The spacious backyard is walled and gated for privacy and features a saltwater pool with a water feature and integrated waterfall spa, and poolside chaise lounges - perfect for enjoying the Palm Springs sunshine. There’s also an outdoor fire pit lounge, BBQ grill, and an alfresco dining area - plus bocce ball, cornhole bicycles, and more.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
This private backyard features a sparkling saltwater pool with integrated waterfall spa and poolside chaise lounges. You’ll also find a fire pit lounge, BBQ grill, and alfresco dining for up to 6 guests. Take in the lush landscaping and mountain views while enjoying a game of bocce ball. Park your car at the EV charger and grab a bicycle (4 total) - perfect for enjoying a ride around the neighborhood.

** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. If you home has a spa or hot tub, heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Desert Daydreams is elegant in its simplicity and high-style design. Spacious free-flowing floor plan. Walls of glass open up to reveal the sun-drenched pool yard - blurring the lines between indoor-outdoor living. The kitchen features a gorgeous sleek backsplash with pops of gold. The bedrooms are decorated with vibrant, colorful wallpaper, adding to the fabulous mid mod vibe of this home.

This property has been updated for the way we live today, with flat screen televisions, high performance climate control, and high-speed gigabit internet – perfect for remote working and learning. For our furry friends, this property is Pet Friendly.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms has a hotel-quality mattress, flat screen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom, named the Blue Bedroom, has direct access to the pool. It is also equipped with an adjustable King bed that allows you to sit upright at the press of a button The Blue Bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a bidet. The two guest bedrooms are named the Yellow Bedroom and the Orange Bedroom. The Yellow Bedroom has a California King bed and The Orange Bedroom has a Queen bed. Both guest rooms share easy access to a full bathroom with bidet in the hallway.

THE LOCATION
Tucked away on a street just minutes away from restaurants, shops, boutiques, art galleries, the casino, convention center, and all the fun of Palm Canyon Drive! Grocery stores, casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

The home was placed closely to downtown and the airport which made traveling extremely convenient. I'd say my only complaints are: 1. You can't play music outside 2. The house is in a fly zone so it can get very loud - luckily there arent too many flights through the late hours of the night 3. Due to it being a dessert, having the fan on through the night will drive noises such as the blinds hitting the window and the fan in the smallest room is a little loud through the night when set on 'high' The owners are great though as we were missing some items and they were able to get it sent to us within half an hour. Would highly recommend staying.

Really liked this house. It is convenient to anything you would really want to do in Palm Springs. Tons of great details- a lemon tree, bikes you can use, huge TVs with streaming, etc. Beautiful back yard and pool area. The pool was dirty when we arrived (definitely still swimmable) but the cleaner showed up day 1 and it was gorgeous again. The house was spotless, kitchen was very well-appointed although only spices and coffee on site and you will need to buy the rest. We loved our stay here and would definitely return, probably my favorite house I’ve stayed at in the Coachella Valley. P.S. Be prepared for a lot of pre-arrival communication. Palm Springs is notoriously grumpy about noise from Airbnbs so I understand the extra warnings but I received more messages than I would have expected in the days before check-in. Not a big deal but my phone was blowing up.

The location is really close to downtown Palm Springs so it was very easy to navigate around the neighborhood and explore. The host was very responsive and check in/check out was easy. Such a great place to stay at while visiting PS! The home was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer on-site—it made things so convenient. The space was exactly as described, and check-in was smooth! We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully appointed home in Palm Springs! The location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do, yet private and peaceful. The house was spotless, stylish and full of thoughtful touches. The backyard was a highlight, with a saltwater pool & spa surrounded by separate areas; a fire pit with Adirondack chairs, a bocce ball court, and a lovely grass space with lit palm trees. The view from inside was stunning! Each bedroom had a unique theme, comfortable beds & every bathroom had a bidet-a true luxury! The kitchen was fully stocked and well-labeled, the living room was cozy with fireplace, large tv and telescope. The master bedroom's adjustable bed was a great surprise! Extras like bikes, games, and a record player with vintage vinyl made our stay even more fun. We highly recommend this special home and would gladly return!

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
