This better than new property is gorgeous, private, well-appointed and captures the hip Southern California vibe of yesteryear while staying current with high end luxury appointments. Everything is new including the kitchen, baths, windows, doors, electrical, plumbing, heat/air conditioning, pool, spa and outdoor firepit.
THE OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES
The private country club yard with its gorgeous mountain views, centers on the fabulous heated, in-ground pool and spa. Around the pool you’ll find a wonderful outdoor living room with an easy to use gas firepit, and a covered dining pavilion with a plumbed barbecue and seating for eight. Poolside lounge chairs, additional cocktail seating, a hammock, and a grassy knoll for volleyball and croquet make this yard a vacation heaven.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
Three Amigos Ranch is not just a beautiful home - it is a swank vacation pad with all the bells and whistles. The spacious floor plan of the interior and exterior living areas have been designed to accommodate your entire group. Inside, there is plenty of seating for everyone to connect, spend time together and unwind. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all open to each other and offer direct access to the pool and patio. There is a fireside lounge area, a place for watching television and a dining area for eight people. The all new, fully-stocked chef’s kitchen has been space planned for individual or team meal prep and offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a huge center island.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
Inside the main house, there is an oversized King master bedroom with a private bath and direct pool access, plus two Queen guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is also a detached casita with a queen bed and its own private bath. All of the bedrooms have televisions.
THE LOCATION
Three Amigos Ranch sits on a quiet residential street in the Tahquitz River Estates neighborhood just a mile from South Palm Springs where you’ll find fine restaurants, burger joints, sandwich shops, nightlife, entertainment venues, grocery stores, and art galleries. This home is well-suited for extended weekends, week and month long stays, and as a seasonal rental. Advanced bookings strongly recommended.
