Vacasa Arizona was Great! My husband and I would totally stay there again! 2 minutes away from Downtown San Clemente by Uber. Vacasa Arizona does not have a designated parking spot but we were able to find parking either in the front of the Airbnb or right around the corner. You are able to walk to Downtown San Clemente no problem but it is pretty hilly. Thank You so much for letting us experience staying at your place. We loved it and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

The condo is beautifully furnished. Everything was neat and clean. The only issue I had with cleanliness was the condition of the dishwasher. The inside looked sketchy, which made me wary of touching anything in it. The location of the condo is great. You can hear the ocean waves if you stand outside at nighttime. Unfortunately, the place does not have designated parking. It is extremely difficult to find street parking in this neighborhood, regardless of the time of day. This may not be a big deal to some, but for a family with small children, it was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. While we enjoyed the unit itself, we would not return to it, solely based on the difficulty of finding a parking spot.

Great value! Incredible location; the beach and the pier are only a 60 second walk away and Avenida Del Mar is walkable in less than 10 minutes. The unit had everything we needed, looked just like the listing pictures, and was a good size for our little family of 3. Check-in was super simple and the host was very responsive. For anyone getting weary reading other reviews saying things need to be updated... it's not a high-end luxury mansion by any means, but it's a well-priced 1bedx1bath unit that's steps from the beach with a nice patio, full kitchen with all appliances, working washer/dryer, a living room, and was one of the cheapest options available for the 4 days we stayed. There are plenty of more expensive options to choose from, but for anyone looking to stay in one of the best pockets in San Clemente at a reasonable price, this one is PERFECT and provides great value. Until we have a bigger family or visit with more people, we'd definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Walking distance to the beach and the fisherman’s restaurant at the pier. Depending on oneself, you’re also just 10-15 walking minutes from other restaurants! Or a short drive. The parking on street is a bit of a pain, but we still managed fine. Accidentally dyed a couple towels when throwing in a new dress & other clothes in the wash the night before leaving. Apologies ???????

This was a perfect spot for my newly engaged daughter to come home with her Fiancée. They are both from this area so to be able to have their own space down by the ocean where we could visit with them was wonderful. The hosts were perfect. The place was cute, clean and quiet. It was a great way to experience San Clemente a short stroll to the pier bowl, restaurants and best view in the State of pier, beach, water.

Place was very clean and tidy. Linens, towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies were all provided. Parking was a little tricky since it was street-parking only but we didn't drive much anyway since the unit was in walking distance to the pier, shops, and restaurants. There was no AC, however there were ceiling fans in the common room and the bedroom which worked perfectly fine for the summer heat. The patio was nice to lounge in since it had high gates so it was completely private. The overall feel of the place was very homey, and would definitely stay here again.

Although my stay was short I was able to get comfortable at Unit B and the surrounding area real fast! The neighborhood was very quiet despite being so close to the pier. I would love to come back here again next time I need another quick getaway.

Everything was as described. The place was clean and the internet worked perfectly. I didn't face any connection issues during my multiple video conferences. In general, parking wasn't a problem, except during the summer when it could get a bit challenging. Just remember that. The location's proximity to downtown is perfect. It's an easy walk to the shops, beach, and pier. The walk downhill is pleasant, but the way back is a bit steep. Considering the price and the fact that the hotels were more expensive and farther away, it's definitely worth it. I would choose to stay here again, but preferably during the off-season to avoid any parking issues. I will say they owners were very clear about the parking situation in the details but the description say “Garage Parking” which I think she be removed to avoid confusion at the start.

really enjoyed this Airbnb, it was as described and the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even ice cubes ready for us in the freezer which we really appreciated, would've loved to have an airfryer (hint, hint ??) only complaint was parking was tricky, so it took us about 30 minutes to find a spot close enough to unload our car, once we found a spot we left our car parked the duration of our stay and used Uber because we were afraid to lose our parking space. other than the parking issue. our stay was very nice, relaxing and enjoyable. ????????

The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We stayed for 2 weeks and never really had a problem with parking. Occasionally, particularly at weekends, you just need to be prepared to walk a few blocks. There are two restaurants (Fishermans and Pierside) close by along with a coffee shop, creperie cafe and the beach. Great for a couple.

I was surprised how close we were from the beach. Its walking distance and so few restaurants and coffee shop where you can grab and go to enjoy eating/drinking with a view. You can also sit at the restaurant and enjoy their service with the view. The house was clean, really good communication, and comfortable. Wifi was strong so I had no problem with work. The house comes with very clean bed and kitchen. They have a patio you can enjoy as well. If you have little ones, they have beach stuff to use. I’d go here again! The only uncomfortable thing is parking.

Great location! Beach is within a 3 - 5 walk; beach is downhill from the stay location. We took advantage of all the beach supplies they have stored there, especially loved the beach wagon, that made it so much easier to take thing to the beach or to our car. The unit we stayed in didn’t have parking included but the street had plenty of parking. Over all really comfortable and clean stay, would recommend and would stay there again!

Great location, beautifully ( recently) decorated apartment with all modern amenities. Lovely outdoor sitting area. Quiet and private, I highly recommend this apartment. Only downside is a lack of a dedicated parking space and this can be an issue especially on weekends. But overall, a great apartment in a great location and I highly recommend staying here when in San Clemente.

Great 1 bedroom apartment close to pier and beach. It does sit up on a hill, so while walking down to beach is easy, walking back up is not so much fun, but definitely manageable. Be prepared to park on the street, at times, blocks away. Walking distance to downtown area is manageable. The sleeper sofa is good for kids, but I would imagine it to be uncomfortable for two adults to sleep on. Although there is plenty of seating space, they all lack comfort if planning to stay in for a family movie night. There is also no TV in the master bedroom, which wasn’t a huge issue for us, it’s just something that a lot of people are used to. Lots of amenities for cooking our own meals which was nice. We are planning to return but are looking to rent one of the bigger,l units connected to this one.

If you are looking for a private place for your small family, this is the place! We couldn’t stop talking about how great this place was. A very close walk to the beach and local restaurants. Everything was super clean, organized, and comfortable. Had small amenities like a pack and play, and high chair for small children. Parking kind of sucks, but only if you’re lazy like me. Everything else was perfect.

(I actually ended up staying in Condo D at my request, and Beachside’s awesome customer service made that happen with no problem.)
