OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The resort-style yard is spacious and well-planned with lots of different gathering places. This private backyard features a huge sundrenched pool with spa, a fire pit, plenty of outdoor dining spaces and an outdoor BBQ grill. Lush landscaping and fabulous mountain views add to the magic of this fabulous property!

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Renowned Palm Springs designer Jay Jones brought his signature eclectic style to this nearly 2,300 square foot mid-century home, mixing its classic California Spanish-inspired architecture with modern furnishings, period antiques, Asian artifacts and contemporary artwork to create a fresh, sophisticated, welcoming residential resort - reminiscent of the homes you typically see grace the pages of Elle Decor and Veranda magazines. Magnificent tile work, detailed woodwork, French doors and modern updates add to the compelling allure of this quintessential desert escape.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled. The baths have been updated. The bedrooms (one king and two queens) have been beautifully appointed. The open layout of the living areas gives way to walls of glass, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living in true Palm Springs-style.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Each of the three bedrooms features gorgeous décor, plenty of storage, comfortable and hotel-quality mattresses. The Master Suite has a King bed, and ensuite bath. There are two additional guest bedrooms that share easy access to the guest bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen beds.

You could choose to spend your entire vacation inside the walls of this gorgeous mini estate - afternoons by the pool and evenings under the stars. But if you are up for discovering all that Palm Springs has to offer, you'll be pleased to know that this paradise we call Zen Dreams is conveniently located less than a mile from bustling Downtown and in walking distance to the South Palm Springs district. South Palm Springs has recently experienced a major hip and trendy revitalization. You’ll be just a short stroll from some of Palm Springs’ newest and highest rated hot spots and restaurants like The Purple Room, The New York Company, The Ace, Appetito, and Miros. South Palm Springs also offers a huge selection of art galleries, mid-century consignment stores and estate sale shops. Grocery stores, sandwich shops, burger joints, liquor stores and other neighborhood conveniences are just a stone’s throw from this tranquil desert escape. Koffi South, one of the best people-watching stops in Palm Springs, is less than a mile away. World-class hiking trails, a themed water park, movie theaters, our casino, and live entertainment venues are all located less than a mile from this fabulous piece of heaven.
