The Albert Frey-designed building is a quiet masterpiece (in a town filled with bravura examples of modernism) and the unit itself is a jewel. I loved staying here. I got good thinking done. I read, I cooked, I planned. I felt focused and rejuvinated, my faith in modernism was solidified. No issues, though when I did deal with Vacasa for check in their agent was courteous and friendly. Place was immaculate, uncluttered, and everything worked.

What can I say love this place very clean. Pool and hot tub was great and the place is very peaceful. Walking distance to downtown where I found amazing restaurants and much more. I will definitely be back to this amazing place.

This charming condo community is right in the heart of Palm Springs, near the classic historic homes, and a short walk to great restaurants and shopping. This one bedroom apartment was very comfortable and well furnished with everything we needed for a full week's stay. We have stayed in a wide range of AirBNB's around the country, and this was our absolute favorite! We are already looking at our calendars for a return trip.

Great location, good setup, very close to downtown area, and amazing neighbors. I would highly suggest staying at this location if you have the opportunity, especially for extended stays.
