Modernism Week is Back!

We're thrilled that Modernism Week is back this year! Modernism Week is an 11-day festival that will run from February 17, 2022 to February 27, 2022 and it's a celebration of midcentury modern design, architecture, art, fashion and culture. It features more than 350 events including Signature Home Tours, films, Premier Double Decker Architectural Bus Tours, walking and bike tours, and so much more!

Wexler in Deepwell 

This impressive 3,000+ square foot home is elegant in its simplicity and high-style in its design. A part of Palm Springs history, this home captures the hip and sophisticated Palm Springs vibe of yesteryear- reinterpreted for the way we live today. It was originally constructed (circa 1954) for Mr. and Mrs. Cecil C. Hutchens by the iconic builder Robert C. Higgins(of Sunmor fame) from architectural plans by Donald Wexler and Rick Harrison.
