Your private backyard oasis is framed by lush greenery and dramatic mountain views. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, unwind in the attached spa, or bask in the sun on cushioned loungers. The covered patio offers a shaded café table for morning coffee, while the BBQ grill and outdoor dining space make it easy to host alfresco meals. SLEEPING QUARTERS
Three spacious bedroom suites provide privacy and comfort for every guest. The primary suite features a king bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, and spa-like ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. Two sets of sliding glass doors lead directly to the pool and patio.

A queen suite on the main level includes outdoor access and a private ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. On the lower level, a third suite offers two full beds, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and access to the front yard—perfect for kids, friends, or extended family.

I love this house! Beautiful spacious home in a convenient location. Quiet safe neighborhood. Adorable handmade tiles throughout. All the amenities plus. I slept wonderfully on the comfortable bed. Temperature controlled pool with attractive landscaping and outdoor lighting. Thoughtful decor that was obviously carefully selected for the house, with a sense of humor. I will definitely be back!

Serenity at Sirena

This is a hidden gem. Located in the discerning Araby Cove neighborhood, Villa Sirena is as its name suggests a serene oasis of peace. There is a really homely feel to the place, the hosts, James and Theo, have gone a long way to ensure little touches are not overlooked, from plenty of fresh towels and toiletries to a fully equipped kitchen, no detail is missed. I especially liked the keurig and espresso machines. Their interior design ethic leads to a peaceful and comforting ambiance throughout the house, enhanced by it being spotlessly clean and fresh, with a great aromas. The pool deck is delightful with a good view of the mountain between the palms, the hot tub is the perfect place to chill out for an evening, the water temperature being just right for that extended dip. Indoors there are tvs in all rooms and the bed was heavenly, I slept so well after my long journey there. Despite its ideal location for a recluse, it is also only a short drive from great restaurants and grocery stores and not much further to the heart of Palm Springs. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Villa Sirena, I would go back in an instant and totally recommend it for a stay in Palm Springs. The hosts are really friendly and want to do the best for their guests, which from my experience they definitely did.

I’ve recently just returned from 2 weeks vacation in this lovely home. As soon as I walked thru the door I loved the feel of the house. It was very welcoming and charming I personally stayed downstairs. Loved that bit of extra privacy, the shower was very powerful. The hosts have thought of everything with plenty of storage and my personal favourite of mobile phone chargers next to all the beds. That was a big hit in our family. The outside space is stunning! We loved sitting outside looking at the mountains that surround the property and at night looking at the stars.. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub it was so relaxing. Personally we as a family cannot wait to spend more time here and I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Palm Springs gem

If you a looking for a peaceful property, yet close to downtown this is the perfect home. We had a great visit at this beautifully decorated, sparkling clean house. Everything we needed for our trip was provided, which was helpful when flying in. It was an easy 5 minute drive from the airport. Plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and other entertainment was also a very easy drive/taxi. The house was a great size for a small group to enjoy with plenty of space to get alone time if you want it. The pool and backyard were an oasis of peace and quiet, with outstanding mountain views. Highly recommend, and will stay again. Palm Springs didn't disappoint.

Great week in the desert

We came out to Palm Springs to celebrate a birthday and had a great stay at Villa Sirena. It was hot but the backyard was amazing, the pool was great and we saw rabbits and lots of hummingbirds. The view made it felt like we were in the mountains but we were only about 5 minutes from downtown. The neighborhood was quiet, there isn't a lot of traffic and the main road seems to be a big favorite for hikers and bicyclists. There's a hiking trail behind the house and mornings were cool enough to explore the desert trails. The house was easy, it was comfortable and large enough that we all had our own space and didn't feel like we were tripping all over each other. The kitchen was big and Trader Joes was just three minutes down the road. The bedrooms were far enough away from the living room that noise wasn't an issue (I go to bed early). We had a great time and will be back again next year!

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 3 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
