Our month long stay in this well appointed condo was wonderful! The layout is great, the kitchen is fully stocked and the view can not be beat! Mission Hills itself offers lots of areas for walking the property and many pools to select from if you choose to swim. It should be noted the the adjacent pool is solar heated and with the unusually cool weather during our mid-March to mid-April stay there were only a couple of days toward the end of our stay that it was usable. I walked or drove to other available pools for my morning swim. Over all I have no complaints about the condo. Let me mention the view one more time. On a clear day the mountains were spectacular. The back patio was a fantastic place to sit and read a book, watch the golfers go by and take in the view.

We are very disappointed that Vacas does not allow long-term renters first right of refusal for renting the following year. We rent for three months each winter; our condo was already rented for 2023 a week before we arrived in January of 2022.

The view is beyond compare. Breathtaking if you like mountains and greenery. Sure the green is a finely manicured championship golf course. Truly set the bar for us as we look for a propserty to buy. Spacious, seems close to 3000 sq ft, next to the community pool. Large west-facing patio to enjoy sunsets and the VIEW!!! Fabulous. We were able to park both our coars in the garage with no problem. The neighborhood seems welcoming/friendly with a wave of the hand and a good morning as we walked our dog. Be prepared for desert wind, which cools off the environment every night. A great location.
