Take in the sunrise and sunset from two decks or the comfort of the indoors, and keep an eye out for dolphins, seals, whales, and nearby Rincon Island from the oceanfront patio. Watch waves break from most rooms, and enjoy two miles of pristine beach right from your vacation rental. New lighting on the back deck allows for easy gatherings outside, and flood lights allow after-dark views of the beach and the stairway down to it. Sip drinks and watch waves from a sun lounger, then sizzle your favorite dishes on the grill. Gather around the firepit and roast s'mores or enjoy the city lights of Santa Barbara in the distance as this home juts out, revealing stunning views of Ventura, the islands, and Santa Barbara. Beachy vibes welcome you into a sunny living space. Curl up on the sectional by a gas fireplace and 65-inch TV. Located on the lower level, a spacious dining area features an eight-seat table, fireplace, and 55-inch TV. The well-equipped open kitchen gleams with all-white cabinetry and appliances. Cupboards are stocked with cooking essentials, and a French-door fridge offers ample space for groceries. Sip coffee at the three-seat kitchen bar. The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, a 55-inch TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a double vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. White linens adorn a queen bed in the guest room, complete with a built-in desk and patio access. There's a twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom. Wake to coastal views from the queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The second bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. The home is adjacent to Little Rincon Point, a mecca for pro surfers and an unbeatable spot for sunset views. Bring your fishing pole and catch sea bass right on the beach, or take a bike ride along the coastal bike path. For ocean strolls and restaurants, drive less than 20 minutes to downtown Ventura. The expansive ocean and California coastline views were incredible! There are no neighbors to the south so full unobstructed views this way and also great views to the north. There are private steps literally from the backyard to the sand. The beach and neighborhood is quiet and every bedroom has an ocean view. The decks are perfect for taking it all in. The fireplaces made it cozy inside when it got chilly outside. Very spacious and upgraded kitchen. Having only two bathrooms with the downstairs one lacking counter space made it a little tight getting ready but absolutely did not take away from the overall impressive experience we had here. I would definitely recommend it!

It is a hidden gem, had no idea of this strip of beach before. Very few people, great swimming beach and saw so many seals, dolphins and pilot whales. The house is perfect, it felt very private and had great views. It was perfectly appointed and we had anything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable, nice fluffy towels. Oh and we loved the fire pit at night. Can't wait to come back!

A beachfront Mermaid paradise: Happy guests!

If the property were any closer to the beach you would be sleeping in the water-- this is the ideal perch to enjoy long beach walks and the gorgeous changing light, soft beautiful sunrises and spectacular sunsets. We savored the sand sea and sky at all hours. And we enjoyed our dry comfy beds and the roaring sounds of the waves and sea views from so many windows. There was also a beautiful quality of light in the house during the day, the spacious rooftop deck, and spectacular beach. The kitchen island was a wonderful place to gather as was the dining table, and the couch upstairs is quite comfy, there were many places to congregate with family and friends over this wonderful family reunion. We were also impressed and grateful for fast service-- there was a plumbing problem with one of the sinks while we were there and talking with management was easy, a fully vaccinated covid-safe repair person was out very quickly and fixed it. The jacuzzi tub upstairs is a marvel as is the lovely makeup area. Be sure to sign the endearing guest book! And the Shoals restaurant less than five minutes walk away has wonderful outdoor dining and fabulous spiced coconut shrimp, and amazing creamy clam chowder the night we went. Welcome food or a bottle of wine might be a lovely touch for property management to consider in future, but even without it was truly a delightful stay, 5 stars.

We went in late December, so it was a little colder than a Spring or Summer visit, but, the gas fire pit was a huge bonus. Very clean and comfortable house right on the beach. The beach was a bit tarry but our hosts had plenty of baby oil on site to clean yourself off. Otherwise great private beach that was secluded and very tranquil. The house had a full kitchen and there were TVs and board games to keep us all busy. The fire pit at night staring at the beach was a nice way to end the night.

