This lovely 4BR/3BA home is nestled in the Racquet Club East community just a three-mile drive from vibrant downtown. Highlights include two luxe primary suites with pool access, a private heated pool and spa, and alfresco dining. Located three miles from the city center, easily visit the hot spots of Palm Springs, including popular shops and delectable dining options. To discover a different view of the valley, take a ride up the Palm Springs Aerial Tram.

The inviting living area serves as the social heart of the home, furnished with comfortable seating for the entire group as well as a 65in smart TV. Whip up delicious meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar for two. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.

This single-level home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. Find comfort in the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, and pool access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also offers a king-size bed, 50in smart TV, pool access, and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom is fitted with two twin-size beds, while the fourth bedroom provides a queen-size bed. The adjacent guest bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

Relax in the private backyard, which boasts a heated 5'-deep pool and spa. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the six-person table. In the evening, gather around the gas fire pit. Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for three cars are provided. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Beautiful place well organized and easy to find. We enjoyed the pool but it definitely needs a good cleaning. Since the trees did keep falling in. But all in all it’s a beautiful place to stay in if you are in Palm Springs.

This house was really lovely for our family vacation - everything was accurate to the description and clean. Plus the pool was cleaned twice when we were there. A few things to note: this agency does not respond to messages via the Airbnb app. And while they sent me informative and helpful texts they did not respond to my texts. At the very end someone from their company contacted me and I was able to chat with them via text but not before then. You needed to call them on their phone in order to talk to them about anything. They were very responsive, but I refer text messages or communication via the Airbnb app, not phone calls. The other thing to know is that this house is directly under the palm spring airport flight path. It was a bit loud when using the pool, but not bad when inside. It did not bother us -but if you are a medium-light sleeper or annoyed but ambient noise then this is not the hose for you.

Property was fantastic. Exceeded expectations. Contact with the host was fine once we called the phone number provided. There was a management change between the time we booked and our stay. It did not impact the stay except that we couldn’t contact the host through rhe VRBO app. Otherwise stay was spectacular.

Spacious- good/safe neighborhood

With 8 girls - we felt safe. Walking distance to the grocery. Quiet neighborhood. A quick Uber to downtown - we would book the “Debbie house” again! Vacasa employees helped with a few issues that came up quick and with a smile!

Clean and comfortable

The property is clean to my standard and comfortable. It had all the basic amenities. The one thing I really liked about this property is that it has two master bedrooms and lots of bathroom. It’s perfect for families with small children. Things I would suggest is I wish they offered an early check in than the usual 4pm. And maybe provide more trash bags and dish soap for 8 people to stay.

We were very disappointed with pool, was not heated upon arrival or the next day . Took 3-4 calls to get cleared up. No instructions in house . And for the cost per day - disappointed. We ran out of paper products and dishwasher tabs.

Seven of us stayed at this home for a girls' weekend. It was perfect for our group and exactly as advertised. The amenities were great, the instructions were clear, and everything was very clean and well-kept. We had one issue lighting the fire pit, but I called Vacasa and they were very responsive and sent someone over right away to help us out. I would highly recommend this property. Honestly, I was a bit leery to rent from a rental company versus an individual owner. I thought it might be harder to communicate, but it wasn't. They didn't respond well to written messages but were very responsive to phone calls. Our only (minor) complaint is that the property is near the airport and there is some airplane noise. It didn't bother us a lot, but just something to note. Everything else met or exceeded our expectations! My friends and I would absolutely stay in this home again!

Rented this house for my sister’s small bachelorette party. House was in good shape. Pool was lovely. We were surprised to find out the very strict no loud music rule (punishment: eviction). We managed to play music on low on a speaker and that seemed to be fine. Lots of folks told me their beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and air temp being set at 74 was just fine (if not a bit chilly) despite the daily high being 105. Check out process is a bit annoying for those who aren’t used to TurnKey. Found out I had to call them before we could get in and that their office closed at 6 pm. Overall would rent again for a small group!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Beautifully landscaped, plenty of room for four couples and the pool was the perfect temperature. The air b n b with turnkey was a great experience! The home is absolutely beautiful, and upon arrival was very clean. The home is central to downtown Palm Springs close to restaurants and bars, and it was conveniently located next to stores in case you needed to pick up anything to cook or eat back at the house. The host Greg was great at communicating, even the pool attendant Pat was incredibly friendly and ensured the pool was clean and set up properly for us to enjoy. The city of Palm Springs does have strict home ordinances in regards to noise, so if you’re looking for a place to party or be loud in I would recommend a hotel or a more secluded home, for a respectful, responsible group of people this is the perfect location!! :) thanks so much!

