Great stay in a beautiful home. We enjoyed the ample seating room in the living room and outdoors. The view can’t be beat and it was great to walk around the neighborhood and admire all the homes. Close distance to town and airport. We visited in early April and luckily it was not too hot outside because you were only allowed to turn the thermostat no lower than 76 degrees. Would have been nice to know this prior or the home to provided fans in the bedrooms.

The place we got ended up being amazing very last minute. Unfortunately our first choice had an issue a day before our check in so the lister offered us two options to move to and the one we chose ended up being great. The listers communicated with us at every moment and we appreciated that. I definitely recommend this home for a great group visit.

The backyard was very relaxing sitting on confortable patio furniture drinking coffee under patio shade. The View of the mountains in the morning was spectacular. The pool was warm when we arrived and clean. The house was clean and decorated in the theme of the 50 and 60's. We enjoyed being closer to Downtown for evening dining.

The place is beautiful. But as you look a little closer there were a few misses along the way. Namely the two twin beds that comprise 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the main house need replaced. And the bed in the guest house was unacceptable for the price. With that said, the other amenities were tremendous. The modern decor, the primary suite and bathroom, the living room, kitchen, and pool and jacuzzi and patio space provided us the comfort we sought while on vacation. The guest house, aside from the bed, provided some seclusion and easy living just a few feet away from everyone else. The pool alone might be worth the price of admission. It’s just those beds…they bring down the curve. Location is solid and we did enjoy ourselves overall. 4 out of 5 stars.

Has everything you could need: very well stocked kitchen, towels, linens,etc. Large pool (big enough to do laps), putting green and shuffle board in the back yard. We went to Joshua Tree NP and the Palm Springs Aerial Tram. Lots of unique shopping downtown to get that ‘special’ gift. Our adult kids had a blast and so did we. House beautifully furnished and the artwork is great. Lots of windows and light. Would definitely go back again!

This is the perfect home for your Palm Springs visit. It's local enough that you can walk to many spots like cafes and a cocktail bar or you can take a short drive or Uber to the downtown area. Cute shops and beautiful neighbourhoods to walk and explore. This house has everything you need for your visit to be fun and relaxing. The pool, the hot tub, the decor, it's all stunning. Will definitely go back!

We loved our stay in Palm Springs and the house is wonderful. Kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are comfortable. We would definitely stay again. The check in process was the only thing with which we took issue. Rather than Palm Springs Vacasa waiting until the day of check in to request a copy of ID to be sent, maybe request it the day before in a more secure manner than by text.

We loved our stay at Twin Palms. Vacasa was very responsive to any questions. The location was in a lovely neighborhood. We walked to many spots and also rented bikes for the week which was a very easy way to get around. We had kids in our group ages 8-10, and the biking felt safe and simple. The pool and entire outdoor area was lovely. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.

We had a great time and took advantage of everything the property offered. The kitchen was really well appointed with what we needed to cook our meals. The pool was great. The beds were comfortable. We had three generations there and everyone enjoyed it. Our only small complaint is that the property’s guidebook said the hot tub would heat up if we pushed a button, but it didn’t work, and when I inquired with the property manager they confirmed it doesn’t work. So that’s just a little frustrating that it was falsely described.

Great property with amenities. Very clean condition of inside of the house. Only fair, impersonal communications prior to the day of arrival. We were dismayed by the repeated warnings of what we could not do and the possible penalties that could be levied on us. I supposed this is aimed at the 10% who are jerks and either party or trash a rental. But for a family event with ages 10 to 71, we only needed to hear/read this once.

I loved my stay here!! The home was beautiful and in a nice area. I had a very relaxing time. The only problem was the pool lights did not work and customer service didn’t do a lot to help unfortunately and said that pool lights were not a necessity, which was pretty disappointing. Other than that I loved it!!

The house is very comfortable, clean and very well stocked. Our group consisted of 7 adults and a baby, we had plenty of room and did not feel we cramped in this property, the outside casita really helped. The beds were comfy and the pool was clean and plenty big for all of us. Checking in was easy and the group that manages the house were very responsive, I called the first night we got there because we could not get the pool lights to go on at night, they fixed the problem right away. I would definitely stay here again.

Palm Springs Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. We had a delay entering the property because we were given the code to the door and not the front gate. It was worked out after waiting on hold for quite some time. It is too bad that the city of Palm Springs does not allow any outside music at any time. The only issue with the house was the thermostat was set on 76 degrees and that was too warm at night for some of us. It was about 110 outside. I'd stay again when it is not so hot. Otherwise, the house was comfortable, it was great to have the casita area during social distancing and the pool was wonderful.
