Outstanding location a block from the beach. Walkable to grocery and liquor store. Master bedroom and living were nice. Guest bath kitchen and guest bedroom were a bit dates Nice patio table and seating. Full garage was a bonus.

We loved our stay in Santa Barbara! The house was so close to the beach (3’ walk) and we used the beach chairs every day to watch the sunrise and sunset. Also, only a 5’ drive to downtown or Montecito, and plenty of space in the house to spread out.

I loved this home. We felt right at home. It was beautiful and everything was easily accessible to downtown Santa Barbara. The views were also nice. I would recommend and definitely would want to go back to this home again.

The place is very pretty, it was hard to park, had to run in an open the garage each time, also, it was very very hot the day we got there, not enough fans to cool it down. Besides that we loved it. Melody

It was unusually cold weather so we were not able to enjoy beach, but easy walking access was nevertheless appreciated. Sofa bed in living room and the two beds upstairs worked well for the four adults. Nice to have downstairs half bath as well. Some of the dishes in cabinets were not very clean and had to be washed prior to use. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, and multiple coffee makers..

I enjoyed it cozy while breathing fresh air in a beautiful accommodation. I could feel the warmth of the host, from the bath products used in the accommodation to the painting on the wall In particular, the room and bathroom are clean, so I relieve the fatigue of travel by taking a shower and recharged my energy for the next day's schedule with the comfort of the bed. I would definitely revisit Sunny's house!

We love the property right away the layout was great. The property was immaculately clean. It was all close to the beach and within walking distance of markets, restaurants, and many of the things we came to Santa Barbara to say we enjoyed it and will definitely stay there again. The property had plenty of towels, beach chairs, coffee to start our morning right. There was a great food store Tri county produce a few feet away. Everything was sobao convenient. I would love to come back and rent this lovely home again.

The location is just one block away from east beach, so easy to take a walk around ocean. Also, It was easy and safe to park because there is a garage. The most thing I loved master bathroom shower space was spacious and also comfortable because you could use a fixed and movable shower heads at the same time. You should visit Sunny’s house!!

The location close to the beach was perfect for our family. Beach towels, toddler pails/shovels, chairs and wagon made it easy to get us all there every day. Layout of home was great with enough private space with separate bathrooms and porches plus enough shared space too, including a 1st floor bath and outdoor area. Comfortable, well stocked, cozy. Perfect place.to enjoy time with our toddler grandbaby and his parents. Would totally stay here again!

Great spot for our girls trip! So close to the beach and bike path. Some new updates make the place nicer than it appears in the listing photos. Bedrooms are large, had no problem fitting the air mattress in one of them for our 5th person. And the air mattress is very comfy- even has a headboard!

Very good home. 2 large bedrooms with a king bed in the master and queen size in the 2nd bedroom. 2 full baths upstairs, and an additional half-bath downstairs. Full kitchen, with coffee maker and coffee/creamer provided. Ice trays in the freezer. 5 minute walk to the ocean, 15 minute walk along the ocean to Santa Barbara pier and downtown. Nice furniture, nice patio outside in the back. 3 cars can park, two in garage and one parallel in front of the garage.

We had a wonderful time at this residence over the 4th of July. The place was perfect for our family. Besides the great location, I really enjoyed how the home owner put such nice finishing's and art in the place. You can really tell they wanted to provide a nice cozy beach get away, not just a quick shop at IKEA to get the place up and running. The owner went out of his way to make sure we were happy. He came down to see if we had gotten into the unit as his rental company, Vacasa had neglected to send us instructions as to how to get into the unit. Vacasa was unavailable via phone, and responded that we were early and that's why the lock on the unit wasn't available. KInda strange, as the keys were in an old school lock box, and we just needed the code which the home owner provided. All-n-all, we really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend that you make sure you get your entry instructions from Vacasa early in case you have to reach out to them if they neglect to send them to you

We were here for a conference at the Hilton. Perfect place to stay! Walking distance to the conference along with all restaurants that we wanted to go to. And, it was lovely to start each morning with a walk on the path along the beach. Really nice grocery on the corner where we picked up everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing! It had everything we needed including a pack n play and food utensils for our child! Location was super convenient to pier and Funk Zone. I was having issues receiving emails about checking in and someone responded within minutes to assist us! Would definitely recommend for anyone traveling to Santa Barbara!

