OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Escape to paradise without ever leaving home in our private backyard paradise, where you’ll find a glistening blue pool and spa surrounded by lush cacti, palm trees, and aloe plants. Illuminated with glowing pink lights at night, enjoy fun night swims in the beautiful pool and soothing soaks in the hot spa before rinsing off in the outdoor shower.

Inviting sunning chairs and comfy lounge furnishings invite you to soak in the breathtaking views of the mountains with a good book or cocktail. Fire up the state-of-the-art BBQ grill for a group cookout, then savor a delicious meal al fresco style at the six-person outdoor dining table. CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 29 nights or longer:

Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any

We loved this house!

We loved this house! It was immaculate and tastefully “homey”, with comfortable furniture (including the couches and beds). The kitchen was clean and stocked with everything and more than we needed. The pool and outdoor space was quiet, private (fully fenced in), and so much fun. Our family loved the pool and enjoyed all the outdoor toys that were available at the house — volleyball, frisbees and bikes. We did not ask them to heat the pool (so, I don’t think it was heated during our stay), but we loved it. The water was comfortably refreshing. Great rental house!! Can’t wait to come back!
