OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Discover your private backyard oasis, completely walled and landscaped for privacy and relaxation. Spend sunny days floating in the heated pool, lounging on chaise chairs, or refreshing in the outdoor shower. As the sun sets behind the San Jacinto Mountains, gather around the fire pit lounge for cocktails under the stars.

Fire up the BBQ grill and dine alfresco at the shaded outdoor table for eight — surrounded by swaying palms and the scent of desert blooms. With so much space to unwind, you’ll feel like you’ve checked into your own private resort.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four serene bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. The primary suite features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, smart TV, direct pool access, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bath. Bedrooms three and four each include a queen bed and share a third full bath. All bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with hotel-quality mattresses, premium linens, and boutique-style décor, creating restful spaces that feel both stylish and inviting.

THE LOCATION
Stay just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. Walk or bike to Palm Canyon Drive for restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife. This place is perfect for a group to enjoy what Palm Springs has to offer. The space is very large on the inside, and great for making meals. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies, and the island makes it easy to cook and converse at once. We also enjoyed specialty kitchen items such as the blender and the cocktail shaker. The space was clean (other than some left over tape on the walls from previous guests), and very well decorated. The AC kept us cool despite 105 degree heat. Despite it being small, the pool was the perfect way for a group of 8 to cool off. We were also impressed by the responsiveness by the host whenever we had a question about the property. Thanks for a great stay.

We booked this house for a week over the holidays. A wonderful location in a quiet neighborhood (las palmas). We swam in the pool and were able to get out to mountain hikes quite easily. A very clean, well put together, wonderful stay. Property manager very responsive. I highly recommend. We will stay there again when in Palm Springs if possible.

Exceeded our expectations

Acme House's Eleven Palms exceeded our expectations. We wanted to check in a little early and the Acme staff was happy to accommodate. The house was immaculate, with an open floor plan and entertainer's kitchen with an incredible island. The beds and linens were all 5-star and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious (the separation was nice for those that wanted to sleep in). The backyard was an oasis! We loved the pool and spa and enjoyed many meals (and the awesome Sisters Coffee!) on the patio. Added bonuses were the board games and the record player! The Las Palmas neighborhood was ideal for morning runs and evening walks. Make sure to take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (late afternoon so you can see the sunset) and definitely go to Village Fest (the Thursday night street fair) also a must is breakfast at Farm. We loved our stay and highly recommend Acme House's attention to detail and customer service. Thank you Acme House, we can't wait for our next stay at Eleven Palms

Our recent long weekend stay at Eleven Palms in Palm Springs was spectacular. This place is mid-century on steroids, and the immersion was wonderful. Our dogs loved the safe yard. Our group had an INCREDIBLE weekend stay at Eleven Palms. The home is spacious and inviting, with lots of room to gather, relax, and cook. The bedrooms are all spaced out well so each couple had their own corner of the house to retreat to at the end of each night, and our bed was extremely comfortable (which is saying a lot from me, I typically don’t sleep well away from home!). The backyard is also great, with a fabulous pool and lots of space to lounge in the sunshine. And the location! We were super close to everywhere we wanted to go (not that there was much reason to leave our stylish, comfy home base!). We are already scheming a return trip…

We stayed at Eleven Palms along with two other couples and a friend. The space was absolutely perfect and quite honestly, beautiful! It was a joy to stay there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and full of lots of thoughtful touches. The bedrooms were tearfully decorated and comfortable l. The outside area was lovely- the pool was a nice break from the heat and had a decent amount of shade in the afternoon. The location itself is great- very walkable or a short Uber ride to everywhere you want to go. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is an absolutely beautiful home. The wide open common area had something for everyone - plenty of space for the kids to play and watch their programs while the adults enjoyed a fully stocked kitchen, complete with barware and high end appliances. Very easy and fun to entertain here and we really enjoyed hanging out in the parlor after dinner listening to old Frank Sinatra era records on the record player! During the day we spent lots and lots of time soaking in the amazing view of the mountain while lounging poolside. In addition to the view, the location is very close to downtown, either a 10 minute walk or a 3 minute drive. And if you don’t want to go that far even, there’s a fun gastropub only one block away. The AC works really well and the bedrooms even have their own controls. All in all, this property is a gem, a relaxing little bit of Palm Springs paradise in an impossible-to-beat location with all the amenities and superb property management provided by ACME.

The home is so welcoming and relaxing, decorated BEAUTIFULLY and sparklingly clean. The yard was beautifully maintained, and pool is the perfect temp. The AC works great, which is probably the most important thing in the desert ! Amenities are perfect if you’re forgetful like me, the kitchen has every dish / appliance you need, and don’t worry if you forgot shampoo! Small details were so nice, my dog especially loved that they had an extra tennis ball for her to play with ! Bring a deck of cards and make use of the extra large cribbage board! The location is great too, its in a quiet neighborhood but still easy walking distance to Downtown. The host is very communicative, I had a question about something and received an immediately phone call and text reply in answer. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to the Coachella valley! I Definitely look forward to staying here again. ??
