Step outside and the experience begins. The very private resort-style yard is anchored by a sleek “space capsule” saltwater pool, perfect for early-morning laps or floating away the afternoon. SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each bedroom has been designed as its own private sanctuary. The primary suite features a king bed, stunning garden and pool views, an Eames lounge chair for slow mornings, a flat-screen TV, en-suite bath, and direct outdoor access.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
