Your comfort is our priority, so we've equipped this property with many amenities like three flat screen TVs (with HBO), WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), washer and dryer, easy to use gas fireplace, BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The bedroom suites are at each end of a long hallway for maximum privacy and comfort. One bedroom suite opens onto the sparkling pool, the other onto a tranquil backyard. Both bedrooms feature California king beds. Perfect for two couples!

Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

Perfect place to stay

Overall I loved this location! It was up the hill with some of the most amazing Palm Springs views. I would absolutely stay here again. The list of good things is so very large (the view, space, ammenities, pool hot tub, tv, showers, kitchen. The only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to light the bonfire in the back yard. The driveway is pretty steep and takes some practice to feel comfortable.

Jewel in the Desert: Breathtaking Palm Springs Home with a View

From January 2nd to January 5th, 2024, my family and I had the pleasure of staying at Hilltop Haven, and it was an experience we won't soon forget. The house not only boasted incredible views but also provided a cozy and comfortable retreat for myself, wife and 6 year old daughter. This open concept home is thoughtfully designed and the kitchen also well equipped, making it a home away from home. What truly elevated our stay was the heated pool and spa. We enjoyed lazy afternoons by the poolside, soaking up the California sun, and the evenings were made magical by relaxing in the spa under the desert sky. Last, but not least, almost every morning and evening the sky was painted with beautiful colors from the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Without a doubt I will be noting this place down on my short list of “must return to again” homes in Palm Springs. What an amazing way to start 2024.

Our stay at this Palm Springs home was nothing short of fantastic. The house exuded comfort and charm, providing a welcoming retreat for our two sons. The views were simply breathtaking especially in the mornings. I really do believe there are very few homes in all of Palm Springs with a view like this one. We were only a 4 minute drive to downtown and the aerial tram, both of which we enjoyed thoroughly during our stay. The seamless blend of comfort, stunning views, and the allure of the pool and spa made our stay a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. This Palm Springs gem is a top choice for those seeking a memorable and comfortable escape with a touch of sophistication. I can’t wait to return.

Sparkling clean property, stylish interior, a very comfortable bed, and the views- this more than met my expectations. The view from the front of the house is incredible - amazing panorama of city and mountains. You can watch planes take off and land in the distance, but you don’t hear a sound -the property is SO quiet And yes, it is more than worth getting up to see the spectacular sunrise. The back of the house opens onto a large patio surrounded by a big rock wall, with a fire pit and plenty of room for lounging and/or dining. We enjoyed lounging around the pool and hot tub in the front during the afternoon and when it got dark/cooler, we moved to the back and warmed up around the fire pit. I can't wait to come back!

That VIEW!!

We stayed at Hilltop haven for Modernism Week. WAY beyond the average Palm Springs vacation rental. First of all, there's the location. As anybody who has ever rented in PS knows, it's not easy to find a place with a view, let alone one that's really spectacular. We sat out on the pool deck at happy hour and watched the palm trees sway over the valley below. We were so happy there, we canceled our dinner reservations and ordered in. Inside, the house is clean and classy with lots of midcentury touches, but it isn't gaudy or overdone in a George Jetson kind of way ;) The place feels totally secluded, but it's only about10 minutes to downtown. Over all, we couldn't be happier with our stay. We're already booking next year.

Amazing Location

We loved our stay at Hilltop Haven! Loved the vibe of the property, very well equipped with everything we needed, also really enjoyed the grapefruit and lemons from the trees outside. The only minor inconveniences were getting what seemed like many remotes and codes figured out for the front gates and garage doors, took us a few tries until we could open the front gate without the garage door also opening lol. Also, the hot tub was sporadic in that sometimes it would heat up and sometimes just would not! We initially texted and didn't get a response, then called, someone was supposed to come out to look at it, not sure if they did or not because we were out when they were supposed to be there. Overall, a fantastic stay, absolutely gorgeous location, definitely would recommend.

A charming stay in Palm Springs

The property in Chino Canyon offered us a mid century modern space where we could retreat and relax after long days of exploring around the dessert. Most of the time was spent around the pool area, lounging in the comfortable sun beds. There are many signs warning of noise regulations so we were saddened not to be able to listen to music for fear of getting a violation. We weren’t able to get the fire pit to work, and we were stuck outside the gate upon arrival for a while due to the lock box not working. Minor things over all and didn’t overshadow our love for this gem of a place. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Overall Comment We have stayed with Acme several times and had a great experience as usual! The house was perfect for us. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The house is very private. This place has a cozy feel... It was perfect for Thanksgiving. Nice rooms... EXTREMELY quite and peacful location. Just realize the pool is actually at the entrance of the house and overlooks the street... Would recommend it if you have no issue with that. We had a little trouble with the lockbox (OUR issue!). ACME was very helpful resolving it. Three different people contacted us to ensure we got in OK, since it was a Saturday evening... Really Nice employees, who were very helpful. Great job guys! I would book one of their properties again.

