We enjoyed our stay in this apartment! so near to the beach, and in a cute little neighborhood! The listed concern about extra noise from the train and the freeway was not valid as we were unbothered. I think we only heard the train one time all weekend. the kitchen area was very small but we were aware of that and were happy we could make coffee before heading out for the day. Thank you

This location is a win for me. You can easily walk to the beach. It's right next to an amazing restaurant, Convivo. Very quiet street with only the noise of an occasional train. The building feels almost like a dorm with one entry that leads to multiple units in a hallway. Our unit "Santa Cruz" was just as described and actually felt rommier then I was expecting. We were only going to be there to change and sleep so we didn't need any extra frills.

The location was great! Just a short walk from the Santa Barbara zoo and the beach. Plenty of local restaurants and shops to explore nearby. When we arrived, everything was clean and prepared for us. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Santa Barbara!

We loved our stay. The accommodations are exactly like the photos. The beds were comfortable and we loved the natural light. The location was excellent, just a five minute walk to the beach and beach front restaurants. We rented this Airbnb to visit UCSB and it is just a short and easy drive from UCSB. Everything worked out great and we really enjoyed our visit. Also, the jacuzzi bath tub was a fun surprise! Highly recommend!

This property is great! Right by the beach it's literally a down the street and was not too far from downtown. The room itself was also perfect for what we needed everything was clean and the beds were comfortable as well. Super cute place, would recommend if you're looking to explore Santa Barbara!

This place is a super cute little vintage Santa Barbara spot. The location is amazing. Super quick walk to the beach. If you are motivated and will for a longer walk, you can walk to the pier and lower State Street. It’s important to note that this place is old Santa Barbara architecture, which we found charming, but don’t expect high end and modern. The unit is cozy and comfortable and we had plenty of room for a family of 4.

What a gem! Perfect location to walk to the beach and close to bike rentals. Didn’t have to drive for our entire stay! Wish we had a bit more flexibility for an earlier check in, asked for 3 instead of 4. But overall everything was wonderful. Such a good value for a family of 4. Hope to be back soon!
