We had a great trip and the villa was exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean and well kept with plenty of towels(for the pools), a well stocked kitchen, and good AC. Check in and out was simple, we have stayed at this villa once before and would stay again.

Very thorough instructions for check in and out. Virtual check in made things very easy. The 24/7 office resulted in quick and easy late night gate pass pick up. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the photos. It was very conveniently located on the south side of Palm Springs, so we didn’t have to stay so close to Coachella, though we were there for the festival. The pool was lovely and very close to the unit. Neighbors were very kind. Would definitely stay again.

The unit was very clean. It is dated and in need for a remodel but that did not take away from our experience. We didn't spend much time at the complex but did use one of the close by pools once and was happy to find it was a saltwater pool and very warm!

We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this VRBO to others. We did have an issue with the garburator which turned out to be a pretty disgusting mess. None of us own one and thought we were doing the right thing putting potatoe peelings down it. As it turned out, it totally plugged it and brown disgusting water drained all over the floor. The property mgr was contacted and sent a plumber over right away which resolved the issue. I would highly recommend posting a sign NO POTATOE PEELINGS beside the garburator switch. The other critique we have is the awful 10 digit code to get into the condo. No human could possibly memorize that code let alone my 87 year old father. Going in and out from pool, shopping or whatever, the code needed to be written down or have a picture of it handy. Not overly convenient. Kitchen cutting knives very dull and quite a challenge to cut things however manageable. Everything else was great. Clean fully stocked condo with amazing comfortable beds!! Pool within a one minute walk. Grounds and outdoor living area perfect with patio table, chairs and propane BBQ. Highly recommend and would stay there again!! THANK YOU for making our holiday most memorable!!

The property was all we expected and more. It was easy to get to and convenient to the area we visited. The pool was well maintained and just across from the unit we stayed in. The unit provided for all our needs to stay in and relax or go out and enjoy the area. We will definitely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed spending time at the many pools and hot tubs. I also enjoyed taking morning walks around the gated property that were beautifully landscaped. Highly recommend this property for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.

Lots of space, super comfortable, loved the community too with 8 pools. Didn’t like the fragrance misters on the house that are full of chemicals, we turned them off immediately but kept smelling one in the room with the kids and searched everywhere but couldn’t find where it was. Everything else was great. Easy check in, everything worked.

My wife and I spent a delightful week at this condo. Handsomely appointed and even though it was hot outside we were delighted with all the comforts of home in a relaxed upscale atmosphere. Absolutely loved the decor plus one of the complex's many swimming pools is right across the street. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to the desert.

A quiet community, but unable to use the pool because there were too many people and the pool is small. Also my check-in was done over the phone, but confused with the text received to check-in at the office. I was on-way to the office, but realized I had already checked-in by phone, text should have never been sent. I also had to call to receive my gate code access that was emailed to me. The location was accessible to downtown and to Rancho Mirage.

This is a quiet community, fairly accessible to downtown and to Rancho Mirage. Outdoor space is welcoming and the community pools are close and easily accessible. The Apartment was well appointed and comfy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better home and location in Palm Springs. The amenities and large layout is perfect for a couple or two. A lovely kitchen and grill with the grocery store 3 min away make for great home cooked meals- the pool hopping options are endless and the AC and laundry made our 21 day stay more comfortable than we could imagine.

We have family in the area so we really just needed a place to sleep. This was much better than a hotel. It was located in a really nice gated community and the people were very friendly. There are 8 pools, and we visited several (they are kept at different temperatures so we had to find the Goldie locks of pools). The bed in the master was very comfortable and the bathrooms were decent. I would definitely stay there again. We didn’t use the back patio, but there was a lot of road noise if you were going to use it.

A very nice condo in a great location near a variety of activities! The pool and spa were just across the street. The condo is located near a busy road so traffic noise is a little loud in the backyard, but not in the condo itself. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others.
