House was perfect for our family, and next time we go to Santa Barbara, we will want to stay here again! We used to live in Santa Barbara, so this was a trip back "home" to see old sights and old friends. We loved using the fireplace on a cloudy morning. The backyard is perfect for hanging out and lounging in the hammock. There is actually a 3rd bedroom and we were able to borrow a cot to put in there so our kids could each have their "own" room. The only downside was that the # for Vacasa that was sent to us was not in service which I did not know until I tried to call it after receiving no response to my text messages the morning of check in.

The house was a bit too warm when we arrived and the host was very responsive to drop off another box fan which we placed in the window of our son's room -problem solved. We loved the backyard hammock, convenient location, and quiet area. Clean kitchen with more supplies than are customary!

My family and I had a lovely stay! The place is spacious and beautifully decorated, we felt tight at home. The beds were super comfortable and it was super quiet/peaceful, perfect for resting. It’s also super close (driving) to lots of nice restaurants, beaches, and things to do in Santa Barbara. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

We booked this place same day as we had to evacuate due to the LA fires. They were very prompt to respond and even got us an early check in. We were very grateful to find such a lovely place to take a break and attempt to destress during that time.

Cute and very tidy beach bungalow in great location. The house was cozy for a weekend getaway, and very easy to navigate to beach, downtown and surrounding areas. It was modestly supplied with amenities but had the basics. My college aged daughters @ UCLA and UCSB and I enjoyed a great long mother/daughter weekend!

Beautiful and cozy house with a well equipped kitchen, nice bedrooms and a great living room with lots of natural light and gorgeous houseplants. This house is two blocks from the beach and about 15 minutes from downtown. Really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay here. Two adults and a three year old felt right at home! We were only a short 10 minute walk to the beach (lots of stairs down to actual beach, but not bad!) and only 15 minute walk to coffee or three minutes by car. We felt like we could unwind, unpack, and truly live in this house for a week which was awesome with a toddler!

We had a little trouble with the door code, so we called Vacasa and they stayed on the line with us until we were able to get inside - so kudos to the Vacasa support team, we really felt as if they were with us the entire time. The accommodations were VERY nice, and the beds extremely comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again and can whole heartedly recommend this location to others planning a visit to Santa Barbara.

We loved our stay here. It was within walking distance to grocery and restaurants a quick drive to the downtown area. We enjoyed the outdoor space, and the kitchen was super well stocked with anything we could have wanted. It was also nice to have dedicated off-street parking and really comfortable beds. The place is a lot bigger than it seems from the photos and while we didnt use it for a work space, we felt like this would be an awesome place to work from. The host was responsive when we had a small issue and the property manager was very friendly.

Super cute and comfortable house with curated mid-century pieces, lots of plants and good design. The location is in a quiet neighborhood a few blocks from the Mesa Steps and a short drive to the beach. The house is really clean and the backyard is absolutely gorgeous. No AC so the house got very warm during the day, but we were mostly out and about and it cooled off pretty nicely at night with the windows open.

I would recommend staying at this location - even though the weather kept us from enjoying all the house had to offer. We picked the house for the proximity to the beach and the park and we were not disappointed. An easy morning walk yielded fantastic sunrise views over the ocean. While in a quiet residential neighborhood, there's quick access to major roads to get around Santa Barbara. The house is charming and comfortable. The beds and linens are high quality, the wifi and televisions were all that we needed, and the kitchen is well stocked. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time we were there, so we did not get to experience the outdoor spaces, which looked great. I had a little confusion communicating with the host and the site manager between the AirBnB and Vacasa apps, but we sorted it out easily. Check in and check out were low stress.