This home is perfectly located seconds from the ocean, minutes from downtown and an east drive to other Santa Barbara sites. The home is beautifully furnished and immaculately cleaned. The garage is stocked with beach towels and chairs. It was a perfect home for our family get away. We will definitely book again.

Sunny’s place was the ideal location for myself, my daughter and grandsons. We were within walking distance to the Zoo the Wharf and right across from the beach! It had everything we needed. I have been going to East Beach area in Santa Barbara for over 30 years with my own children and it was wonderful to make the same memories with my grandsons! We hope to return next summer!

Our daughter lives in SB, but with growing family could not accommodate us. We have stayed on this street a couple of other times because of its location, but this was our first at Sunny's. Very clean, comfortable, with a garage (!), washer/dryer if needed and kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Would love to stay again when with friends.

I imagine Sunni and Andrew to be warm, generous and inviting people -in their townhome was just that for my family. Cozy and fantastic – perfectly accommodating. We could make breakfast together “at home “and then takeoff for the day. Location, Location, Location! This place is incredible, within a block or two of the beach, a great grocery store, nice restaurants and even a great taco stand.

The Santa Barbara Beach House is spectacular. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious, immaculate, classy, and fun. The location, right at the beach for days, and next door to many fun, lively restaurants and bars. Park your car and hide the keys! We had a wonderful stay.

First ABNB that was bigger than it looked from the pictures. Also the first that keeps their outdoor grill clean and equipped. This place was amazing for our family of 4 including a toddler and infant. The master closet is big enough to fit a pack n play (that we brought). The location was a little noisy with road and rail noise, but our sound machines for the babies took care of that easily. Less than a block to East beach and about a mile to Stearns Wharf. Just an amazing place.

Had a lovely stay at the property. Great location - easy walk to the beach and about a mile walk to the Wharf, but an easy walk as well. It was comfortable to just stay in an relax in the evening after spending the days exploring Santa Barbara. Sadly though, the 3 of us found the beds very uncomfortable, resulting in back pain for all of us. Something that is not usual for any of us. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

This property is super cute and in a great location. Our family loved the walkability to the beach, an awesome market, and even an amazing taco shop within a 5 mins. We really enjoyed the outside patio/yard area for dinner after a long day at the beach. The only thing I would improve is the beds. Both of them were squeaky/noisy with the mattress cover which is tricky for a light sleeper. Other than that we loved this place and you can tell it's well taken care of.

We are a semi local family, living only 45 minutes away. We love SB and the kids went to zoo camp this week. Being familiar with East Beach here, we booked this condo on location. It is literally a 5 minute walk down to the zoo, 1 minute to the beach and about 30 seconds across to the grassy park where the girls played soccer before dinners. The one bathroom shower had dismal water pressure but the master was ok. It is a very sweet little condo with extremely nice neighbors. Parking is a little challenging if you have more than one car but we were able to find readily available parking on the street behind us. Thank you to the owners for a nice stay.

Excellent location! The beach is right there and they provide towels , beach chairs and bags. The King bed was very comfy. Good size master closet. Nice balconies off bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The garage is nice for 2 vehicles and has a nice washer and dryer. The patio is a awesome too. Convenient to a cute grocery store and a million other options! Its Awesome!

