Just beyond the property, the newly completed CV Link offers a scenic, car-free pathway perfect for walking, jogging, or biking through Palm Springs. The trail runs right past the neighborhood, adding easy access to one of the area’s most popular outdoor amenities and bringing extra energy and activity to the surrounding streetscape.

SLEEPING QUARTERS The primary suite offers a king bed, smart TV, dedicated workspace with printer, and French doors leading directly to the backyard pool paradise. A queen guest bedroom with TV provides comfort and style, while the third bedroom includes a full-size bed and smart TV. The queen and full bedrooms share access to a full bath with shower/tub combo. With hotel-quality linens and playful décor, every room feels welcoming and unique.
