This two-story townhouse features a large upstairs family room with a cozy fireplace, a large TV, comfortable seating, and a large, round game table. Bring along a couple of favorite games or use one of ours from the game cabinet and enjoy playing together! Ceiling fans, vented skylight, and windows circulate the refreshing ocean breeze to cool this vacation home. Sleep well in luxurious beds and linens to wake up refreshed for another day in a vacation paradise. The master bedroom features a small balcony with an ocean view. All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
