INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This modern, single story pavilion is equal-parts designer showhouse and understated vacation home. It is designed for living and artfully elegant. Admire all the fine details in the gracious, bright, open-concept living space included carefully curated coffee table books, floating mirror framed fireplace, wall-sized windows, and comfortable lounge areas. You’ll also love to test out your mixology skills at our sunken wet-bar with cozy swivel seating.
Head into the gracious den/office room with vintage designer leather couches and desk, 75’ flatscreen TV and its own patio/dining area. This room is also equipped with functional office features including high speed wifi and digital printer. The perfect spot to wind down and relax or to quietly work from home.
The huge kitchen has tons of counter space and is open, bright and well equipped with modern appliances for cooking any recipe. Take advantage of the ample granite countertop space for meal prep or staging your take out order. Enjoy a tasty dish and conversation at the gorgeous glass dining room table overlooking the pool. yard and mountains.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
This home offers four unique bedrooms stretching from one end of the home to the other. Three have direct access to the garden and are equipped with convenient ensuite bathroom access. One bedroom shares a bathroom.
Each room features plenty of storage space, quality mattresses, and unique designer furniture and décor. The primary bedroom has a massive 10 ft picture window overlooking the pool and garden with its own door out to the garden. This oversized room is furnished with a king bed with tall upholstered head board, large bedside dressers with tall “Harlequin” lamps, a vintage Eames lounge chair and 58” flat screen TV, plus a large ensuite bathroom/dressing area (with direct access to the side yard) and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers the best view of the mountains and twin palms just outside through the oversized picture window. It is furnished with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom access. Both this room and its bath enjoy direct pool/patio access. The third bedroom has a queen bed and Eames lounge chair and has back yard direct access to a charming patio facing west and surrounded by citrus trees. This room sits across from the bathroom in the hallway (shared with the second bedroom). The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, modern desk, and ensuite bathroom just steps from the kitchen.

Casa Cactus sits on an idyllic cul-de-sac in the popular Deepwell Estates, a fabled celebrity enclave since the 50’s that also features many architecturally significant homes and one of Palm Springs most desirable neighborhoods. Nearby to plenty of conveniences: shopping, hiking trails, art galleries, banking, the Casino, Chabad, coffee shops and burger joints, and so much more. An abundance of South Palm Springs fun, food, and entertainment is right within walking distance, including Bar Cecil, Mr. Lyon’s, the Saguaro, the Purple Room, and the Ace Hotel.
