Spend the day at the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (six-and-a-half miles from this home) to ascend over 8,000 feet up to Mount San Jacinto. For the more adventurous, head to the Indian Canyons for a hike up to the waterfalls just over five miles away. That said, we truly apologize for the issues you encountered checking in and want you to know that we strive to provide seamless and stress-free check-ins and we are sorry your experience didn't reflect this. Additionally, our local manager confirmed that the gas fireplace is operational and it has a gas key to open/close the gas valves. Guests can use a long stick lighter to ignite the gas. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again.
