SLEEPING QUARTERS
This fabulous vacation home features two Primary Suites and one Guest Suite. All three suites have been beautifully styled like an exclusive boutique hotel and feature a hotel-quality mattress, a flatscreen TV, and ample storage. The two Primary Suites feature King beds and an ensuite bath. The Guest Room also features a King bed and easy access to the guest bathroom in the hallway - which doubles as a cabana bath for pool guests.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 60 days or more, prior to Arrival date, Acme House Company will process a 100% refund except for special services** ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)
  • > 48 hours - 59 days prior to arrival, guests can obtain a full refund minus the booking fee, taxes on the booking fee, and any special services*
  • . The booking fee is considered earned.
  • < 48 hours prior to arrival, the full RENT AMOUNT is considered earned as well as the booking fee and associated taxes. All other costs and fees are refunded, except for special services ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)

*Bookings on third party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas or Plum Guide may be subject to different cancellation policies set by the specific channel. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the site in which your booking occurred as this will be the cancellation policy governing your reservation. Stays of more than 28 days are subject to our Long Term cancellation policy.

** Special Services. We may be unable to refund for any special services ordered on behalf of Occupant, at Occupant request, outside of rent, taxes and fees, which cannot be cancelled in time for a refund to be issued. Example, you order a catering service which we arrange, which requires a non refundable deposit.

This was a wonderful property designed for both indoor and outdoor living. Extremely clean and freshly decorated with a very cool California desert feeling. We particularly liked the completeness of the kitchen--every appliance, pot and pan and feature that you might need to cook a great meal. The proximity to all that Palm Springs has to offer was an added bonus.

Great property in lovely Palm Springs

Stayed here for a long weekend over my birthday, with my husband and parents celebrating with me. The house is really nice and spacious, with lots of nice touches- plenty of hangers and space for clothing, plenty of power outlets near the beds, very nice bathrooms and showers, etc. The neighborhood is really nice and so close to the airport and downtown PS. We would definitely stay again.

This house was so fun to stay in for a moms getaway with my 2 friends! It’s just as pictured and very well stocked. There is airplane noise from the airport, which is the only negative thing I can think of to say about it. That did not effect our enjoyment of the property, but some people may be bothered by it.

Perfect home and location

We rented for a week and loved the home. Very clean upon arrival, exactly like the pictures. We cook a lot and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, this never happens! Loved that the outlets were under the cabinets and there were plenty of them, the length of the counter tops. Hot tub and pool were a great too, just called or texted when we needed it warmed up. Bocci court in the back was also fun to have. The home was centrally located and not far from the Main Street in Palm Springs and close to Highway 10 to go to and from Indio and Joshua Tree. Overall a wonderful rental!

Queen of the Desert was a lovely house with spacious rooms and lots of cute details. Communication from Acme was great and prompt. The outdoor space is incredible -- pool, spa, bocce, and fire pit were lovely. The only thing that would have made our stay a perfect 10 was if the temperature could have been a bit lower in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The public spaces were perfect.

There aren’t enough great things to say about this property! The house is exactly as shown, it’s actually bigger than it looks in the photos, exceptionally clean and spacious (even the baseboards were spotless!). The management company truly thought of everything and we didn’t lack for anything. Beds were comfy, showers had amazing pressure, pool was clean and crisp (even in 120 degree temps), outdoor area was spacious and comfortable. We had three couples and never felt crowded. There was some air traffic from the airport and military base nearby, but it wasn’t obtrusive at all. Communication from the management company was prompt and thorough. Every email was replied to within the hour and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. We loved this house so much that we’re already planning another trip. I say run, don’t walk in booking this property!

I rented this property out for my stay during Coachella weekend. This home and their staff were nothing short of amazing! It was very easy to check in, the place was so nice and clean, and everything was provided for us - from towels, clean sheets, extra blankets, to every kitchen appliance you could need. We thought we would have to buy a coffee grinder, but nope they already had one; clean new pots and pans - yup, that's right, have those as well! We also thought we'd have to buy some seasoning for the food we brought over, but nope, didn't have to buy because a whole variety of seasoning was provided! Did I mention everything looked brand new and clean? Communication from Gene before the trip was very thorough and when we needed to get a hold of anyone from their staff, it was very simple and fast. They were very easy to get a hold of. My group really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this company and this home to anyone and everyone!

Overall this was a terrific house. Loved the 2 master bedrooms-perfect for 2 couples traveling together. Well equipped and super fun decor. Had a little issue with the hot tub not heating due to wifi connection issues but Acme was very easy to get ahold of and they were super responsive. Would definitely stay here and/or with Acme again.

Overall Comment I cannot say enough great things about our stay! They house was amazing and was located so close to the store, which made it easy to grab the items we forgot. Acme was so quick to respond with any questions I had about our stay, which was so helpful! The house is stocked with everything we could have needed! Games, books, extra towels and blankets, and oh my gosh the kitchen! They had everything we could think of, and then some.

Overall Comment The Queen is a fabulous place to stay. The decor is super cute and cheerful. The outdoor area is so spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are super comfy and the bathrooms have the right amount of water pressure. I would definitely recommend staying here. We did have a minor issue with the smoke alarm but the response was so fast and the situation was resolved immediately.

My family spent 3 weeks here during the pandemic, so were working and schooling remotely. We had planned to just stay 2, but loved it so much, we stayed on an additional week. The house is just as pictured, super cute and spacious. The neighborhood was very residential, clean, and friendly. We put to good use the pool, hot tub, and fire pit! The bocce ball court was fun too! The kitchen was better stocked than my own, and even had a juicer! The high tech showers were amazing. I have nothing negative to say. All was great.

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway

Overall Comment This house is gorgeous, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms with fancy showers, to the furniture & decor, and to the fun wallpaper throughout. It also all the amenities you'd need (pool, spa, BBQ, fire pit, tons of outdoor seating and even a bocce court) and more like a coffee grinder, french press, juicer, and more. It was fully stocked! FYI about the bedrooms: one of the rooms has twin beds instead of a queen/king bed as pictured in the gallery. FYI: this house is located a few miles from the airport so you'll hear planes go by often. I highly recommend this beautiful home for 6 people (3 couples is great & each couple has their own bathroom) and hope to come back!

Overall Comment This house was the perfect place for our 3 night getaway. Beautifully decorated home with all the amenities and a kitchen with every gadget you could ask for. The back yard was the best part for us. Pool and spa were awesome and the view from the spa is great. We could see the light on the Arial Tramway going up and down! There was also a great Bocce Ball court with lighted balls. The kids loved it.
