The expansive, fully walled and gated yard ensures total privacy and includes a resort-style pool and spa with chaise lounges and umbrellas for sun-soaked relaxation. Enjoy the covered dining pavilion, gas BBQ, firepit lounge, and napping hammock—ideal for lazy afternoons, starlit evenings, and memorable gatherings with friends and family.

This house is just as lovely as the photos. It is completely private, surrounded by lush greenery with views above to the mountains. Inside it’s a classic, midcentury modern home with clean spaces, thoughtful decorating, and framed views of the peaceful surroundings. The house was very clean, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has ample cookware and tableware. We hope to stay here again!

Had a great time at this rental house in Palm Springs. Everything was as described in listing. Very clean house and outdoor areas. Spent lots of time enjoying the hot tub. Located in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Fairly close to airport flight pattern so there was some plane noise but was not a big deal. Excellent communication with ACME. Would definitely rent from them again.

Great house in quiet residential area. Very well equipped. Amazing outdoor area. There was a bit of airplane noise as noted in other reviews from flights taking off. Overall would stay again.

Beautiful mid-century modern home with a fully private pool and hot tub. Fire pit and hammock are a plus. There’s nothing quite like looking up at the stars under the palm trees in Palm Springs. Heated pool and hot tub was worth it!

Thanks for an excellent stay! We had a great time at this mid-century modern jewel in North Palm Springs. The house was clean and nicely decorated, and we enjoyed all the amenities. Airplane noise was definitely an issue, but we got used to it after a few days. Also, I would recommend having basic cooking supplies in the kitchen (salt, oil, spices, etc.). This is pretty standard at other places we have stayed at in PS.

ACME did a great job with this airbnb! The floor plan, amenities, and location made it a great place to stay for t the weekend. It was a short uber to the downtown area and the architecture in the area was beautiful.

My family and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay. The living room and kitchen area were bright, airy, and comfortable with plenty of natural light and space to relax. The AC kept the home cool throughout our stay, which was much appreciated. The pool and hot tub were definite highlights—both were clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. We also loved the entertainment options on the TVs in every room—great for winding down after a day in the sun. A great spot for a relaxing getaway. We'd absolutely stay here again!

• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
