We loved our stay in Palm Desert! The house was big and accommodating for all my guests. We enjoyed the private pool at the house and the community pool as well! It was clean and well decorated. We were never in need as the host made sure any and all questions were answered very quickly. I hope to be back soon!

Overall, the value was great. It is on the windy side of town and in the flight path of the airport, so it can be a little windy and noisy. The management company was a little difficult to communicate with, which delayed my access to the house even after paying for the early check-in. The house was great though. The primary bedroom was large and comfortable with a very expansive bathroom and shower. All the bedrooms were well appointed and beds were all comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook full meals for one or many and the gas chef stove was a treat to have. The living and patio areas were comfortable a great places to unwind. The pool was perfect for a small group, though I was unable to find any temp controls for the spa unit, so it remained cold the whole time. It was 100+ degrees everyday, so the cool water was very refreshing and no need for a hot tub during my stay. The value was great even with the minor hiccups in the beginning. I would book again!

Important Details Before You Book

House Rules

  • Check-In: After 4 PM | Checkout: 10 AM
  • No smoking or vaping
  • Renters must be 25 years of age or older
  • No Music is allowed outside of the rental home (at any volume)
  • Parking is restricted to 1 car per bedroom in designated parking spaces.
  • Pets are not allowed in Non-Pet Friendly Properties
  • Please do not exceed the max occupancy of the home
  • All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
  • Damage waiver covers renter for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the property.
  • If the house you are renting has a pool, the pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. Please let us know if you'd like to heat the pool so we can ensure it is heated before your arrival.

All reservations require a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Short-Term Stays (28 nights or less):

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
