OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Lush desert landscape and completely walled for privacy, the lovely setting showcases the western Palm Springs mountains. At the center is a sparkling saltwater pool with beach entry and tanning deck, surrounded by chaise lounges and shade umbrellas. Integrated waterfall spa. Two outdoor showers. Three separate fire features provide cozy conversation areas. The outdoor covered living pavilion is over 900 square feet and features overhead fans, dining table and plumbed gas BBQ / cook area.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This vacation wonderland has been perfectly planned down to the last detail. The living room, dining area and center island kitchen are all open to each other - providing enough space for your entire group to relax and enjoy. The kitchen is outfitted with a gorgeous turquoise backsplash, modern cabinetry, stainless appliances and double ovens.

The owners really love this home and spend a lot of time here themselves. It is equipped with every convenience including high speed internet and 5 flatscreen televisions. Walls of glass blur the lines between interior and exterior living in true Palm Springs-style.

** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All of the bedrooms feature a comfortable hotel-quality mattress, flatscreen TVs, ample storage and sliding glass doors to the outdoors. There are four King Bedrooms - three are Master Suites. The first Master Suite has beautiful pool and mountain views and the en suite bath features an indoor to outdoor shower. The second Master Suite has courtyard access and mountain views. There is also a King Guest Room in the main house that opens up to the side patio and has easy access to a full bathroom. The Casita Master Suite has a private entrance, pool and mountain views and a kitchenette.

THE LOCATION
City location that has been softened by mature plantings and completely walled and gated for privacy. Just 2 miles to the World Famous Palm Canyon Drive. Grocery stores, fast casual restaurants, coffee places and other neighborhood conveniences are all very close by.

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

We had a very nice stay at this wonderful home. My only criticism is that the outdoor lounging furniture was very uncomfortable (the chaise loungers/chairs for the outdoor table for eating). They were hard plastic/cheap and no cushions (this was not what was pictured on the advertisement for the home). Otherwise everything was truly stellar there.

The outdoor dining chairs you mentioned are indeed an upgrade from previous options that proved susceptible to the elements. The sun and heat can take a toll on outdoor furniture, which is why we continually strive to make improvements. In response to your concerns, we've taken proactive steps by providing additional cushions stored in the garage to enhance comfort during outdoor dining experiences. Similarly, we've opted for sturdy white chaises for our poolside seating to ensure longevity and durability in the face of constant exposure to sunlight and heat. ACME does provide many extra towels for our pool properties which can be used as cushioning on the pool chaises. We hope to welcome you back to Palm Springs soon, and we remain committed to ensuring your future experiences with us are nothing short of exceptional.

This is an exceptional property. The pool, the spa, the fire pits, the gourmet kitchen, gorgeous bedrooms and fabulous casita. There was a very comfortable living room too. Friends flew in from all over the country to reconnect and relax together which made it perfect to be so close to the airport. Downtown PS did not disappoint either being nearby with a quick uber ride. The instructions were easy to understand on how to operate everything, much appreciated. Only hiccup with that was the party lights but with the firepits and outdoor vibe we enjoyed it anyway.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Azul! The house is extremely spacious, private and well appointed. The gourmet kitchen had every piece of cooking equipment you could imagine and a double oven. The pool and jacuzzi were pristine and we loved the outdoor kitchen and dining table. The house is located in North Palm Springs and is a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and 5 minutes away from Albertsons Supermarket. My family visiting from the UK loved it and we made some very happy memories at Casa Azul!

Professional management adds to the excellence

We came to celebrate a friend's important milestone and really needed a successful weekend without worrying about little issues coming up especially since we were 4 different couples. It was so easy to coordinate with the management they were very responsive and informative. Everybody got a great and comfortable room w king bed. Everybody had a bathroom. they thought of everything even in small detail like charging stations on both sides of each bed, plenty of paper proeducts, all the necessary kitchen tools and extras for cooking. Every room has an exit to the outside areas and felt resort like so there's not one room that i worried about having to pro rate because it was less desirable. All the kitchen materials matched and they actually had sharp knives. AC was individual to each room so each couple could sleep at the tenp they liked (although we all had it cranked bc it was the hottest day in earth). The living area was open and inviting and there was so much shade around the house it was easier to keep the inside cool. There's great shady areas around the bbq outside for those not wanting to be in the pool. It was a mini resort stay and we would definitely stay again.

I booked a stay at Casa Azul through Acme House Co and I couldn't have been happier. I started renting in Palm Springs in 2015, and Acme has been my favorite company to work with thus far. Everyone from their team was always super helpful and nice. During my stay, they checked in on me periodically by text to make sure everything was going well, and offered many options to make our stay even more enjoyable. Casa Azul itself was an absolute gem. The entire property is walled, so it made having our little dog with us that much more enjoyable because we didn't have to worry about him escaping. The outdoor area was beautiful, and much larger in person than what is shown in the pictures. Location wise, the house is super close to two supermarkets and just a quick drive to downtown. The neighborhood itself wasn't busy, and we never heard or saw any of the neighbors. We all come to Palm Springs frequently, but we really had a special time on this trip. I've rented a lot of homes in Palm Springs, but I am specifically looking forward to staying at Casa Azul again with Acme. They offered the best combination of customer service, flexibility, and value. Thanks Acme!

This is the ideal place to stay in Palm Springs. Amazing house. Open floor plan. Outdoors are incredible. Pool top notch. Lounging options are wonderful. Only issue we had were the lack of outdoor speakers and we couldn't connect our Sonos, my advise is to bring your own Bluetooth speaker... then it will be perfect!

Overall Comment The house is really great. It's well-maintained, contains everything you need, and is quite lovely. The pool and spa were terrific and really fun to use, too. The views from the pool deck are phenomenal. The only downside (for those who are sensitive to noise) is the level of ambient noise from the busy street and the airport.

The house was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Huge beautifully landscaped and fully fenced property, and the heated pool and hot tub were absolutely fantastic. Tons of pool toys in the garage, great fire pits. Overall, one of our family's favorite vacation rentals so far. Acme Co was super helpful and responsive during the rental process. You can definitely hear the airplanes, but the house is so amazing it doesn't matter! Convenient location, great mountain view. Only negative was that the WiFi was exceptionally slow.

Beautiful Casa Azul!

Overall Comment We had 4 couples stay at this beautiful house and it was better than the pictures! The bedrooms were great that each couple had their own bathroom. We loved the pool area and they had flamingo floaties and air mattresses as well. The kitchen had everything you could imagine...tons of pots, pans, utensils, rice cookers. The only thing that was missing was a garlic press and an electric juicer. We picked fresh grapefruit off the trees in the back. Delicious! I would highly recommend Casa Azul! Only a 5 minute drive from the airport and the airplane noise wasn't bad at all. I think we were Casa Azul's first renters and we made sure we cleaned everything before we left. Even started the sheets/towels. The only problem we had was the tv in the casita didn't work, even after the maintenance guy came. No biggie. Very impressed with the Rental Company!
