Great location. Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable beds Had all of extras that you would need like paper products , coffee filters , spices. The only problem was the stairs going upstairs very squeaky. Would definitely go again .

We had a wonderful stay! We did have a little hiccup at the beginning but the team that handles this home( Lynette, Malerie, Matt and I believe Emily) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help us! I would absolutely love to rent this home again, and recommend to others.

This was our 2nd stay here and we’ll likely make a 3rd! Hearing the ocean at night is wonderful. The views are incredible. There are wonderful relaxing spots upstairs where the view is exceptional.

Amazing location just a couple minutes away from the beach on foot. The house was very clean and just as described. We had a little hiccup with the access code on check in, but Vacasa customer support was very quick and responsive, and helped us get in asap. The views are amazing, and the two balconies gave plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the ocean views. Would highly recommend, and I wouldn’t think twice about booking it again!

Really enjoyed our time and the fantastic terrace for relaxing outdoors! The kitchen is well equipped which we appreciated because we cooked our meals at the house and the beds, bedding and towels are excellent! Highly recommend.

Amazing location. Steep but very short walk to the pier and beach. Walkable to downtown but we took the trolley up sometimes, too— fun and easier on the joints:) (The free trolley runs all summer:) Gorgeous views from both decks. Plenty of towels, comfy beds. Loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom! Dishwasher racks were a little temperamental but not a big deal. Well stocked kitchen.

Close to shops, restaurants, pier and train station. Beautiful unit, has everything we need to enjoy our staycation with 3 under 3 years old. The rooms are spacious with ceiling fans, tvs and ensuite bathrooms each! Such value for the amenities and quality or household items.

Gorgeous San Clemente spot! Excellent location close to everything. Ocean views of the balconies and streets. Street parking didn’t seem to be a problem and you get 1 garage spot as well as a driveway. Neighborhood was also perfect and embodied San clemente charm. Hosts were very communicative, easy to deal with and helpful with everything! Would definitely stay again highly recommend!!

Not often times does the place in person do justice to the pictures when the setting is this beautiful, but in this case it’s every bit as nice. Location is excellent. House is very very comfortable. Long term neighbors are goo lite and welcoming. Super clean and inviting home from the moment you walk in. The whole experience was stress free and as easy to enjoy as you’d want a few days vacation to be. Would totally stay again.

The porch view from this place will be indelibly marked in my subconscious. You will need to research the sunsets on the day you are staying and make sure you are on the porch for an hour before and an hour after. So peaceful and perfect. Loved this place.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. We all had our own private rooms and bathrooms, and everything inside was nice. We had a perfect view of the ocean and pier, and they had plenty of beach toys available for our use. The walk to the beach was super close, we were all sad when it was time to leave!

Stayed her with my Wife and four children,this is a lovely spacious house,very well equipped,with views of the sea and only a few minutes walk from the beach and San Clemente Pier.There are loads of body boards,chairs and other beach equipment in the garage.Private parking is an asset as parking in the area is difficult.The walk back from the beach is very steep so anyone with walking difficulties would need to be picked up by car which is easy.There are a few bars restaurants by/on the Pier but most are in the main part of town which is only 10 minutes walk away. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Perfect location, 2 mins from beach, pier, bars and local restaurants. The property itself won’t disappoint. Plenty of room for a party of 6. We stayed with our two young children and were spoilt for room. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

It’s 3 minutes away from the beach. The house has a lot of beach toys that my kids enjoyed at the beach. The neighborhood is safe and quite. I enjoyed staring at the beach and listening to the ocean waves from the balcony. It is a breathtaking view. I wish I had stayed a few more days.

The stay was fantastic. We booked this place for the weekend as my friends wedding was located close to this location. The views were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. We were also walking distance to the pier which was a fantastic touch. I will likely book again if I am staying with a group of 6-8 in the area. Thanks again for the fantastic stay.

Beautiful house in beautiful San Clemente! Had a team planning retreat. Great space for our team to meet and spend time together. Just so happened to come during a rare Feb stormy weekend, but it was still a great stay. There were many spots to relax with the view in the warm house. Did walk down to the beach area at one point which has many good options and cafes. Walked the pier and looked for cool rocks on the beach. Would stay here again if it works out.
