Padded lounge chairs flank the large saltwater pool big enough for morning laps with Baja shelf to lay out and tan, and the hot tub is the perfect spot to soak and take in the mountain sunsets and evening sky. Golfer or not, you’ll be tempted to hit a few balls on the playful putting green. Plenty of umbrellas keep you in the shade over ample seating options. Take advantage of the large gas grill and eat at the alfresco dining table or enjoy the padded teak lounge seating around the gas firepit. The entire property offers walled privacy augmented by taller hedges providing the guests a peacefulness they will appreciate.

INDOOR LIVING SPACES
This classic sprawling California ranch has been elegantly updated. When you step into this luxe home, you will not want to leave the contemporary vibrant decor and playful vibe. Pops of color throughout complement the art, mid-century inspired furnishings, and inviting interior. The indoor living area flows across the large footprint of the house, providing a contemporary open concept that marries entertaining, dining, kitchen, and living areas.

As you enter the home, you are greeted by a living room complete with swank furniture, TV, and fireplace. Throw a vinyl on the record player and settle in! The ample kitchen is beautifully outfitted with all the amenities a cook could wish for. The large wrap-around granite counter, gas range and hood, gourmet double-door fridge, and double sink will make it easy to prepare a meal to enjoy at the gorgeous dining table big enough for 10! The kitchen/dining space is adequately stocked with everything you could need for dinnerware and glassware. Grab yourself a mug at the coffee station and enjoy your morning java in a choice of many comfortable sitting areas throughout the home.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
Everyone in your group will sleep well in one of the five inviting bedrooms. Each room has unique vibrant bedspreads with lush pillows and linens and continues the theme of cheerful colors throughout. Thoughtful touches like added seating, bedside tables, lamps, charging stations, and roomy closets will make you feel welcome.

Situated quietly in the front of the home with ample privacy, the primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, wall-mounted TV, ceiling fan, and a large ensuite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. You will look your best getting ready in the private bathroom and dressing in front of the full-size mirrored closet doors.

The spacious secondary bedroom is accessed via the dining area and opens onto the back patio. King-size bed, mirrored closet doors, settee, wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and access door to the backyard.

Bedrooms three (king-size bed), four (king-size bed), and five (two twin beds) will allow plenty of tranquility and comfort as well, each with a wall-mounted TV, airy decor, and a shared hallway bathroom with bathtub and rain shower.

A few minutes drive from the Palm Springs airport, once you get settled into your home away from home in this quiet neighborhood, you can set out to explore nearby attractions like Palm Canyon Drive, Smoketree Commons shopping center, local restaurants, shopping, golf, and much more. Downtown Palm Springs is about a ten-minute drive. Nature lovers will love how Araby Trail is just walking distance away and have close access to hiking trails like Tahquitz Canyon, Prescott Preserve, or the unique Moorteen Botanical Garden. Whether you seek nightlife, arts and culture, or relaxation, limitless options are nearby. If you are lucky enough to visit in the first week of November, you might even get a chance to join in on the Los Compadres Club Deep Pit BBQ event, a long-standing tradition since the 1940s and a nod to the western heritage of the neighborhood.

All reservations require you to provide a valid photo ID and a signed rental contract.

Reservations booked within 72 hours of arrival require additional verification to provide identity and avoid fraudulent bookings including live video chats with staff members that are recorded.

CANCELLATION/REFUND

Direct Bookings on www.acmehouseco.com or Via Phone* for stays of 28 days or less:

  • 60 days or more, prior to Arrival date, Acme House Company will process a 100% refund except for special services** ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)
  • > 48 hours - 59 days prior to arrival, guests can obtain a full refund minus the booking fee, taxes on the booking fee, and any special services*
  • . The booking fee is considered earned.
  • < 48 hours prior to arrival, the full RENT AMOUNT is considered earned as well as the booking fee and associated taxes. All other costs and fees are refunded, except for special services ordered on behalf of the occupant. (Special services refunds are explained below)

*Bookings on third party websites such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Marriott Homes and Villas or Plum Guide may be subject to different cancellation policies set by the specific channel. Please refer to the cancellation policy on the site in which your booking occurred as this will be the cancellation policy governing your reservation. Stays of more than 28 days are subject to our Long Term cancellation policy.

** Special Services. We may be unable to refund for any special services ordered on behalf of Occupant, at Occupant request, outside of rent, taxes and fees, which cannot be cancelled in time for a refund to be issued. Example, you order a catering service which we arrange, which requires a non refundable deposit.
