A separate covered lounge area features a striking outdoor fireplace as its focal point, creating an intimate gathering space. Additional seating and lounge areas are thoughtfully scattered throughout the grounds, ensuring everyone finds their perfect spot. SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary villa houses two bedrooms, each appointed with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the pool and outdoor areas, allowing you to wake to mountain views and step seamlessly into your day of desert relaxation. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow from each bedroom to the pool deck creates an effortless connection to the property's meditative grounds.

The secondary villa features a spacious king bedroom with a generously appointed ensuite bathroom that serves as an architectural highlight of the property. Like the bedrooms in the primary villa, this retreat offers direct access to the pool and yard for maximum convenience and privacy.

A convenient half-bathroom is located adjacent to the kitchen in the primary villa, complete with laundry facilities for extended stays.

• 100% Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking.
• 60+ Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of all charges.
• 30–59 Days Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 8–29 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of all charges except the booking fee. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 7 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund.

Long-Term Stays (29 nights or longer):

• 6+ Months Before Arrival: 100% refund.
• 91 Days–6 Months Before Arrival: Refund of all charges except the booking fee.
• 60–91 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of rent and other fees refunded. Booking fee not refunded. 
• 60 Days or Less Before Arrival: No refund of rent or booking fee; other fees refunded.