This house has a spectacular location, right on a lovely, uncrowded stretch of beach. We saw only a few people the whole time we were there. The layout of the bedrooms is good for privacy, though awkward in someways (living room upstairs, dining room downstairs). We were not there in super deck-friendly weather; the outdoor area is big and adds a lot of living space. The house is comfortably “beach-house” furnished, but could use a little TLC. Some of the blinds didn’t work well, and two of the ceiling fans didn’t work. None of it was a deal breaker and I would definitely consider staying there again. The location and the beach are the real selling features.

This was our second time renting this house. It’s right on the beach so the views are just amazing! Water views from every bedroom! The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you need. Just bring your food. It’s very clean. The only thing I noticed is the dining room chairs have a lot of stains on them. I’m surprised they have fabric chairs being right on the beach and it being a rental. We just covered the chairs with towels., Other than that, it’s perfect and our family loves this house.

Our family really enjoy our vacation this year at this property on a very nice Beach! It has a nice private location is very nicely equipped with all you will need including some extras like children beach toys, barbecue & fire pit. We liked the very Beach Theme Decor. It is a very well thought out design Property with everything you need where you would want it to be. Only disappointment is the Mandatory 4:00 PM check in time and the 10:00 AM checkout time! Really cuts into some Expensive Enjoyment time ! They talk about early checkin & late checkout... it will NOT happen.

Awesome family get away

Spent 5 beautiful days here. Woke up each morning with our coffee on the patio watching the dolphins and seals swim by. The house is amazing. Each bedroom has a beautiful ocean view, kitchen fully stocked and living area is very comfy. We used the outdoor grill and sat by the fire pit in the evening.

This home is amazing!

The home is very clean and there are amazing ocean views from every room. It's on the end of the street so there is just one neighbor. The neighbor is under construction - we were there on the weekend so there was no construction noise. The beach is very private. The waves were very large and we enjoyed watching the surfers. We also saw dolphins swimming by. Such a beautiful stay, even in the rain. The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable. Everyone loved their beds and we all slept weel falling asleep to the sounds of the waves. It's expensive but was worth it for our incredible stay.

We had a short family long weekend at this rental. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Lovely sand beach which was fun and especially enjoyed the less crowded, almost private beach. The house was well stocked with linens, towels, everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit for our evenings. The place was clean and the communications through the rental company was prompt and thorough. The only one downside was the living area is upstairs. As a result, we didn't use it and would have enjoyed the extra space downstairs near the kitchen and outside patio. Would consider renting here again as we enjoyed the location, private beach and facilities.

TurnKey was in constant communication with us throughout our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, an amazing experience.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and had everything we needed, plenty of towels and deck chairs and a well-appointed kitchen. We needed extra propane for the gas fire pit and our inquiry was responded to immediately. I would highly recommend this home! The only disappointment was the loud and constant banging from the construction next door which was annoying. Thankfully, they didn’t work on the weekend so we had some reprieve!

Incredible views and location

This home is fabulous -- incredible ocean views from every single room! New furniture, 3 huge flat screen tvs, and stylish warm decor throughout! I loved the upper deck with chaise lounges and the "sunset couch set" where we toasted the most amazing sunsets every night. Spotlessly clean. We saw dolphins and seals every day and even a whale once. We enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the Shoals restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Kids loved the tide pools and hubby and I loved the long beautiful walk on the almost secluded beach. Almost didn't want to write this as this is our new favorite spot - - - we will be back.

Gorgeous Inside and Out!

Our family absolutely fell in love with this home! There are views from every bedroom window as well as all of the living spaces! The photos don't do the home justice, we couldn't believe how adorable the home was decorated. We were so comfortable both inside and out. This home juts out on the beach and our patio area had steps right down to the sand. We loved hearing the ocean from our room all day. You can take a long walk down the beach to one side of the house and in the other direction is a quaint hotel where we had the chance to have dinner and drinks one evening. A super close drive to get to Santa Barbara for the day too! We can't wait to return for another stay - so worth every penny! Great service too! Thank you!

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)

  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

Booking & Cancellation Policies

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded. 

Third-Party Bookings:

Policies vary by platform (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.); refer to the platform's policy.
