Fabulous location in San Clemente! It was a short walk to the pier and the excellent, Fisherman's Restaurant. There are also a few small shops and restaurants very near the beach. The beach area is beautiful with a walking trail nearby (Temporarily closed just to the south due to railroad maintenance.) The coastal train stops opposite the pier for easy access to the property. The Airbnb was exactly as described! Very clean and well stocked with supplies. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was quickly responsive to any questions and access to the property was easy. We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing location! Just a short, two block walk to the beach and pier. You must try the Fisherman's Restaurant on the pier. I would definitely stay here again.

San Clemente is a great place to visit and this location is perfect. Easy walk to beach, Long Beach path for fabulous walking plus restaurants and shopping a few blocks away.

The place was what it said it was. Ur literally one block away from the water which is a huge plus, but when they say u can have a small car in the drive way the mean tiny a Nissan Z won’t fit or a c300 Benz so keep that in mind at night I only needed one spot so it was prefect. Loved the place love the surrounding. Would definitely come back an other time next year.

Clean place with everything we needed for a few days at the beach. They even had a high chair and pack n play (though do be aware there were no sheets for the pack n play). Clear instructions for check in and it was really easy to get into the place. The location can’t be beat. We’d definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! Location is wonderful! The instruction manual at the airbnb very clear! The only quibble is that there were no stocked pantry items to welcome you on your arrival especially after a long trip!

This place is a perfect spot to reserve for small family!! If you have a baby with you, they provide a high chair and a pack n play! Also, literally 5mins away from the beach. I wish we stayed longer. Will definitely book again next time!

Amazing location! So close to both the beach and downtown. And so quiet! We had to turn the fan on to make some white noise. Only thing I'd call out is the bed is incredibly firm, so bring some extra pillows or blankets if you prefer a softer sleeping experience.

the house was very clean, washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. we loved the kitchen, the location was great just steps away from the pier, we walked to the pier every time we did not mind the walk at all. the wifi did act up on our last day there and there wasnt any cable nor were we able to watch netflix or anything like that so we just rented some movies. we look forward to enjoying another family vacation and staying here again in the near future.

This place was quiet and spacious and was just perfect for our weekend getaway! Would recommend to anyone! Close to all the local attractions even with all the social distancing there was plenty to enjoy and see. Great location! The surrounding homes are beautiful and a great area to go for a walk. This particular unit does not have a view of the beach but it is still in walkable distance. The place is very clean. There is no AC but with the windows open and fans going it was comfortable.

Location, location, location. Had a lovely stay. Sunbathed on the patio in the morning, long walks by the beach (and only takes around 5 minutes to walk to the beach itself), easy strolls to the shops and library area...wonderful stay for a very good price. And the space heater was great! Didn't have a car, and didn't need to for my quiet holiday by the beach.

Wonderful, airy, clean, vacation rental! My husband and I rented for 4 nights - even had our son and guest join us for one night- plenty of room. Everything has been thought of. It was really comfortable, private...a little bit of that million dollar view!! Short walk to the pier, restaurants and activities. It was a beautiful little spot to come back to at the end of the day and wind down.

One of the most perfect House ever! It’s perfect for two! We love everything about this place! The kitchen has everything you would need to cook a nice dinner! The cozy living room space! The bed is super comfortable! And that shower!!!!!! The water is strong and always hot! Love that we can park in front of the garage space and leave our surfboards inside the garage!!! Monterey C is a great little place in an adorable seaside town. Even though we didn't spend all of our time in San Clemente, when we were there, we had plenty to do and plenty of good restaurant choices. the condo is well-appointed with everything you will need. Management is quick to respond and super helpful. we would stay here again and would recommend the place to others.

My kids and I spent the Thanksgiving holiday here while visiting local family. Great location, short walk to the pier/beach and a few restaurants and small market. Easy check-in, large private patio makes the place live a little larger than it is.
