OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES 
The backyard of Alluring Palms is a private resort-style oasis designed for both relaxation and fun. Surrounded by towering palms and dramatic mountain views, this beautifully landscaped space features a sparkling pool, soothing spa, and multiple lounge areas for soaking up the sun or enjoying shaded comfort beneath the covered patio.
Dine alfresco at the large outdoor table just steps from the kitchen doors, grill up dinner on the BBQ, or unwind by the firepit with a cocktail as the stars begin to appear. Whether you’re floating in the pool, lounging under an umbrella, or playing a casual game of cornhole on the lawn, this outdoor retreat delivers the perfect Palm Springs vibe. The lush greenery and wraparound fence provide ample privacy, making it your own secluded desert hideaway.
** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.  If you home has a spa or hot tub,  heating the spa is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES

The fully equipped Chef's kitchen offers striking marble-style countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a spacious island with counter seating. The adjoining dining area is ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or morning coffee with a view of the pool just beyond the sliding glass doors. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated to create a sense of effortless style and easy living.
** The term "Pets Allowed” or “Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. **
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms has been uniquely designed to feel like a private boutique retreat. The primary suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, and a large walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors open directly to the patio, allowing in the morning light and desert breeze. Thoughtful details such as a workspace, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, and modern wall sconces make this suite both functional and luxurious.
The second bedroom offers another king-size bed framed by vibrant tropical wallpaper, adding a playful retro flair to the space. You’ll sleep soundly surrounded by plush hotel-style linens and calming desert tones.
The third bedroom continues the stylish theme with geometric wallpaper and a queen-size bed. A beautifully updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower sits just across the hall for convenient access. Guests will also appreciate the washer and dryer located off the dining area, making extended stays effortless.

2. LATE CHECK OUTS / NON-APPROVED LATE CHECK OUTS
Guest agrees there shall be no non-pre approved late check outs, or vacating the premises after 10 AM without a pre-approval.
 - Late Check Out:
Occurs after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Unless pre-approved by ACME. The Cost to extend Check Out on the day of departure may be up to ½ daily lodging fees charged to Guest’s credit card on file (which will not be deemed a limitation of damages).
 - Non-Approved Late Check Out:
Occurs after 10:00 am on the day of departure. Cost for a non-pre approved late checkout is 2 times the daily high season lodging rate, and taxes, plus any costs incurred, including but not limited to relocation of arriving guests, which will be charged to Guest’s credit card at ACME's sole discretion.
3. CONDITION OF PREMISES
   -  Accuracy of listing:
Furnishings, amenities and decor are subject to substitution or change without notice. ACME photos of the Premises may not exactly represent recently made changes.
  - Guest Responsibility:
On arrival day, Guest agrees to examine the Premises and its contents entirely, including cleaning quality, and promptly report any items that are unclean, damaged, not functioning, or missing. These issues do not give Guest the right to cancel the Agreement or receive a refund or discount, whether reported or not.
