The open-concept living area flows into the chef’s kitchen, offering 3 barstool seats at the peninsula island, stainless steel appliances & everything you may need to prepare a delicious meal. The split-level setup affords the group some privacy with one Queen bedroom downstairs and a second Queen bedroom upstairs, both featuring luxurious spa-like marble bathrooms. 

The real relaxation begins when you step out onto either the lower patio off of the bedroom or onto the rooftop deck. Bring your cup of coffee outside to the ground-level patio with outdoor living space, or enjoy a meal al fresco on the rooftop at the outdoor dining table, complete with a fireplace, umbrella, additional outdoor seating, and panoramic mountain views. Outside of the condo, you will have access to exclusive resort amenities, including a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and BBQ grill.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES 
Nothing quite beats a rooftop deck on a gorgeous day, and when staying here at this luxury condo, you will have one all to yourself. Put together a charcuterie board, pour yourself a glass of wine, and gather on the rooftop deck, around the outdoor dining table or curl up on the outdoor couch as you watch the vibrant mountain sunset. If you need to beat the heat, open up the large umbrella for some shade, or turn on the gas fireplace if you are looking to add a little night-time ambiance. 

In the mornings, brew up a cup of coffee or pick up some delicious pastries at a coffee shop nearby, then sit back and enjoy a peaceful morning out on the ground-level patio. The serene desert plants, surrounding architecture, and plush seating make it the perfect place to start your morning. And if the day's heat becomes a bit too much, feel free to open the umbrella to offer a little shade. 

Steps outside of the condo, the resort community has several more amenities for you to enjoy! Beat the heat in the large community pool or unwind after a day of hiking or mountain biking in the hot tub. 

If you just cannot skip a sweat session while on vacation, a fully equipped fitness center is available on-site. A communal BBQ grill allows for a different experience than your traditional cooking in the kitchen.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
As you walk up the stairs to the main level living area, the lively modern décor will immediately catch your attention. The living room offers a luxurious place to relax while you sit back on the couch or in one of the accent chairs to watch a movie on the smart TV. Or dim the lights as you mix a cocktail of choice at the mini bar, with the gas fireplace on to set the mood. 

Before a day of Palm Springs adventures, if you need to wrap up some emails, a dedicated desk, office chair and even a printer are available in the living room. The vibrant colors may even help spark some much-needed creativity and energy to finish the project!

The living space seamlessly spills over into the open kitchen featuring ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a variety of spices, and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, & bakeware you might need. It is truly a chef’s dream! For your morning beverage of choice, a tea kettle tea and single-cup Keurig coffee maker are available. If you decide to dine in or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out for some shopping, 3 barstool seats are available at the peninsula island.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The classic Palm Springs decor oozes into the design of each hotel-style suite. Each of the bedrooms features a delightful Queen size bed as the centerpiece of the room, complete with luxurious linens paired with pillows that are guaranteed to help you drift off to sleep. Turn on the smart TV with a movie or show to help you doze off, or curl up in the retro accent chair to read a few pages prior to going to bed. The nightstands feature a charging port with several outlets available for all of your electronic needs. In the first-floor suite, open your blinds and have direct access to the patio to get a little sunshine to help wake you up. 

And when it is time to get ready for the day, your private ensuite bathroom awaits with a modern vanity, a huge marble walk-in waterfall shower, and plenty of hooks for all your towels. Each shower is also complete with a modern, detachable showerhead. 

A convenient half bath is situated right off of the living room.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND For Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 nights or less:

100% Refund for Cancellations within 48 Hours of Making Booking.
30 days or more prior to the Arrival date, ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater than 48 hours from Booking and between 8 & 29 days prior to arrival, guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of all Reservation Charges, except Booking Fee.
7 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY For Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer)

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 29 nights or longer:

Greater Than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund for cancellations that are more than 6 months prior to the Arrival date.
Greater than 91 Days and less than 6 Months Prior to Arrival - ACME House Company will process a 100% refund of all Reservation Charges, except the Booking Fee. 
Greater Than 60 Days but Less Than 91 Days Prior to Arrival - Guests will receive a partial refund of 50% of the Reservation Charges and Booking Fee. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any utility fees. Any special services ordered that cannot be canceled in time to receive a refund will also not be refunded.
60 Days or Less From Arrival - 100% of All Reservation Charges are considered earned. All other costs and fees are refunded, including cleaning fees, security deposit, and any
