Beautiful, one-of-a-kind property on a quiet hill near the ocean and town. The home is quite comfortable -- with three good size bedrooms and bathrooms, a large living area, well-equipped kitchen, and several lovely terraces. We loved our stay.

Santa Barbara is beautiful and we will definitely be back! The size of the place was smaller than we thought but it was cozy and comfortable for what we needed. The walls are a little thin and there were some guests in the unit upstairs that were very loud at 1AM. We could hear their whole conversation. I messaged the Casago team and they were instantly very helpful. The noise subsided and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are all very friendly. The unit is very clean and there is private parking in the back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Santa Barbara and staying in this home was a bonus to our trip. The room was as described and we found it to be everything that we needed for a couple of days trip. We were within walking distance to be beach and a wonderful restaurant. A big plus with this rental is the provided parking on the property.

Short walk to the beach. We walked to dinner on State Street, as well. Room was nice and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. There was a small heater and a small fan in the closet. There was a small bag of coffee that made enough for our two night stay.

This place was great! PERFECT location near the beach. It’s as close as you can virtually be to it without actually being on the beach! It’s so close, you don’t even need to drive and pay for beach parking! It’s really great that the description lists that the house is old and the walls are thing because they definitely are. I would’ve lowered the rating had it not been disclosed so I knew what to expect. Be aware, I do believe if you rent this place that you are directly underneath the bathroom of the above unit. I cannot confirm this, but I strongly believe that you are underneath it! Would definitely stay here again and look forward to going back!

Vacasa’s airbnb in Santa Barbara was the perf fact size for my too friends and I to have an amazing girls trip. Loved the location and the fun outdoor deck! Was walkable and just a quick drive to other areas like Montecito! Would recommend this spot to anyone looking to spend a few nights in Santa Barbara! ????

This was the perfect little room, walking distance to the beach (like 1 block, so nice)! The area is beautiful and neighborhood was safe. It had everything we needed including a mini fridge, toaster, coffee pot, desk, etc. I wish there were more eateries nearby - they are all about a mile walk except for 1-2 restaurants in the nearby hotels (we didn't have a car). The bed was comfy, I LOVED all the windows and natural light and beautiful views. It was perfect for my daughter and I as we were there for an Official Visit to Westmont College. Will stay here again if she ends up there!

We loved this spot! It was clean, bright, quiet and private. Very short walk to the beach, and the weather was beautiful so we were able to fully appreciate the back patio for all of our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

It was smaller than I thought, but was perfect for just me. It’s located very close to the beach and downtown pier and shops. The freeway traffic and train horn was not a big deal. I didn’t hear the freeway and only heard the train blow it’s horn a few times ( it was loud), but nothing after 10pm.

My husband and I appreciated our stay here for four nights to attend a nearby family wedding. Although the room was small, it was clean and comfortable. The best part: we felt very safe in the area and it was super close to the beach!

Great location and comfortable space. The back deck was nice and although shared, it felt private. It was as advertised with a somewhat limited kitchen but it was fine for us. Parking was convenient and we were very close to the beach. We enjoyed our time there.

Location, location, location! We were in SB for a triathlon. We were so close to venue area. A 5 minute walk. Perfect for a very short walk to the beach or down to pier for lunch. Close to downtown area. If you are a wine lover plenty of tasting rooms in that area. The unit itself is charming and clean. Beds and pillows are comfy. Great small kitchen. Love the outside deck/patio. Relaxed outside everyday. We hope to stay here again for the next triathlon.

This was the cutest most affordable stay I’ve done in a long time. Literally walking distance to a very cute open air grocery store and the beach! Virtually no hassle what so ever from booking the room to checking out, very easy. The room itself felt homey and cozy. We spent very little time in the room but it was perfect for what we needed. Towels were clean, the bathroom was tidy and it felt like home for the short time we were there. I will be coming back.

Wonderful place to stay, no complaints. The location is prime and I suppose that’s what you’re paying for. Beware; extremely petite. Could possibly fit 3 but that would be personally uncomfortable with luggage etc. comfy beds! Clean. BEWARE; VERY VERY COLD AT NIGHT. Nothing to do with the apartment that’s just how SB housing is (usually no heating/ac) so just make sure you bring sweatshirts for at night. Even in the summer. Xx

This studio is a perfect place for a couple to stay if you want to spend time at the beach or walk to restaurants and other nearby sights. The room was clean and comfortable. You can hear the train, but the horn is brief when it passes. The studio suited our needs perfectly.

Fantastically close to the beach and harbor. Room was clean with plenty of towels and nice bathing amenities. This might be specific to us but given the small quarters there could be a much more efficient use of the space geared toward guests. The queen bed dominates the room. Two futon day beds or a modern bunk bed along the wall would be better, imo. Neither the curved loveseat or built in bench seat served as an extra bed. The loveseat seemed out of place and bulky for its utility and would be more useful to have either built in open shelving and/or a chair. Dispense with the night stands and install wall mounted reading lights. The one small table housing a small basket for coffee and tea could be replaced w/ a small sink, countertop to make a sandwich, cut up fruit or make coffee since it’s close to the fridge Unfortunately there were no filters for the coffee and the coffee maker did not reach the plug sitting on the table-it would either have to sit on the sink or the floor. There is a microwave but again no real space to prepare anything. The nook where the fridge and microwave sit is underutilized and would benefit from some simple custom wall to wall shelving-and could also be more counter space adjacent to the built in bench which could be a nice breakfast/coffee nook. Other useful items needed: 2 folding luggage racks, towel hooks in bathroom. Suction cup Soap rack in shower needs a more permanent home. Shower was spacious w/ hot water aplenty.

The location of this home was great; it was easy to get to and the beach was walkable. The unit was small and had everything we needed for a three night stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had necessary things to cook small meals.

Small but perfectly formed! Accommodation is really only two rooms - bedroom and kitchen (plus bathroom) but has good outdoor space, weather permitting. One thing I must mention is that the flat can be noisy as it is effectively the rear part of a larger property and anybody moving about upstairs or using the stairs can be clearly heard. Was not a problem for us as not particularly disruptive.

Location was key! Walking distance to the beach and very close driving distance to all the restaurants/bars. Perfectly cozy for 3 people and we had everything we needed from extra towels, to kitchen utensils. The patio was the cherry on top for morning coffee/tea.

Nice little place. Location is prime! Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Beds were comfortable too! Although close to the beach not much of a breeze comes through. There are 2 ceiling fans which help but if you’re a hot sleeper it can be warm. Landlord was very responsive.

The wife and I have been guest for over 10 years and the experience ( after a 2 year interruption) exceeded our expectations. For the 1st time we stayed in the San Miguel, and our last day in the Jordan suite. We have a new favorite room, private, quiet, walk to beach , just all around "Loved It". Nice little Airbnb. Upstairs neighbors can be a bit loud. Emailed code to get in, never got it but contacted Vacasa and they were quick to resolve. Great price for the location. A bit far from the downtown area of SB, but not far if you Uber or have a car. Cute little grocery store around the corner.
