Spend the day catching some rays, then come home to relax and watch the sunset on the balcony with ocean views. This prime location is one block to the shops and restaurants on Seaward Avenue. You're less than a mile from Marina Park with 15 acres of recreational area, including a playground and volleyball courts. Looking for a fun-filled day trip? Head to Ojai (17 mi) and Santa Barbara (29 mi) - both promising gorgeous scenery along the way. Beach chic decor is sprinkled throughout this comfortable rental. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 32in TV. Create tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, which includes a double sink and gas stove. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a toaster and microwave. When you're ready to eat, gather at the dining table with seating for four. Sleep soundly on a new plush queen-size bed. A 32in TV offers easy entertainment. The bathroom features a tub/shower combination as well as a starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities for your convenience. Enjoy the ocean breeze and view from the private balcony with seating for four. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. With such a great location, it can be hard to go wrong, but the atmosphere of the place and amenities available to my partner and I made the stay seamless and streamlined. The bikes available in the garage for getting around, the quaint kitchen to cook breakfast in really made it feel like home. Will be coming again thank you so much!

This place reminded me of the movie Side Out. Well, not exactly, just the part of a house near a beach. The beach is a skip and a jump away, as well as a few restaurants. It's surprisingly quiet considering how close the house is to the beach and Main Street. If you want to go to downtown Ventura or any of the neighboring cities the 101 is blocks away. I would stay here again

We had such a great stay at this Ventura home! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. The house had a welcoming feel and was the perfect home base for our three-day getaway. One of our favorite parts was the location. We were able to explore Ventura’s beaches, enjoy some great local restaurants and breweries, and bring our dog along for the adventure. It was nice to be close to everything while still having a quiet and relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. The home was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for enjoying the beautiful Ventura weather. The host was responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Ventura getaway. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This second floor apartment is in a great location, less than 100 steps to the beach with ocean views from the balcony. Unit was large and very clean with all the necessary amenities included for our stay. Although the response time in communications was lacking we would stay again on a future trip to Ventura Beach.

Ventura getaway

We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible

What a tremendously beautiful beach cottage. Exactly as pictured but so much more! Literally less than half a block(I think it was just 3 houses) to the sand. Great restaurants right there within a block. We were able to leave the window open at night and you could hear the waves! We had Surf -n- Yogurt every night for dessert and since we knew we always had a parking space, enjoyed exploring Ventura. Friendly community and responsive service from host for our couple of questions.( Nothing big, just had to actually read all the email haha). Highly recommend and we hope to stay here again

We wanted to be steps from the sand, and this fit the bill! We loaded our beach wagon each day with our chairs and ice chest and walked the few steps to the sand. The unit is cozy and simply furnished, but it's comfortable and everything was in working order. A few fans strategically placed in front of windows made it easy to regulate the temperature. We loved being so close to the restaurants on Seaward (Pierpont Tacos was delish!) The listing says "new, plush" queen bed, and this did not seem new or plush, but I know we all have different mattress preferences. We like our memory foam at home, so it's hard to find one we like in rentals.

Close to beach but also lots of foot traffic, noise

This property is directly behind a popular restaurant, the Lucky Thai. There is a lot of foot traffic and one morning trucks to service the restaurant and garbage trucks woke me up really, really early. Be prepared. The bungalow is close to the beach but kitchen and bathroom are very small and cramped. The toilet and toilet cleaning tools were disgusting and both should be replaced. The toilet does not flush solid waste down the toilet and needs to be flushed several times, we are in a water shortage!! I wouldn’t stay there again, for what you get it is really pricey. Oh, and the guest is supposed to take out the garbage barrels and bring them back in, really?

Excellent Airbnb. It was clean, super cute, well decorated, and very comfortable. It was perfect for 2 people. There was plenty of storage for our clothes in the dresser & closet, and there were ample drawers in the bathroom as well. The bed was super comfy, and the location was excellent. This is a cute little beach house. Perfect for a little get away for a couple. It’s an older house but very clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the beach. The kitchen is well enough stocked for light cooking. We appreciate the brita pitcher in the fridge so we didn’t need to buy water bottles. We would stay here again.

Turnkey communicated clearly and accurately all info about the rental. The place was perfect for two, with a nice deck and obstructed views of the beach. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. You can see the beach and waves rolling in on the jetty from the dining table. Sunsets were fabulous! Walk to the beach was short and easy. There is a hose to rinse the sand off before going into the house. Garage is full of beach toys - paddleboard, kayak, boogie boards, beach chairs, bikes with helmets. There are also board games & DVDs in the garage. There are several restaurants within 1 to 2 blocks. We had a good meal at Spasso as well as Social Tap. We highly recommend staying here

A nice little spot steps from the beach! It has a secure yard perfect for dogs. Kitchen has basically zero cooking supplies. Pans, Utensils, S&P- Yes. Oil, Cooking Spray, Spices- None. Overall, we really enjoyed it!

