This was a perfect weekend getaway for the family. We love that we were able to bring our dogs with us. The beds and linens were super comfortable, the kitchen had every cooking item we needed and then some. The grounds were perfectly relaxing and comfortable. Palm Springs has a strict noise ordinance for vacation homes and to be honest it made it so easy to relax and unwind. We definitely will be coming back.

I loved everything about this property. It was the most relaxing time and my wonderful mother enjoyed sleeping on the comfortable mattress and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Everything about this house was perfect! I look forward to rebooking this property again in the near future.

Had a great stay at Acme's Desert Eden. The house is *super clean* and very well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable & the pillows were AWESOME (I'm buying some for myself). My only very minor knock on the place would be to say that the living area of the house is smaller than it appears in the images so maybe just be aware of that if you think you might need a lot of room to spread out. That said, the bedrooms were plenty large, each with it's own TV, and provide a great place to lounge if you want a touch of time off from the rest of the family or friends you came with. The pool area & surrounding yard are very nice & super well-maintained. And, honestly, I can't say enough good things about the owners/management. They're super buttoned-up, very helpful, and extremely responsive. They run the house with great hospitality & service - like a nice hotel. A great experience all around.

Amazing AirBnB! We had a great time staying there during Coachella weekend. Wish we had more time to spend in Cali and in the house, but overall a great spot to relax, chill, and go on a local run around the area. Host was very accommodating with checkout.

Beautiful house. We love the mid-century modern experience. It was perfect. Pool and garden are exquisite. It's dog-friendly, so our mutts enjoyed it too. The open living floor plan suits indoor-outdoor living. It was cold & sometimes rainy during our stay but nonetheless we could take advantage of the spa and pool. The gas fireplace was a delight. The kitchen, while well equipped, had poor lighting, as did the master bedroom's restroom. Acme said they would be fixing this. I should point out that this was wintertime, so lighting is more important. House is in the airport flight path with regular jet fly-overs. A former reviewer found this to be a problem; we did not. It was kinda cool to watch the jets overhead. But it's something to be aware of when booking. You should know that Acme has some requirements for document beyond Airbnb's. Also, cleaning fee seemed excessive -- almost $500.00 for four nights. Overall, it was a delightful experience for us. I highly recommend it.

Very nice home in a quintessential Palm Springs mid-century neighborhood. House was very clean and had everything you'd need. Large, beautiful and private backyard. The only drawback -- and it is something to consider -- is the noise associated with the home's nearness to the Palm Springs Airport. Starting at six a.m. every morning and continuing all day until around 10 o'clock at night it seemed, planes landing and taking off from the airport are exactly overhead the home at a very low altitude. We were working on Zoom from the house and had to pause conversations while the planes went by overhead (and every morning you'd definitely have trouble -- like we did -- sleeping past six a.m). Despite the noise I'd recommend the home though.

Recently stayed in this ACME property. The house provided the quintessential Palm Springs vacation. The house was traditional mid-century modern architecture and decor and was in a quiet, great location. ( a convenient grocery store was an easy half mile walk away and downtown PS about a five minute drive). The best feature of this house was by far the backyard area. Beautiful pool, multiple lounging zones, view of the mountains and gorgeous landscaping. All enclosed by a very tall hedge that gave the property privacy and added to the resort like atmosphere.

Our second stay in this home was lovely. We adore Palm Springs and this dog-friendly, extremely clean retreat is calming and relaxing. All the facilities are amazing and Acme is always extremely helpful and professional. We had some much needed rest!

Stunning property. Well located, within minutes of downtown but far enough away to be a tranquil retreat. Acme did an amazing job refreshing the property while respecting its architectural heritage. Immaculately clean both inside and the exterior grounds and pool. Well kept designer/architectural furnishings. Amazingly responsive customer service via online portal and text. Couldn't ask for more, and already dreaming of when I can come back next!

We stay in Palm Springs every year, and this house and location was far and away our favorite yet! Very clean and well appointed with all the comforts you'd need: fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, fast WiFi, gorgeous pool, hot tub, and landscaped yard. The Desert Eden home was better than expected. We've stayed at one other Acme property before, but when booking this trip the other home wasn't available so we went with Desert Eden. It did not disappoint! It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just down the street from the main drag of Palm Springs. It was close to an Albertson's grocery store which made it easy to stock the house with food and beverages instead of hauling them with us in the car. The home itself was clean, spacious and cozy. It had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all were great sizes and equipped with everything one would need. Every room had a sliding glass door that went to the backyard, which was equally as nice as the inside of the home. The pool was heated to a perfect 85 degrees. The backyard had a BBQ, fire pit, and a hammock. The lounge chairs were next to umbrellas and there was an outdoor dining table mostly in the shady area of the yard which provided an amazing breakfast location. At the end of the trip we decided Desert Eden is our new favorite Acme home, but I have a feeling if we stayed at another property we could easily be enamored with yet another favorite Acme house.

Desert Eden is exactly as advertised. The home was clean, contemporary, and private. The management team made my wife and I feel at home. They even took extra steps to provide accommodations when needed. We could not have been more happy with our choice, and look forward to staying again soon. Overall Comment Enjoyed the cool mid-century modern vibe of this beautifully remodeled Krisel home. The outdoor setting was lovely: beautiful pool, nicely furnished, very warm spa and fire pit. We had sun almost all day long and great view of the mountains. The home has all the amenities you need: fully stocked kitchen, outdoor barbecue, flat screen TVs in family room and all bedrooms. Remodeled bathrooms are small, but well done. All furnishings in tune with the era: very stylish but may not be the most comfortable. We found the sofa not very comfortable; but, beds were very comfortable. Great location and very close to downtown. Joshua Tree National Park less than an hour drive away. Management at Acme Property were extremely helpful. Home was very clean, especially during COVID. We will come back again!

Overall Comment We spent a week here in October 2020. The house was immaculate and it seemed that covid appropriate care and precautions were taken. Thank you: The kids LOVED the hot tub. I like the full size swimming pool. All appliances were sufficient - including clothes washer and coffee machine. Wife was fast enough for two kids and their remote zoom lessons!

Amazing property! If you love Palm Springs history, you will love this house. Very comfortable. The kitchen has the utensils you need. Great tips in the booklet. It is such a shame Palm Springs doesn't let you play music so you have to wear headphones by the pool. We can't wait to stay here again. We loved our stay. Will be planning another visit soon for sure.
