Superb location right at the beach. It was spotless when we arrived ??. The bedrooms are small, barely fitting the double bed. Cabinets and faucet are a bit rickety. A/C was a portable unit in the living room, but it was sufficient for the short time we spent indoors during the heat of the day.

Very cute little place just steps away from the beach! It was small but the perfect size for me, my husband, our 10-month old baby, and our dog. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog too. Unfortunately, there was construction going on next door right outside our bedroom window, so it was not a very peaceful stay, but that's not the fault of the host. My only other complaint was that it was very hot and there was only one fan, so we put it in our baby's room at night and didn't have one in our room. But other than that, it had everything we needed! And good walkability with nice little restaurants.

Check-in was easy, although gate latch was malfunctioning and required repair. We found the living room floor had not been cleaned thoroughly, but that was remedied by the management the next day. Laundry facilities were excellent. Beds were comfortable, and the curtains adequately darkened the rooms. We would return.

This property was exactly as you see it in the photos. The garage was stocked with bikes and beach gear with a washer and a dryer. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Husband, 2 kids, and myself were very comfortable. It also felt very private and quiet even though it’s close to neighbors. The house is nothing fancy but very cute and clean. We had a great vacation.

We had such a wonderful time on our vacation. This was our first ever family vacation with our two year old daughter and 1 year old son. The location was perfect and made it easy to pack up and spend a few hours on the beach and still be able to go home for naps and lunch. The house was cute and cozy, beds were very comfy. The neighbors were friendly. The garage is full of anything and everything you could think of. Bikes, kayaks, sand boards, sand toys, games, balls.. you name it. There was nothing we needed that this place didn’t have. We hope to make this a yearly stay. We will definitely be back. “Meet me in Montauk.”

My husband and I stayed the whole month of July. The location was A+ and the property had access to lots of amenities in the garage that we took advantage of. We had a great time riding bikes to the pier, playing corn hole on the beach with our daughters. We had a maintenance issue at the end of our stay and it was taken care of promptly. Overall enjoyed all the restaurants close to the house.

Ventura Pierpont beach escape

The property was clean and well maintained. There was no option of early check in or departure. There is a “common” storage area which included a barbecue, a canoe, and beach chairs that we were not able to locate. I contacted the property manager and they were not able to assist me. There is a “private” room of the owner that had a radio on the first night which made it difficult to sleep. Someone was sent out the next morning to turn the radio off. All in all, the location was exceptional and we’d stay in the property again.

What a cute beach rental! We were in Ventura for a wedding and it was perfect for a quick get away. This is literally 20 feet away from the beach. Right next to social tap, great food and booze, super cute coffee shop, taco and sushi shop. You can also walk to a grocery store and liquor mart. We didn’t arrive until later in the evening, luckily the owner was there and helped us get in, we were super tired from the drive. It was soooo cute inside, just like the photos. Perfect for our quick trip.
