Beautiful house with an amazing pool! We read the reviews and the instructions and requested the pool heat be turned on before our arrival and they turned on without issue after confirming the additional charge. We are glad that we had the heat though, it made way more enjoyable for a January visit. Absolutely no complaints about the house, it was perfect and we would love to stay here again.

This Airbnb was very peaceful and nice to stay at. It was bigger than we thought it looked in the pictures. We loved that the host had floats for the pool. We stayed in the pool most of the time. It also was equipped with nice furniture. Nothing felt cheap all things were very nice quality. And we used the grill multiple times for dinner. They had a few games and books. They had good pans and cooking wear. The only negative thing I would say about this Airbnb is the showers doors suck. They have half of a glass door and water leaks all over the bathroom floor if you don’t put a towel barrier down. The location is perfect and central to everything. You’re close to a Ralph’s, starbucks and downtown Palm Springs. Other than the showers we would recommend staying here! Oh also, this airbnb is ran by a business so it’s hard to request an early check in or late check out. And they charge $75 a day for a heated pool. But that didn’t put a damper on our trip at all we made it work.

Such a great spot! The house was super cute and in an awesome location. We were close to Palm Canyon Drive. The mountain views were amazing, everything was clean, and the pool was perfect for relaxing. It was great for a family trip or even a girls getaway. The neighborhood was quiet and chill, no one bothered us at all. I’d totally stay here again!

Place was amazing. Beautifully located. Easy to get there. Amazing views of the hills. It’s 5 stars for sure. Only issues I had was the code took a few times trying to get in every time I used the front door. And the check in processes with Palm Springs having to check you in also was a small issue. But over the property itself is fantastic!

My two daughters and I had a wonderful stay! The home was well-appointed, spacious, and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We did not use the outdoor grill, but what a nice touch! The pool is lovely and there are plenty of lounging options outside. The unobstructed views of the mountains were out of this world. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and proximity to downtown was so convenient. The management company was responsive and helpful and the check in/check out processes were quick and easy. We felt well-cared for and we miss our little PS getaway already!

Loved the location, Uber was only 5 mins away from downtown Palm Springs. The house was extremely beautiful but we did get ants and the water is extremely cold ?? but overall it was an amazing stay.

This house was exactly like the pictures,. The house interior is lovely, decorated nicely and the beds were comfy. The house was exceptionally clean and it felt comfortable to be in,the tv was easy to navigate and the basic appliances are available. I rent houses often in Palm Springs and this house was by far the cleanest.

A perfect Airbnb for our relaxing 3 day weekend. The views were incredible and the backyard felt like paradise - somehow even better than the pictures! We paid to heat the pool and spa which was worth it and easy to add on to our stay in one quick phone call. We had 7 guests in total and all slept comfortably. The home was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. The location was just minutes away from everything downtown Palm Springs has to offer (shopping, restaurants, wine bars, etc.) and the Ubers/Lyfts were nearby and cheap. From the extra linens/towels and every appliance imaginable, to the crystal clear communication and instructions for check in/out, booking through Vacasa ensured a stress free trip so we could enjoy the vacation of a lifetime. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. We will absolutely be returning here the next time we're in Palm Springs, and hopefully visiting more of Vacasa's other rental properties in the future!

Our stay at 12 Palms was great! The place was spotless, beds and linens were super cozy and the back yard was amazing. The location was great, close to downtown but super peaceful and felt safe. Views of the mountains are amazing. Only thing to note: if you’re considering staying here and the hot tub is an important feature - the water is shared with the pool so while it was a great temperature for swimming (after paying the added fee for heating) don’t expect it to be hot.

This home is immaculately clean and the furnishings were beautiful. It really leans in to the Palm Springs vibe, with post-modern decor and touches throughout. The whole home was updated recently and everything was shiny new for us! The house is in the middle of a neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's about a 5-minute drive from the heart of Palm Springs. We did have some issues getting in (keypad on door didn't work) but the host was quick to offer an alternative. My only note would be that it would have been nice if the pool had been heated just a little--it was 105 outside but the pool was so cold it was hard to get into! Of course, once you're in it's pretty nice. :)