We loved our stay at this house! This house was even better in real life than in the pictures!! The pool was beautiful and ever part of the house was clean, stocked and comfortable. Plan a later flight on arrival day because check in was strictly set for 4:00pm. The location was so easy to get to everything. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

The place was clean & pristine! It was a lovely house. The beds were comfy! The pool was perfect, & was so nice that it could heat up. Please keep in mind that Palm Springs has a noise ordinance. No music ever outside, which made it a little sad when we were in the pool. Other than that, the house was great!!

This is a great home in a very convenient location, with a grocery store and gym only blocks away. We loved relaxing by the pool, and soaking in the spa in the private back yard. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking and the gas grill is a nice bonus. The home was super clean and the beds in the master bedrooms are very comfortable. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a great house for our group's stay in Palm Springs. Very centrally located, but still felt secluded when we were in the house and backyard. There was good communication between the hosts and myself leading up to and during our stay. Everything was as it was stated in the description - the hot tub, pool and backyard were wonderful. The only thing we couldn't figure out was the fire table and there were not directions that we could locate as to how to turn it on. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The house is directly in the flight path to the airport, so there is plane noise when you are outside. We didn't find it overwhelming, but it is fairly consistent.

Nice spot for a big group. The pool is nice and has shade most of the day for those hot summer days. Only con was that one of the master bathrooms was a little buggy( crickets, ants and we even found a baby lizard) despite us being very careful with doors. Everything else was super clean!

Great home! Well maintained and decorated. Very clean, neat and organized with new kitchen, appliances, TVs, furniture, etc. Really enjoyed the yard and pool! Nice big trees help shade the pool in the afternoon when it's hot and gives a lot of privacy. Very quiet and clean neighborhood with plenty of parking and access to park a car in the garage, which is nice in the summer! I would stay again for sure!

It is run by property management so experience and communication was a little different than when you are dealing with an individual owner, but they were responsive timely and resolved any questions or concerns that came up effectively.

Great vacation rental located in a quiet neighborhood, great place with just about every amenity you need. If you cook or entertain there is a major super market nearby for your shopping needs. The downtown district is a short drive away. We definitely recommend this home for small family with pet dog.

This house was amazing! We had such a good time, and will definitely be returning in the future. TurnKey communicated with us from the minute we booked through to check-out and were very quick to answer any questions we had. The home itself was awesome- we had plenty of space for our group of 8 (6 adults and two kids). The rooms were perfect for a toddler (twin beds with lemon blankets?! She loved it) and we could easily fit a pack & play for the baby in any of the rooms. All the cooking and grilling utensils you might need were provided which made meals easy. We were close to Downtown, Albertsons, and the Tram, as well as a really cool park that the kids loved. The pool is a good size, clean, and is mainly shaded in the late afternoon which gives you a nice break from the sun but still allows you to be swimming. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home with an awesome backyard set up! We had a wonderful family trip with our dogs. The place is perfect for two couples to stay as it has two beautiful suites on each side of the house. Rental company is super responsive and great to work with. Close to downtown and wonderful restaurants. Would highly recommend and would totally come again!

Fab location right near the strip. Very modern , clean , luxurious . My parents wanted to buy the house. ?? . All it needs is a crib and a few games and it’s the perfect getaway with friends or family. PS is all super strict about noise so you cant go with a large group. It was super convenient that this property is owned by Marriott so you can text someone basically all day with any questions. Kitchen was well stocked with items. You definitely hear airplanes but prob about 10/day if that and didn’t bother us one bit. Loved the shelf in the pool for my toddler. Spa jets didn’t seem to work.

Nice, clean home and nicely located in Palm Springs. Kitchen was fully stocked with proper flatware and cooking utensils for those looking to cook meals at home! Only downside was the internet did not work well.... cut out about every 5-10 minutes.

Lovely home! The place was spotless upon arrival. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool the whole weekend. Very close to the grocery store and downtown. Noise from the airplanes were only noticeable when outside. Fast communication from the host.
