Trusted Cleaning & Operations Process

Have peace of mind when you arrive to an Acme House Company vacation home. Our staff is trained and held accountable to the following personal and operational standards:

  • All Acme House Company Employees are Fully-Vaccinated or must follow the following guidelines
    • Wear an N95 mask, whenever the unvaccinated staff member is in our office building, in a vehicle with
      others during work hours, or in any property we manage.
    • Turn in at least 1x per week, a negative Covid19 test
    • Test their temperature and Oxygen level in the lobby of our offices before entering each workday and log the results
  • All Staff Members must continue to do the following regardless of vaccination status:
  • Additional Cleaning Focus & Operational Efforts Include:
    • High-touch items such as remotes, cabinets, and door handles are being disinfected multiple times throughout the cleaning process.
    • Towels and linens are placed in plastic protectant coverings post laundering and are removed once they are ready for installation at the property.
    • Coffee is now provided in sealed packaging directly from the boutique roasting provider, Sister's Coffee.
    • Pet-Friendly Properties now have pet waste bags provided at check-in.
    • Most concierge greetings for arrival are being done over the telephone instead of in-person to avoid contact with non-family/traveling group members.
    • Non-emergency maintenance requests may not be handled until departure unless specifically requested by the guest or homeowner.
