Outdoor Living Space

The outdoor space at Paseo Palms Estate is the true star of the show. A sparkling private pool and spa take center stage, with little fountains surrounding the spa for a soothing sound and a touch of luxury. Sun loungers and umbrellas sit at both ends of the pool, so there is always a perfect spot in the sun or shade. A misting system runs across the whole back half of the property, from the covered patio to the pool area, to keep everyone cool on warm desert days. At one end of the pool, a firepit with plenty of seating makes a cozy gathering spot as the evening cools down. At the other end, a built-in BBQ with counter seating for 2 is ready for poolside cookouts. The covered back patio has outdoor dining for 8, ceiling fans, an additional outdoor seating area, and misters of its own. A beautiful outdoor shower finished in mosaic tile adds one more Palm Springs touch.

Indoor Living Space

Step inside and be captivated by a home filled with natural light. Right off the entryway, the living space has a fireplace, plenty of seating, a flatscreen TV, and a sliding door out to the back patio. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cooking essentials, and a window that lets in even more light. Next to the kitchen, the dining area has a glass table and chairs for 4, beside a sliding door that opens to the back patio and outdoor space. A Peloton is available for guest use, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer makes longer stays easy. Central air conditioning and high-speed WiFi keep the whole home comfortable and connected.

Paseo Palms Estate comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across three king bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, access to the back patio, and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a standalone tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed framed by patio sliders on each side, a private patio with a small outdoor seating area, a second patio door to the back patio, a desk for working, a flatscreen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom 2 has a king bed, a flatscreen TV, side patio access with its own little seating area, and an ensuite bathroom with a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