Fantastic location for a beach getaway! Miles of gorgeous Santa Barbara beach are just a 1/2 block away. The photos of the property are accurate but we found this comfortable and well-appointed condo more lovely than we expected from the photos. The master bedroom is especially spacious with an ocean view balcony and a big jetted tub. The kitchen is well-stocked even if a bit small for more than one person, and we enjoyed grilling on the like-new Weber gas grill in the immaculate backyard. Parking for three cars this close to the beach is a huge bonus, as is the little grocery store a 1/2 block away. This store has amazing fresh produce and a great selection of quality organic brands, and a taco truck is frequently parked there in the evenings. The hiking above Santa Barbara is great (Inspiration Point provides a breathtaking view) and we enjoyed a morning paddle around the yacht harbor from the Santa Barbara Sailing Center.

Just everything was great about this place. Other reviewers have already gone in details. Our contact Tiffany was awesome. There were some plumbing issues before we could check in, she kept us updated all the time. She also compensated for our dinner. I appreciate her letting us know about small issue before we got in. Everything was fixed n we had wonderful stay.

It was really nice to walk half a block to the beach. Our 5 year old loved it! The place was also very spacious and super nice and clean as well. Good tacos less than a 5 minute walk and a grocery store with everything you need under 5 minutes. The pier was a nice 30 minute walk alongside the beach. There was plenty of room for us as a family of 3, but could see it working well for larger group. We couldn't find dishwashing detergent one night, but we texted the number and they got back to us and helped us out right away. We'd definitely go back next time we go to SB.

Location was even better than expected. So close to the beach that if you forgot something, it was not a big deal to run back to the rental to retrieve it. Very clean. Bring socks to avoid tracking tar from the beach indoors and dirtying the beautiful floors. We really appreciated having a garage. In the event of hot weather, there are enough fans for every room. If you plan to cook, bring your own EVOO.

Darling condo so close to the beach! Plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved being able to walk and ride bikes (we rented) to so many great spots and appreciated having so many great restaurants close and being near the Funk Zone. We will definitely come back!

We 5 moms of teens thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sunny's for the weekend. The house was spotless and had all the nice touches that made it comfortable. Location was prime and we were able to walk to the beach, enjoy relaxing at home and shop at the Art show sunday. I would definitely stay there again.

Location Location Location - 1 block to beach and oceanside walk/bike/run. Easy walk to State St and Pier where all the action is. Grocery store 1 block away. Best SB restaurants within 5 blocks, including Funk Zone. The condo is spacious, sunny, private and clean - nice kitchen (good appliances) and patio w/ grill. . . also big screen TV w/ netflix and hulu. Highly recommended!

Lovely beachside townhouse just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Super clean and well cared for home with all the amenities one could need for a pleasant stay. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning and temperatures soared into the 90’s during our stay. They did have fans which definitely helped alleviate some of the discomfort but our little kiddos had a hard time sleeping through the night. But overall the home was perfect for our needs.

I cancelled a hotel room when I saw this beach house for rent and so glad I did! We were here from the Bay Area with our best friends to see a concert at the Bowl and this place made us feel like like we had a full vacation. We LOVED our stay at Sunny’s beach house. The location is literally 2 blocks to the sand - we could smell the beach from the patio. The house is beautifully and very tastefully decorated. Minimal decor so you don’t feel like you’re in someone else’s space, but enough so it feels like home. Plenty of room for two couples as we were although when we come down with our kids we will stay here as well. Comfy beds and fans all around if it’s hot. If I were to make one suggestion it would be to have wine glasses as we enjoyed cocktail hour on the pretty patio in the evening. Other than that it was perfect! We will DEFINITELY be back.

We really enjoyed the property and our stay here. The location was excellent - right across from the beach and steps from the bike path. Beds were comfortable, decor was stylish yet homey, outdoor patio space was greatly appreciated. Everything was sparkling clean and the linens, etc were top notch. The only thing we missed were a few pantry items. The property is less than a block from a market, but would have appreciated a few items like cooking oil, etc. to cut down on those purchases that end up going to waste. When back in Santa Barbara, I would definitely stay here again.