My friends and I (with their 2 year old toddler) spent 4 days in this lovely house in Palm Springs. The check-in process was very easy, and the house has all the cooking amenities we needed! A bonus was that the outdoor table was on the back patio, which in the mornings is shaded- great for outdoor breakfast before spending time by the pool. A small note that this property requires an additional contract directly with the management company, but the process was easy and very streamlined. Would recommend this house for a great relaxing few days!

We stayed at Hilltop Haven for a second time and find the property to be so relaxing with a wonderful view of the valley. You can see the view from the pool, area, inside the house and even though the house from the back patio area. The cozy fireplace inside and the outside gas fireplace are both great for sitting around with friends. The house doesn't have all the latest finishes you might see on HGTV but it is clean and comfortable-nice open floor plan for the main living area with windows all around. The floor is cement so it's a little unusual but also easy to keep clean.The Acme house company does a great job of responding to any issues that come up. For example, a garage/gate remote wasn't working and they had that fixed right away. We love this place and plan to come again next year.

Overall Comment Stayed here with my husband and another couple for 2 weeks in January. The weather was perfection. The Hilltop Haven vacation rental was all we needed. It was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well equipped. The best part is obviously the pool area. The only downside to this accommodation is the wifi kicks you off several times a day and you have to reconnect. Its open wifi meaning no password protection which isn't great when having to dip into work emails, banking, anything of a personal nature. But a small complaint that wouldn't keep us from returning. Overall, an excellent 2 week stay.

Overall Comment This home made for a perfect vacation. Every front window has the most awsome view. The home was very clean and simple. The view was outstanding and the pool was perfect. ACME is a fantastic company to do business with. They are extremely professional and friendly. We have stayed in other rentals for years that have more modern amenities, but this home absolutely doesn't need them. The location just makes it the perfect place to stay. We are truly grateful for being able to park in the garage. We never had to get in to an overheated car. Lastly, the privacy this home offers is second to none. PRIVATE HILLTOP HEAVEN

First of all want to give high remarks to ACME, they really make it an easy experience form beginning to end. The number one reason we selected this place is the proximity to downtown Palm Springs.just down one street and your on Palm Canyon drive. The open spaced living and kitchen were perfect, the kitchen is well equipped. TV in living room is a bit small but for the 3 days we stayed it was fine. Furniture selection although older pieces (wood furniture) they are pieces that have timeless elegance and go well throughout the home. Bed was very comfortable and Bathroom in master bedroom was perfect. Did not have much use of backyard, fire pit and did not use grill. I lived in the pool all day was so relaxing and peaceful. Neighborhood was very quite. Brenda our concierge is always the best, we dealt with her on the last home we rented, she is always helpful with great restaurant tips etc. All staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Looking forward to next time !!

Overall Comment The view from Hilltop Haven is what makes this house so special. You can see the view through the house from the inviting fire pit area in the back of the house as well as from the pool and deck area. It has an open floor plan for the kitchen and living areas. The second bedroom is smaller than the master and the second bathroom is just down the hall. The property management staff were very helpful and fixed any problems quickly. The washer and dryer were not working properly and within two days the owners had them replaced with upgraded models. The other thing we really appreciated was how quiet the location is. We could hear the birds singing in the morning, and it was very peaceful. We would definitely recommend this house.

Overall Comment We really enjoyed our stay at the hilltop haven! The interior of this home is beautiful! The neighbourhood is super private. The pool shades over early in the afternoon which is really nice during the hotter months. Bring a pair of slippers to wear around the house as the floor is cement and becomes painful on the feet after awhile. The front gate and railing surrounding the property could use an upgrade to suit the rest of the house and neighbourhood. Driveway is very steep and low cars will scrape the ground at the top!

My wife and I decided to come to Palm Springs for a week to add on to a business trip in Las Vegas. We are so glad that we did. The Hilltop Haven house is just as pictured. Acme House Company has this down to a science. They were so clear and timely with all communications leading up to our stay, not to mention the Hospitality app that made the details a piece of cake. Brenda met us at the house upon arrival and reviewed everything about that house and the area. We called Acme with a few minor tings on the next morning and everything was resolved within a couple of hours. The house is beautiful and the setting is unmatched. The view speaks for itself, and the location on the north end is so convenient. 5 minutes to downtown, 2 minutes to the aerial tramway, 10 minutes to the airport. We loved our stay in Palm Springs and we loved our time in the house. We look forward to another trip, and we will use Acme House Company again!

We had a wonderful time in a beautifully maintained ACME home. We were met at the house by a charming concierge who showed us around and pointed out everything we needed to know. She also furnished us with a folder outlining every aspect of the house. ACME's service was also rather impressive--we had a small problem with the TV cable feed and ACME sent over one of their technicians within 20 minutes! The house was also exceptionally clean with lovely linens and abundant towels as well as lots of basic extras in the pantry. We would happily rent from ACME again and we highly recommend their outstanding and very friendly service.

