My daughter and I stayed here and loved how walkable it was, we didn’t drive once!! Soooo close to the beach we walked barefoot back and forth. Will definitely be back!

The place was just as advertised. Clean and cute and right down the street from East Beach. We lost something while staying there and the host/ cleaning crew were super helpful in tracking it down. Would definitely stay there again

I was very happy overall relative to the price I paid! The location was perfectly walkable to where fellow wedding guests were staying, the beach and restaurants. Even though the unit is on the first floor, there is good privacy with the landscaping and variety of curtain options. I would definitely stay here again!

The airbnb is beautiful and spacious. It was cleaned, easy to find, and easy to self check in. I love the location just 2 minute walk from the beach and the neighborhood is beautiful. There are other hotels and airbnbs near by so at times one will hear those other people talk.

Nice quiet spot away from the action while still only a 20 minute walk to state street. Had a bit of trouble with the locks upon arrival but the host helped us out right away. Great stay

We loved our stay here, only a five minute walk to the beach, felt very private and relaxing, and just the size we needed! There was plenty of parking when we stayed, and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This Airbnb was what we needed, a place to sleep and shower. Bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Close to the beach and easy driving access to the rest of Santa Barbara.

Our rental was minutes from the beach and we were able to walk to the Santa Barbara Zoo. The location was great because we didn't have to drive the car the whole time we were there. We appreciated the amenities in the room such as the plates, wine glasses, and utensils. The water pressure of the shower was excellent-so much so that water came out of the shower onto the floor of the bathroom. Although we heard our neighbors walking around at night, it did not wake us up or keep us up. It was a great stay.

This was a great spot for my friends and I! Small spot but just what we needed to sleep for the nights and explore in the day! Matched the description perfectly. Just a bit warm at night (not unbearable) but otherwise perfect!

Great place, great location. Getting into the property was a bit challenging at first since the property has several doors for other Airbnbs and the instructions were not clear which door was ours on the property. There should be more info other than the address to the property to guide you to your specific door/Airbnb. Other guests had issues too. Another guest on the property couldn’t find his room and walked into ours thinking it was his since all he had was the address as well.

Cute little spot. Older home with some "classic" furnishings. The toilet wobbles a bit, the furniture is definitely along the lines of "vintage," but it all felt clean and charming. Great walking distance to the beach and the Sunday art walk.
