This home was an amazing place to stay in. We wanted to be close to the beach and just have a home to sleep in. We could walk to the beach everyday and we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Driveway is pretty small but we were notified of that. The place was in great condition and had a heater for when we got cold. they had towels and blankets to bring to the beach and everything we needed. We forgot to pack toothpaste and couldn’t find any in the home but they had makeup wipes shampoo conditioner and body wash! The bed was super comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed! Overall 10/10 place to stay if you want to vacation by the beach and just want a place to sleep at night. Amazing location, lots of bars and restaurants around, very walkable. The families and people we met around there were super friendly and polite as well!

Very nice area and a very relaxing stay. The pier is at a walkable distance with a nice seafood restaurant that has nice views, host was very good with communicating with us and overall just a very good experience, home is well kept and clean.

The apt was clean and neat, the bed was comfy and the shower was hot: our top three priorities! :) The location was perfect for our visit and is close to the pier. There is a little one that lives above and there was a bit of pitter-pattering feet, but not at night and since we were up and gone most of the day we didn’t find it troublesome at all. This place was a great value for the area.

Great place & great location! We walked to the beach often. There’s so much to do in San Clemente! Plus, it isn’t far from many other towns! I would stay again! One thing to note, it doesn’t have a/c. Being from Louisiana, I didn’t think to check for this lol. But they provided fans & it helped!

Beautiful place! It is conveniently located close to the Pier. Four minutes walk to the lovely cafes and breakfast places. The bed is incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed eating in the little balcony at the front. I'd recommend having a smaller car if you plan to stay there because the road there is narrow and hilly plus the parking space is small. Would definitely come back!

Location is top notch, and property manager was very responsive and helped us with a condo request quickly. 2 min walk to beach, less than 10 min walk to other shopping/restaurants. Ocean view from front outdoor table. Pleasant neighborhood and not too loud. We will be back!

Great value, super clean, awesome all around. It's a tiny bit dated in finishes and decor, but super charming and close to everything. Perfect for my elder stepdad when he came to visit because there are no steps to enter, and we rented a golf cart locally, so it wasn't a problem for him to get around town. He enjoyed the spot very much and we plan to rent this place again.

We had a great stay. We had everything we needed and you can't beat the location. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach and some great places to eat. About a 10 minute walk to even more shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean and cozy. Most of all, the bed was fabulous. So comfortable. Slept like a baby.

This place is a great vacation spot w a killer view and great kitchen w grill if you like to cook-in. The cell reception wasn’t as strong so if you have to be on work calls, be prepared to go across the street! A small inconvenience for a magical spot! I highly recommend Vacasa California and would go back in a heartbeat!

This place is an awesome stay. The beach is insanely close. The check in and check out is seamless. The responses were a tad bit slow - the cell reception was poor in the location (Verizon user here. But everything in the location is great! The fully equipped kitchen was an awesome bonus and we are looking forward to another stay here!!

Nice location, able to walk down to the beach or up the hill toward El Camino Real and sample all the great restaurants in downtown San Clemente. The 1 bedroom ground floor apartment we stayed in did have a bit of noise coming from the next floor up, but was not terrible. Parking is at a premium and do not expect to park your SUV in the parking spot for this apartment. We were able to sqeeze our rental Nissan Sentra into the space alloted to us.

Super location 5 minutes from the beach. Excellent unit for 2 people, all the amenities needed were available. Went over and above with beach gear including chairs and even boogie boards. Just be ready to walk up and down a rather steep driveway as some the pictures suggest. Unit was as advertised and we would book again.