We were looking for a smaller house with 2 bedrooms or less with a private pool, and Hilltop Haven fit the bill! The home was very clean, met all of our expectations from what was advertised. Our pool/hot tub heater went out during our stay and I was very impressed with how quickly you all handled it. We were without the pool for about 24 hours during our stay and you gave us a gift card for dinner. Considering it was a circumstance pretty much out of anyone's immediate control you all handled it very quickly and well. I think we briefly met Marvin and Cesar from your maintenance crews and they were great. I spoke to a couple of different people over the phone who were also great. I truly appreciated how responsive you all were. We'll definitely be back and will recommend ACME over all to friends looking for a place to rent in Palm Springs!

i stayed at the house during the month of July...this was the 3rd time that I had rented this home. The exterior of the home has wonderful architectural features and the interior is basically an open floor plan which makes for the perfect get-a-away holiday house. The setting is private with wonderful nighttime views and yet is convenient to shopping, cultural activities, restaurants and a nighttime life. The management company gets top rating for their professionalism and prompt attention to any issue...big or small. The layout and setting of the house along with the management team makes for a smooth and wonderful holiday. I have rented this house during various seasons and each time was a good experience. Great service with reservations over the phone and Internet, and very responsive service throughout our stay. We were satisfied with our first experience, that we decided to come back again! We like the range of properties available through Acme, especially the Midcentury design homes. We don't see the need to investigate or go to another rental agency. The best part were the sunrise views from Chino Canyon, and we liked the hiking opportunities in Palm Springs and throughout the Coachella Valley. I had a great first experience with ACME House Co. They were very easy and pleasant to work with, and quick to respond to issues. The best part was the over all location and amenities at the home. The biggest surprise was that the grass was replaced with a fire pit in the back yard. The only issue was that the landscapers spent several hours working one day, and we found it very disruptive to our lounging about the pool.

What a wonderful vacation place. Peaceful, quiet and simple. Amazing views both for sunrise and sunset. The heated pool and hot tub are incredible. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The grill and fireplace both great. Just a very relaxing and peaceful rental. Also felt safe and secure at the property. I will be back for sure. Thanks to Acme and the owners for providing such a great place to stay. Highly recommend for someone looking for a simple but beautifully relaxing place.

Very Nice. We chose this property for the location and price. Property was what we needed for 4 guests - pool and spa, laundry available. Comfortable. Pool, spa, beds - comfortable. Lots of closet space, lots of sunlight in the house. Outside landscaping along the driveway and step could use a bit more lighting. Master bath could use a few additional towel rings/hooks.

The house and the setting truly portray a holiday house: the style has clean and linear lines which reflect the 'Palm Springs look'. It's a comfortable house that is easily maintained. It offers privacy within the house due to the separation of the rooms and the common areas offer settings for leisurely activities. The house has stunning views of the valley and the mountain range in both the day and the evening. The sunrise and the evening lightening flashes in the distance are dramatic experiences that are wonderful to view each day. Hilltop Haven is just outside of the center of town. The downtown, movie theaters, airport, markets are all minutes away, yet the house is just far enough away. Truly a pleasurable experience.

Beautiful Property, Great Views, Peaceful Spot

Overall Comment Spent a wonderful 5 nights at Hilltop Haven in March of this year. Perched above Palm Springs in a quiet spot with spectacular views across the valley. My son loved watching the old planes flying in and out of the airport (binoculars would have been useful). House decor very much to our taste, tasteful, clean and with all home comforts. Loved the pool and hot tub. Despite the quiet and the view nothing is more than a couple of minutes drive away. We stayed with 2 couples in bedrooms and a 4 year old on a camp bed in the living room. Perfect. We would stay here again.

Overall Comment The view from the patio is very Zen and lovely. The sliding screen doors to the pool area are old, however, and don't work at all. We just went in and out the regular door and had the patio door open for air. This is our second time renting the house this year and we loved it.

Overall Comment This is a lovely home - exactly as the pictures depict it. It is not walkable to downtown Palm Springs, but by car it's mere minutes. The house has beautiful sunrise and night views over the valley. Because it's built onto the side of a hill, the pool and sun deck are at the front of the house. My only concern was that it was quite open to the street and not competely quiet - although it is a residential street with not a lot of traffic. That said, this is a very good vacation rental. Fully equipped and nicely appointed. Clean and good quality linens and towels. This is a place we will certainly re-book. Acme House Company was a pleasure to deal with.

Hilton Haven is Heaven

Overall Comment We absolutely loved our weeks stay at this property. The elevated house w/ remarkable views, the secluded area, the privacy of the backyard,etc. The pool is surrounded by the house and perfect size for a family of four. We never left the water! Don't give out our little secret....Hilltop Haven is our new favorite vacation rental.

Overall Comment This home was amazing. Better than the photos or video even and that's saying something. The location was peaceful and beautiful. We rented it for 6 nights and had a very relaxing time. The pool was wonderful and when you needed a break from the sun the interior of the house was very stylish but also really comfortable (great master bedroom). Looking forward to going back at some point soon.
