we needed. We used the pool, jacuzzi and bocci ball court every day. Please note that the house is located adjacent to Sunrise Way. The master bedroom has a wall of glass, which is lovely for looking out on to the yard and skyline, however, you will hear noise from the boulevard, and if you are a light sleeper, be prepared.

Beautiful backyard

Overall Comment The bathrooms could use updating but otherwise excellent stay. The pool, patio furniture, bocci court, eating area with large table, pergola and party lights were wonderful. The outdoor shower was great!! We used that everyday, the fire pit gave off lots of heat for a cool, starry night and the large grill great for grilling. The laundry is in the garage..and the garage floor is very dirty. So improving that situation with fresh paint around the machines and some tile or clean flooring would be an improvement. The furniture and beds very comfy. The kitchen area is perfect, though could use more metal utensils. The dishwasher seems to need servicing. It doesn’t clean very well. The street behind the house is noisy but ok when the windows are closed. A very nice house.

Centrally Located

We needed a change of scenery with the feels of a vacation while working/schooling remotely. We visited on the week of Veteran's Day, so we could drive up to Joshua Tree midweek. Mt. San Jacinto is also just a few minutes drive away for more hiking, accessible from a ride on the Aerial Tramway. The kitchen had everything we needed when we didn't want to venture out. But coffee, restaurants, and shops are within a few minutes drive as well. We had a nice variety of things to do from a home base that felt like a real getaway, from the stylish decor, to the pool and hot tub that were perfect for play and relaxation in the cooler fall weather.

I spent a week at this house with a few friends to work remotely out of the city. The internet at the house handled the all week zoom calls and the AC handled the 120+ degree heat while we were there. The house was clean, the pool was great, and the bocci ball court was lots of fun. Kitchen had everything we needed to hunker down for covid and cook all our meals at the house. You can definitely hear the road from the backyard, but the sound walls make it very private. I'd stay here again, no problem.

My girlfriend and I were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the house. The location was just a short drive to shop/ restaurants/ grocery store so we were able to get everything we needed to enjoy a warm relaxing week in Palm Springs. The kitchen and dinning area were gorgeous and would be great to host a small dinner party. The outdoor dinning area was another highlight with enough seats to have a few friends and enjoy the warm weather at night under the lights. The pool was nice and refreshing after a round of golf and warm enough for a quick dip before bed. We will definitely be coming back!

Awesome backyard areas with great outdoor amenities. The BBQ / al fresco area is wonderful for dinners after the sun goes down and everything felt very secluded and private because of the greenery surrounding the home. The AC unit next to the master bedroom made for some noisiness during the night but you get used to it quite fast. Would stay again.

Just what I needed!

I flew in with a group of buddies to Palm Springs, we rented a car, and it took us 5 min to get to the home. Easy access to property and everything was on point, from the rooms, to the bar, to the pool. The home had an excellent view of the mountains and the stars were huge at night! We ordered a ride share service company to pick us up each night when we went into town, and pickup/drop off was very efficient. If you are looking for a fun get-away to go hiking, golfing relaxing by the pool side and want a little night life, this home is perfect for you.

Overall Comment This was the perfect place for our weekly , yearly Palm Springs vacay . The house was clean and was furnished with every thing we needed ! The pool seemed a little dirty at times as if a filter system wasent running enough. But that being said. A very nice pool person came a few times to maintain the pool ! I just felt it needed a better filter system. It didn’t change my mind on how much we loved the house and the decor was beautiful !! The gal that greeted us on the first day of our stay was so nice and helpful. We needed some extra shade in back yard by the pool and asked if there was more umbrellas and she said she’d have some sent over . This was amazing they arrived within the hour. We spend a lot of time in the pool and outside even in the heat and this was perfect !! We would diffently come back to this house. And this is our first time using ACME and we will only rent with this company from now on! We’ve been coming to PS for over 7 years for our weekly vacation and this company has been the best so far. Thank you. We had a great experience and this home was amazing !’

One draw back was the busy street just over the fence. I had the pleasure of staying at this place for the first weekend of Coachella this year and I can't say enough good things about it. It is centrally located and very great spot for the show. Aside from that, there is plenty to do around the area as well such as golf and locals bars and restaurants. The amentities were fantastic and the house is very well kept! Bocce ball court, pool, hottub and soo much more. View from the patio was spectacular and my friends and I couldn't have asked for a better place. I would recommend to anyone and will for sure be trying to come back!

This home has it all!! Stayed at Lena's Hodeaway with a bunch of buddies for Coachella weekend and was simply amazed at everything it had. The backyard is beautiful with views of the mountains and it is really nice to kick back and relax by the pool & spa. This property was what made our trip so special. We had an awesome time at the newly renovated hideaway. The location is perfect. We were able to play golf, swim, play bocci ball in the backyard, head downtown, and go to Coachella. If there were any problems at all (which there was not) the property manager was available at all hours making sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasing as possible. I really can't thank the owner enough for letting us stay at this perfect getaway. For Coachella attendees, this house is everything you want. Close to the shuttle/fair grounds and comfortable for before and after. For any other residents, the spot is too perfect to pass up. Would 100% recommend this to everyone. Thanks again for making our trip so great!

Can't say enough!

We just spent a week at Lena's Hideway for spring break, and what a great house. The location is great, very centrally located! The house appears to have just been remodeled it's beautiful and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is great and it's very well equipped. There are even big platters and bowls for serving meals and appetizers, Beds are comfortable, linens are nice quality and pillows were great. The yard is amazing...You could aways find sun or shade, whichever you prefer, and the Bocce court was great fun. Having a large outdoor dining table with the built in grill and large counter made serving dinners easy. We found that having the table on one side of the house and the pool on the other allowed us to have quiet conversation at the table while kids played in the pool. We have definitely found our go to house in Palm Springs. Thanks for creating and sharing such a great place. We will be back!

Great House for Any Occassion

Went down to Palm Springs for a golf trip and booked Lena's Hideaway. What a gem! They did an amazing job designing this place. The kitchen is open and large and equipped to cook a family size meal. Two full baths was plenty and we never ran out of hot water. The backyard is huge and has a couple of spots to hang out. You can lounge by the pool or sooth sore bodies in the hot tub or you sit around the fire pit while your grill master grills a feast. There is also a bocci ball court so you can get you game on. I LOVE this house and can't wait to get back. It is also within minutes of tons of golf and closet to downtown if you want to go out and make a night of it. I'm def coming back.
