Inside, you’ll find four large, light-filled guest suites, each with direct outdoor access. Three full bathrooms and an additional half bath are featured for your convenience. The indoor open-plan living space provides plenty of room to lounge around, and the modern kitchen is well equipped for whipping up both light snacks and culinary masterpieces. An indoor dining area and a second indoor patio dining area provide your group with plenty of seating options when mealtimes roll around.

This stunning home is located in the tranquil, upmarket Sunrise Park Neighborhood. Downtown Palm Springs and all its entertainment and amenities are a short drive away, and Palm Springs Airport is easily accessible from the property.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
Guests arriving at the property are immediately greeted with an extremely private Mediterranean-style backyard. The sun-soaked outdoor pool and spa are ideal for making the most of Palm Springs’ beautifully sunny weather, and there are plenty of comfortable loungers where you can lie out and catch some rays or keep cool in the shade.

When the sun goes down, gather on the outdoor sofas and light the modern fireplace for a memorable evening under the stars. There’s also a cornhole game for some fun in the sun and an outdoor shower for cleaning up before you head inside.

** The pool will be heated to 83 degrees upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival. Spa heating is included with your rental at no extra cost **

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
The upscale design and architecture of this open-concept home create a warm and relaxing atmosphere that your group will love. The plush sectional sofa and leather daybed are perfectly positioned around the large flat screen, making this the ideal spot to catch a movie or the big game.

The chef in your group will love the fully stocked modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and there’s room for three to grab a bite at the breakfast bar. The indoor dining area comfortably seats eight for lavish dinners, and the covered indoor patio provides an alternative spot for relaxed lunches. The BBQ grill is set up and ready to go, and there’s additional seating on the covered patio which makes a tranquil spot for an after-lunch siesta.

Guests will also find a washer and dryer at the property for added convenience, and the casita has a coffee machine and mini fridge to help get your mornings started right.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Four bright, luxurious suites sleep up to eight guests. The primary guest room boasts a plush king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, and direct outdoor access via sliding doors and exclusive access to a private outdoor patio with an open-air shower. The gorgeous en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower and bathtub.

The first guest room has a king-size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This suite has outdoor access to its own private patio, and a second sliding door opens onto the indoor dining patio. There’s also a half bathroom between these two suites.

Across the patio, in the casita, you’ll find two additional spacious, light-filled suites with king-size beds and direct outdoor access. These guestrooms share a spacious bathroom with a large walk-in shower and plenty of natural light.

This property is located in a quiet and peaceful area of the desirable Sunrise Park Neighborhood. Here, guests benefit from privacy and tranquility while still being close enough to enjoy all the fun and amenities that Palm Springs has to offer.

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.

Our stay was incredible and the house was as described and pictured, if not better. The aesthetic of the design was flawless, with so much attention to detail. The location was an easy 1 mile to Palm Canyon, as well as Ralph's. Acme was incredibly responsive and provided a lot of pertinent detail upfront. I can't believe we forgot to review this property after we came home! The house was exactly as pictured, maybe even a little nicer than the pictures indicate. The property was spotless; the pool and hot tub were heated and ready for use upon arrival. The house was generously sized for our family of five+ (3 older children and one dog) with good separation and quiet spaces for when down time was needed. When we arrived and struggled with the front door combination, the host's attention was prompt, and they even followed up later in the evening to make sure we had been able to settle in. Much appreciated. The welcome basket for the dog was the sweetest touch, and he very much enjoyed the treats. This house is exactly what travelers hope for in a rental: as-pictured, clean, comfortable, quiet, and ready for occupancy. The host was great from booking to departure and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope we get a chance to come back again!

Desert Orchid Retreat is AMAZING

What a beautiful home the Desert Orchid Retreat is! We shared this house to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was the perfect spot! Not only was the home a beautiful oasis with a modern, colorful Palm Springs flare, it was also incredibly clean and very well stocked. The home sleeps 6+ very comfortably! There was nothing this mid-century beauty didn’t have! They even had a few pool toys located behind the home, a bonus to ensure your sun bathing is a good time! The location of the home is very convenient, about 6-9 minutes away from all the things we enjoy in Palm Springs: the design district with Trina Turk and SHAG, great restaurants like 849 and Sherman’s Deli! We drove a little further out to eat at the stylish Pink Cabana (highly recommend) and the drive was not bad at all, about 30 minutes, but who notices with that “Summer Wind” blowing. Though the house was beautiful, and we truly enjoyed every minute we spent in the resort-like home, there are a few points I just want to include to give the opportunity for small improvements. While the QR code was helpful with house information, the photos and instructions need to be updated for this specific home. We did have some trouble with a few key amenities, like the fireplace and spa functions. Neither would turn on, even after reaching out to ACME, who tried to assist us but to no avail, a disappointment considering the fireplace area was absolutely stunning! Hopefully this can be remedied before our next visit! ACME did

This was a perfect spot for an adult weekend getaway. I rented this house for my wife’s 40th birthday and it was perfect. The neighborhood felt very safe and it was nice. Walking into the property you are greeted by the clean sparkling pool and beautiful fireplace, with a huge outdoor seating area. It was clean, lots of seats to lounge in and plenty of floaties and towels. The main house was clean and very modern inside. Open floor plan, plenty of space. The kitchen had nice appliances & everything you might need and more! We loved the outside bbq/seating area for the dinner party we had. Again ample amount of seats and space for everyone. I loved that all 4 of the bedrooms had large size beds and privacy. The bathrooms were all nice and new. The decor in this place is cool and hip. This was a gorgeous home with all the bells and whistles. High quality and very nice! Literally like a brand new house. Thanks for a great stay!

Overall the house was beautiful and matched the pictures. We stayed here amidst the hurricane, and the host was very responsive and when there was a leak someone came quickly to fix it. We found that in the master bedroom it was difficult to cool down, but the rest of the house was perfect. The pool was beautiful and we had a great time with a group of 8.

My family and friends had an amazing time at this property it was centrally located and easy to navigate to and from the airbnb. We had no complaints only suggestion was maybe check the AC unit in the master bedroom as it got way too hot in there and we slept in the living room some night but we do understand the weather was particularly hot this weekend. Also the pool could have been slightly more maintained but i mean very slightly. WE WILL BE REBOOKING FOR MANY MORE EVENT WE LOVED LOVED LOVED THE PROPERTY. Can’t wait to be poolside relaxing in Palm Springs again!

The house was beautiful

We stayed at Desert Orchid Retreat. The house was beautiful. Everything was new and top of the line. The location of the pool in between the main house and the casita was perfect. I would probably give this house a five star review in everything, except for two reasons. The air conditioner in the master bedroom did not cool enough. We called for help and they brought us a big fan. It seems like the vent is in back of the room near the thermostat so it regulates it based on how cool the back of the room is and does not reach far enough to the front room. Another issue was that the pool was not clean. The person who cleans it showed up the day we were leaving. The notes did say that the pool cleaner has a set schedule, but I would expect the pool to be cleaned in between rentals. Again, I loved the house and I would stay again if those two issues were fixed.
