Very cute little place just steps away from the beach! It was small but the perfect size for me, my husband, our 10-month old baby, and our dog. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog too. Unfortunately, there was construction going on next door right outside our bedroom window, so it was not a very peaceful stay, but that's not the fault of the host. My only other complaint was that it was very hot and there was only one fan, so we put it in our baby's room at night and didn't have one in our room. But other than that, it had everything we needed! And good walkability with nice little restaurants.

We loved staying here. My family and I appreciated all the items they let us use. From bikes, board games to paddle boards! They made sure we were able to really enjoy our stay! We will always book this when needed!

Cozy and charming, with lots of character. Great location around little restaurants and a couple of houses away from the beach. Private and sunny backyard to hang out in. The garage is stocked with gun beach toys and bikes. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved the location of the Pierpont property. Cozy inside. Walking distance to everything. Owners have bikes and beach toys available. The outdoor patio was perfect. We had plenty of room to spread out and closet space. Kitchen had all we needed to cook. We would gladly rent again. Thank you

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation. This was our first ever family vacation with our two year old daughter and 1 year old son. The location was perfect and made it easy to pack up and spend a few hours on the beach and still be able to go home for naps and lunch. The house was cute and cozy, beds were very comfy. The neighbors were friendly. The garage is full of anything and everything you could think of. Bikes, kayaks, sand boards, sand toys, games, balls.. you name it. There was nothing we needed that this place didn’t have. We hope to make this a yearly stay. We will definitely be back. “Meet me in Montauk.”

Cute little beach apartment! Loved the backyard space especially because we brought our dog and he had a blast back there. So close to the beach and lots of amazing restaurants within the block. Highly recommend Kay’s coffee shop. The inside it pretty basic, no frills but it’s just the weekend getaway we needed.

Great Pierpont location. We loved being able to stroll to the beach, to Kay’s for coffee, and to Duke’s for a tasty takeout burger lunch, which we ate at the patio table in the backyard. The rooms are quite small, but the unit is very cute and well-placed for a Ventura visit.

This place is awesome. It’s not the Ritz but it IS a funky little beach house! It has everything you need for a weekend beach getaway, it’s steps from a pretty fun surf spot and it’s close to a couple fun bars / restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Also it has a lovely outdoor space.

What a cute beach rental! We were in Ventura for a wedding and it was perfect for a quick get away. This is literally 20 feet away from the beach. Right next to social tap, great food and booze, super cute coffee shop, taco and sushi shop. You can also walk to a grocery store and liquor mart. We didn’t arrive until later in the evening, luckily the owner was there and helped us get in, we were super tired from the drive. It was soooo cute inside, just like the photos. Perfect for our quick trip.
