Our stay was great. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in the Ventura area and this at the top of our list. The yard for our dog was fantastic, it had everything we needed and was very close to downtown.

This little place is exactly like the pictures. It's adorable, comfortable, and very welcoming. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. There are delicious Mexican food restaurants in walking distance, so make sure to enjoy the tortillas made from scratch! The beds were comfortable, dining area is spacious, thoughtful details throughout, plenty of parking, and more. The only thing I will note is that the house was an icebox upon arrival. Once the heater kicked on, it was comfortable. There are plenty of spare blankets and the property management team was responsive during my stay. Don't miss out on this gem of a rental that's a short 15 minute walk to the beach!

A Perfect Home-Away-From-Home for a Month! I had the pleasure of staying for a month, and it truly felt like home! We enjoyed our stay! The home is very welcoming and we made ourselves at home. The kitchen was very updated and nice. I especially enjoyed the filtered water in the kitchen. The backyard was beautiful! The host was very responsive and easy to deal with. Our check-in and checkout was easy. We will choose to stay here again.

This little house was near as a pin. No clutter, no unmatched dishes. Just as described. Small house on a small, it seemed to fit everything we needed in and still had plenty of room for us. Bonus: pick your own orange and persimmon (there’s even a picker for you). The neighborhood is a nice middle class one. It is a few blocks from an area that has some seedy looking hotels, but it looks like the worst is being renovated and the area felt perfectly safe. There are several restaurants in the area. Of note this place had the best towels I’ve ever used in a rental. They were well sized and there were beach towels for the surfer in the family. I would not hesitate to stay here when I return to Ventura.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The house was extremely comfortable, loved the decor and great location. The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a filtered drinking water faucet at the kitchen sink. It has a nice size backyard, plenty of parking and a nice big orange tree. Communication was awesome.

This place was perfect for my family visiting Ventura over thanksgiving. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet but only a short drive or walk to nearby restaurants, beach, downtown, etc. we would stay here again.

We decided to book a trip to Ventura for Labor Day weekend. We had a blast — there were beautiful beaches that were surprisingly easy to get to and park (We're accustomed to LA beaches), and the downtown area was great. Loved that it's closed off to cars and pedestrian-friendly. The house is close to all the attractions in Ventura on a very quiet street.