The house is exactly as described. It's steps away from the beach, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. The TurnKey team responded immediately with any questions I had. Check in was simple through a lock box on the front door. The place, sheets, towels, dishes, etc, were all clean and neatly stored. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It was great stay at this place. - unbeatable location: a few steps to the beach and you don't worry if you forget to pack anything for the water fun. Riding a bike, you can reach the Ventura visitor center and Ventura harbor in about 15 mins. - great supply of equipments:. We enjoyed riding the bicycle, sitting on beach chairs and using the surfing board. It's great that we don't have to bring all these by ourselves. - room condition: it's a small and clean apartment and it has almost all that you need. Will be even better if there is a range hood and a bit more shower suppliers as we stayed there for a whole week. - effective communixation: I was not able to find the trash bin and the host has done a good job to ask help from a local care team and call me to explain. It's a very good experience and will consider coming back the next time we visit the Channel Islands National Park again.

The bed mattress and futon in the living room are super cheap and noisy, the pillows were cheap and flat, no real space for your clothing just one fairly dirty/empty closet with a few hangers in it. One of the window screens had clearly been broken for some time and was falling in the window.Also, we received many, many warnings about making noise in the home due to the neighbors. What I was not expecting was the crazy amount of noise you hear from the restaurants and businesses across the street. Each night they made a ton of noise late as they cleaned and shut down. Great Place Within Arms Reach of LA

Wanted to escape the current pandemic in LA , and unlike most property listings on VRBO, Airbnb, etc., this property addressed what changes they made to follow CDC guidelines. Felt very comfortable with the information around the professional cleaning services. Outside of that, the location is unbeatable. literally seconds away from the beachfront + the boardwalk is a few blocks away (which was nice for us since that meant less foot traffic in the area + beach access). Cute place and would stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I definitely give my stay in Ventura 5 stars. The place was perfect and had everything I needed. It was literally steps to the beach, and the beach is dog friendly, which was a plus. The place was clean when I arrived, it had plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, and tons of stuff to use at the beach, including bikes. The deck was so nice to have, and although I didn't use it, the outdoor patio space downstairs was nice as well. In addition, there was a hose and a space on the side of the house to rinse off after the beach, which was also great to use to rinse my dog off as well. In addition, the Turnkey team responded quickly each time I had a question. At one point the coffee maker broke, and they had a new one to me by that afternoon. One thing I will note - the internet is not great. When I messaged the support team about this (I was working remotely that week) they ended up sending me a different network/password to access than the one I received upon check-in which worked so much better. So I recommend reaching out to them if you are having issues. Really, I think they should just give that login info from the start. Overall, this place is definitely worth the value. I will be back.

This was a cute beachy place. Comfortable for a few nights. One suggestion is that it needs a new mattress, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs with every move. We enjoyed the location a lot. Close to everything.

This was the perfect central location for all our fun I'm Ventura. We rode the bikes that came with the unit out to Emma Woods beach and stopped at the Ventura Pier on the way back. All the restaurants in Seaward Village were good and walking distance.

I'm kind of hesitant to sing the praises of this delightful place too loudly... I want it available so I can go back again and again! It was adorable, peaceful, the 4th building from the beach, reasonably priced, and exactly what I was hoping for. My favorite things about this place: Nice beach-themed decor... not over-the-top... just right. Open deck with bar stools for morning coffee or a late night glass of wine and a book. Secure gate with lock so I felt super-safe at night. Big windows and sliding glass door to leave open and listen to the waves. Gas stove and sweet, well-equipped kitchen. GREAT shower with powerful water pressure. Futon shown in the cover photo has been replaced with a cozy queen-sized bed. AND a garage downstairs with two bikes, helmets, beach towels/chairs/umbrellas, washer & dryer, and KAYAKS!! Shhhhh... don't tell anyone... this place was GREAT!

The location of this house is phenomenal. You’re a mile away from downtown, but my husband and I loved all of the little restaurants that are literally right across the street and the proximity to the beach. Very clean and cute space. Only a mild complaint that doesn’t even warrant losing a star. The mirror in the bathroom is not conducive for short people. I’m 5’2” and I could see from my nose up. So putting on makeup and fixing my hair was a little interesting, but other than that it was perfect in every way. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.
